I'm on a HONOR X6 And I don't have the gold diamond. But I do like the app. This thing tells me how many days I've been with my phone..... And today it says 96 like is the company glitching? Still a amazing app tho. Great job honor. But sometimes your apps just become better like huaweis. So I use honor :)

Worst updates policy ever! No Android updates whatsoever even though it's a premium device (Honor Magic Vs) - still Android 13 in June 2024, although other manufacturers already released Android 15 Beta! Beta test for Magic OS 8 was announced, I enrolled, but no Magic OS 8 has ever come!

I just bought a new Honor X8B, this is ultra slow mobile, even though slower than the phone which I was using 6 years ago. Normal games, web pages and camera taking to long time to load, getting closed by themselves and getting hang as well. This is my first and worst experience using Honor. There is something serious issue with my mobile and still suffering even after buying this new phone😠

Honor magic v2 disappointment Having bought the above on contract from Three. Within a month, it had a fall, even though it had a 360 screen cover. The main screen is too sensitive to falls. As compared to the Samsung galaxy s20 ultra, which I have, the Magic V2 is a complete disappointment. since its not covered even on warranty for such aspect. I thought it can be durable or can survive falls but one fall and the screen just died. This is a disappointment. Be careful yours doesn't fall.

The worst 👎🏻 mobile phone I have ever used. There are too many problems. Videos will automatically jump out of the homepage or automatically lock the screen. Also, you cannot give five stars to the app review section on Google play.

I have a major problem when I'm using MS Teams. When I'm on a video call my screen turns green. I have spoken to one of the agents and he explained what I should do. Long story short it's still the same. How is it possible that the Honor 90 Lite will only be updated to A14 and no other software updates after that besides security updates.

I ordered Magic 5 pro from this app on June 10th, and today is July 1st and I haven't received anything yet!!! I called customer service 5 times to cancel and issue a refund, but they're telling me you need to reject collecting the phone from the delivery company and they will return it to the warehouse then we can issue a refund. The problem is the delivery company didn't contact me or deliver any thing for 20 days. I can't believe a big company can't solve a small problem like this!!

Won't be using Honor anymore in the future. I'm currently using x9a and it's a TERRIBLE experience. Camera lag a lot to the point that I can no longer record, already sent it to the centre to get it fixed but it's still the same.Call doesn't function nicely,loud speaker doesn't work well,No recording during call feature. Just AWFUL!! THIS PHONE COST MYR1000+ but the phone itself doesn't work like one.
