This worked well until late 2023, since when it will not function. Local London UK library confirms it is not working and suggestion is it is being investigated .

Unable to connect to server upon opening the app. No difference connecting via WiFi vs mobile data.

It's stopped working, but when it worked it was great, could see all loans and connect my kids cards and reserve books, it's a shame it doesn't work anymore

My loans and reservations shown are at least a month out of date. I can't even sign out to sign back in to see if this fixes it. Currently unusable

According to Waltham Forest, a member of the London Consortium, "The library app will unavailable to use from 29/11/23. The functionality of the library app is currently impacted due to circumstances beyond our control. Our suppliers are working to rectify the situation as soon as possible". If "suppliers" means the app developers, Solus Ltd, could they please comment on 1. whether the problem lies with the app's software, 2. If so what target date has been given to LBWF for its resolution.

Worked fine for a long time until recently. For at least a month now it no longer works and starts server communication errors. Totally useless now.

Problem Unable to renew books for the past 3 /4 days, it seems like there is a problem going on with the app. I logged on through Chrome and renewed books on the website.

Does not work I installed the app on my Samsung phone. I had it on my apple iPhone too and thought would be good idea to use it on Android. Well the app failed to log to my account which is disappointing. Hence i had to uninstall it completely. Very bizzare as the app is working still on the iPhone. Very disappointing!

Working fine again. Finding books, reserving them and renewing items is nice and easy. That's all I really want.

This app worked perfectly till a month back when it glitched and stopped working. Hope you can sort this at the earliest. It used to be such a convenient and handy app.

Doesn't work, can't log out, seeing old books that I've returned, new books are not showing, cannot search for books. This is before and after uninstalling, clearing my cache and data. Please fix!

Initially Good now Bad It was working fine before now it doesn't update. It comes with the error " unable to connect to server" There is no reset function or refresh. I am using android phone. Lot of us rely on this app so please get it sorted. I think this issue is at least over a month.

9 December; Doesn't work. Can't renew items on loan as app says you have no loans when you do. Don't get alerts when you reserve a book. Constantly says a communicstion error. Cant search for books. Cant do anything. Not fit for purpose. 30 Jan 2024 - Update: nearing the end of Jan and App still not working.

There is some confusion about which app to use, the pre-overdue email notice, links to an app called Sutton BETA which is clunky, sometimes loaned books do not appear on the screen and the app is slow to respond to user. The app management from sutton library is confused.

This app is ok but needs a bit more work to bring it up to the same level as the online edition. It's a bit confusing when looking at books and doesn't tell you all the information the online edition does such as the status of something if you've got it on hold. However, I do like the fact you can take a picture of a book and it tells you if it has it in a library. I can see that being really helpful. Apart from that, I would prefer to just go online.

I was having a great experience with the app. Now it says there is a communication error with the catalogue. It's been like this for a week. I can't log out to try logging in again. When I clear all app data or delete the app completely, it still keeps me logged in when I re-install. It was my favourite and now it's completely useless

The app was initially working perfectly on my Android phone and was really convenient to use as opposed to logging in to the website. However, over the past few days, the app was not showing up to date details of the books loaned and reservations status and was constantly giving communication errors to the server. And now the app seems to have totally broken down and it gives the following error: "Unable to connect to server. Please make sure you have a network connection and then try again"

UNUSABLE. not visually accessible to those of us with reading/visual difficulties/impairments - white text on red or black background!?! absolutely awful, and really should know better, it's well known black text on white is best for those of us with print/visual impairment. app also simply doesn't work - cannot sign in at all, cos it doesn't recognise network connection. ZERO STARS. reflects very baldly on London Borough Councils.
