More About My Face Shape Meter and frames
To determine your face shape you would need to do 3 simple steps:
1. make or upload picture
2. outline your face with special contour as shown on screenshots
3. press the button and see the result for your face
Tips:
- For best result use a picture with neutral face expression, where your head is directed straight to the camera. Turning your head might affect the final result.
- Before measurements make sure your hairline is visible
You can also check what popular eyeglass or sun-glass frames suit your face shape best and try them on

Once it gave all my family members a diamond so we tried again. Next time we did the face shape outlines ourselves...we were triangles this time! Our family face shapes are quite different. $1.49 US? Definitely do not buy. In response to the comment on manually outlining the face, we spent quite a bit of time editing the original to match the contours of each face. If the first face was diamond, every other face was then diamond. If done again w/ other results, all faces again followed

The app's built in camera's a little awkward to use. I tried it with about five different pictures and got the same result three times so I guess that's my answer but I'm not totally confident.

It's a good application, but why I didn't find the hairstyles recommendation like the images shown in your description? Or does it really don't have that kind of features?

Very poor. Not possible to take a selfie of my face, I cannot see the on-screen text to line up correctly to take the photo without wearing my glasses. This defeats the purpose of the app, to test glasses frame styles on an image of my face!

I just paid .99 so I could know the shape of my face damn and that is all it did and gave me what kinds of sunglasses I can wear too thought it did a little more. But now I know which I could have Mayne asked someone instead of paying .99 cents. Oh well at least I know now

The app works great for its intended purpose. It was easy to use, and I feel like it gave me an accurate answer. I don't think I will use it more than once, but finally knowing my face shape was definitely worth a dollar!

I really appreciated finally knowing my face shape. I found it helpful in using this app to double tap on the picture to enlarge it so that I could fine-tune my outline to where it more accurately defined my face shape.

I wish they would have just put in a few ads instead of making you pay a buck or two. It's a mediocre app. It doesn't help you with your face shape, but it does give you a good idea of what size and shape frames look right. Everyone tells me my glasses are too big and now I get why. But I definitely don't have a diamond shaped face. I'm more of a heart. Chin tracking was spot on, but forehead needs work and the ML needs to be retrained.

Honestly this app was soo helpful I never could get a straight answer with other apps, or websites, I would get oval or triangle/pear shaped and it would drive me insane but apparently I'm a diamond face shape and thank you, for stopping my crazy search to nothing.

This is the best Android app that I have found for determining face shape. I would the love options to obtain the following: • length & width of face • horizontal third measurements (hairline to base of brow; base of brow to bottom of nose; and bottom of nose to bottom of chin) • vertical fifths measurements (ear to outer left eye; left eye; between eyes; right eye; outer right eye to ear)

This app is fantastic, as it very accurately measured my face, and then listed the shape glasses that suit me, perfectly. I love the way you can switch between the options to see which is better suited for you. R29.99 was well spent.

I would've put more stars had it not been for the very limited selection of glasses.😅 This app did exactly what i needed it to do for a dollar! I would definitely download if you're completely unsure of what type of glasses you want!👍

Absolutely horrible, I think these reviews may be fake. I spent 10 minutes with it telling me to hold the camera straight, only to have to manually align it to my face anyhow. Then it tells me I'm diamond shaped, when I have a wide jaw that sometimes gets me mistaken as trans. Horrible scam!

It says the app is not licensed on my fone, after the payment has been done. It again gives the option of buying or exit. On clicking 'buy' it takes me to the play Store where it gives the option of 'open' or uninstall ..happens in a loop

4.5 Stars A buck to finally know my face shape, which would come in handy for future haircuts, glasses, etc. Something that I found difficult was that, when you're adjusting yhe outline to fit a face, not all of the points have the mirror back effect to show where my thumb is actually over on the screen.

This is a great app except that it doesnt give out the measurements of the glasses. It would be great if it does. Then again maybe its impossible to put in measurements accurately but at least you can show the ratio between length, width and etc.

I like the idea of the app but having to adjust the contours of the face is difficult especially if you're not able to use the tilt button. I was told I had 3 different face shapes when I know that's not possible. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

Loved the app, easy to use. Wonderful ! However there's one shape of spectacle frame missing (I don't know it's term) but it's shape is of inverted egg. Usually seen on faces of women or children in movies. I actually tried one on myself & it suited my face so much. Kindly also include them in your app as well. Would love to try it out.

The app gives you great results for what it's designed to do. I would make it 5 stars if it was a little easier to use. The picture taking process doesn't provide much feedback- I recommend a system like Tax Caddy's for the initial picture. A visual guide would be beneficial as well. Finally, I would love to see hair styles for my face type as well.
