Am not happy! The way guys cut of my data is very bad. I recharged 7 Etisalat card today Only one work. The others becomes useless. I d not get use it again? U guys just cut it off like that?

I always missing my registed numbers . I see only one and the other missing in mobile app. But i can see it in web only!!!? Even add (+) on up right not visible !!!? Can not pay my home 4g pill because number diapeared from mobile app???

It updates unlike other mobile apps that leave the updates for several days meaning that you don't actually know what your Internet and mobile credit is. Easy to use too.

I would love to rate it. But it won't let me login in the first place. I keep getting the massage (your request cannot be completed it at this moment, please try again later) to the point I gave up on trying to login. If the problem is solved I would rate you fairly.

App was working fine till this happened. Issued a payment to valu via online card as I usually do. To my horror I discover a week later the payment didn't go through and now I have been fined thanks to this badly-made feature.

App shows adds and banners but does not provide real funcionality. Hangs. Does not allow to make changes to your mobile plan. Desinged poorly to make everything hard to use. Not recommend.

Poor mobile internet connection tried to call customer service didn't work even went to their office no point overall very bad experience and definitely not recommend anyone to use it

Worst Telecommution company services app ever to use, from UI miss behavior and glitching, to connectivity random and unexplained errors regardless if you were using a high-end device or a regular one, under a WIFI connection or Cellular eather ways it won't work normally, although it keeps receiving tons of updates but it's only driving it to become worse and unusable.

Very bad service and low level of communication with customers. I really recommend any other service provider but Etisalat. Although WE is not the perfect company but comparing to Etisalat they are great. 1 star more than what you deserve Very bad service. I can't have one minute stand internet that's very awful. Bad company and bad service i will disconnect your router. And your home visit is more like catch fish in the ocean not useful Still awful service ur internet is sooo baaaad Not recommend for any one

I do not recommend their services to anyone. The balance is deducted without subscribing to any of the offers or packages. It is very bad and I will change this telecommunications company.

I'm no longer able to check my usage of Akwa Cart using the app. It only shows the balance & the free daily gift. Is there a ussd or have you permanently removed that feature?

I don't recommend the app, nor e& services , it's basically fraud! How could the app work for self service and i can't even recharge without it making issues and consuming all my credit when it lags and i didn't even renew my bucket this is the third time and i opened three tickets and no one helped ! The least they could do is answer or call! , for your information, the website isn't working to raise a flag or open a ticket

It's good app but I hope that you can add a feature that allows me to choose whenever I want to consume from my gift or Akwa kart or my main bundle as some times it get stuck and don't consume data from what I want it to consume from

Awesome update, Awesome offers as well . I liked it highly recommended operator I just wanna say data tracking day by day usage is understable for me. My 30th day should have been on 1st August ,now It's 16th September and I'm still on my day 22 so it's my only concern

It does look good but somehow when i charge balance it doesn't show up in app and more important i get a msg with the balance added but nothing shows up on app

I have a mobile account and a data account. The data account randomly disappears and reappears so I can't keep track. The mobile account doesn't update if I buy an extra bundle, for example.

Too many icons and features but the level of organization and logical flow is not matching.You can get lost trying to find what you need. Promotion offers pop-up can interfere so it can happen accidently to accept something by mistake. When charging the application automatically adds the tax. This is not correct it should only request from bank amount you entered. You can pay electricity bills, who can trust? I had a wallet and found it canceled without notice.
