App still doesn't load. I cleared cache, cookies, etc. and same thing. So you cannot get to use any deals on the app. Their Food Basics app is better (embarrassing for Metro).

This use to be a good app. The last while the app keeps telling me session has timed out and to sign on again. However the sign- in box is covered by the session time out message and is unavailable . Have restarted phone numerous times, deleted and reinstalled app to no avail. Have even got a new moid? Identifier. Am still locked out. Haveno access to my offers. As of this moment do not recommend this app to anyone.

App is broken! Just keeps saying your session has ended. I click that off, and it pops back up. I managed to be quick enough to click on the sign in and fill in everything, press the login, and it shows the "your session has ended again." Can't load coupons on the web page either.

No Purpose App Now That Air Miles Is Gone. The app had finally started to be useful, and then they abandoned the Air Miles program. I'm not sure what purpose the app serves anymore.

Shopping at Metro is always a good experience. But this app, it's just slow and glitchy as hell. Can't believe a big company like this is using such a trash app.

Terrible app. All the Moi program apps don't work on my Samsung S24 Ultra. Tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail. When launching the app...the busy circle keeps spinning and just hangs there.

It's really nice when you have time sensitive coupons advertised in the flyer and the app won't even load any of the coupons. It just spins and times out. Great anniversary promotion completely wasted! Makes one feel like a valuable customer, NOT!

Broken again after working again for a couple of weeks. So unreliable. Use to work but now it just stopped working. After uninstalling and installing the App half a dozen time, still the pop up dialogue box telling my session has expired that never goes away is still happening.

App gets worse after later update. Unable to change email accounts without contacting customer service. Customer service makes it painful and in the end messes it up. Good app besides all that. I would also like to apologize to the lineup of people behind me waiting for my app to load so I can add my card and coupons.

The most frustrating experience. Need to sign up just to get the in-app promotion, but can't update my favourite store as it was selected incorrectly for me; being told to unlink it from the loyalty card on the account yet can't do it in the app or if it can be, it is not clearly stated how.

I thought I was the only one that have issues with this app. So I loaded my coupons as usual and it gives my all the ticks, successful go to the store and nothing was on my airmiles card. Tired logging in and it took forever, keep spinning then it says sign in tried to with the same credentials I have been using since I installed the app on my android phone keeps saying something went wrong. So I put forget password and it still didn't work. So what I have decided is to remove the app.

The app isn't displaying photos of the products in the coupons. The Metro logo appears instead, in light grey. I have to read the fine letters describing the product featured in the coupon to figure it out or to go online to see all coupons from all their stores (Metro, super c, Brunet, Jean Coutu). Quite complicated.

This app is great for ordering groceries, but needs a few improvements. One major improvement would be the ability to change things after the orders are made. For example if the date and time for delivery is wrong when order is made, we should be able to correct it. Even if we are given a time limit, we should be able to correct date and time for delivery. Since we can't do that, we must cancel the order and start over.

Extremely slow since Airmiles left, with constant juddering. Also has lost 90% of its value in the change—more to come on this. Navigating the flyer is truly awful, and every pinch to zoom will randomly change your page.

Absolutely Terrible and rarely works. Trying to make a grocery list that continues to freeze and not even work when at the store. The OLD Metro app was much better which functioned. It would be easier with a pencil and paper list again

Terrible. Don't waste your time. They need to really get this thing connected to stores. Can't tell you what's at your local store or what aisle it's in. Ordering online goes downhill from there. I don't even know why I gave it a 2. Sigh.... ...now its even WORSE! Unbelievable! The signup process is horrible. What in the world is a 'moi' identifier. Update: Remains one of the worse apps ever. Now that Airmiles is gone...this thing is actually pushing me away from shopping at Metro. Crazy...

It used to be that the windows selection tabs were hidden by the Android back/close buttons Then they fixed that issue but made it worst. Now I have to fight with the app to close it because the windows selection tab hides the Android back/close buttons. Its pretty simple stuff from an app design perspective. I wonder why they can't get it right.

Scrolling up, down, left and right is a stuttering mess. Pinching to zoom in the flyer indeed causes you to lose your spot when you zoom back out. Not enough coupons to start with. I got one for a plant! Not sure if it's because of the air miles changeover or not, but I'll give this app and new reward program some time to add more deals and optimization.

I can't even open the app anymore. I'm getting an annoying "Your session has expired. Please try again after logging in" Error message that refuses to leave. If I'm able to bypass that to login, it will take me to the login screen but even then signing in it will send me right back to the home screen with the error message. Literally can't use the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help either

PLEASE add a delivery/pickup system! The only thing I could find was very shady and I had to make an account in order to place an order. If we already have an account with metro, we should be able to just place a delivery/pickup order through the app and not some third-party website. The coupons are okay, but only work in-store. Please be mindful of customers who are unable to go to store locations due to lack of accessibility.
