As a woman who has an irregular cycle, the app has really helped me see the bigger overall pattern. It has a lot of things you can track if you want (fertility, sex, symptoms, etc) though I mainly just need to be prepared for my period. It'll show you things on the calendar like when your next cycle will be, ovulation, etc. No ads is a plus.

I've been using it for a few years now, and it's very accurate, it's actually improved (although it was 5 stars from the start for me). I love the pill reminders, how you can put your symptoms and moods in, and even tells you when your ovulation is coming (and your most fertile days). However, the best part of the app is that it's all saved in the cloud, so if you switch phones it automatically logs and backs up your account. It's helpful for people like me who are super forgetful!

WAS great, I used this for years. Now I can't even look through one cycle without MULTIPLE ads that last a minute each. Not only is it frustrating it is wasting my time. I can't believe they SOLD OUT like that when they Already charge for advanced options for tracking, which would be good and many will pay for, as well they charge for changing the wallpaper. So. I will not be using this app any more. SO DISAPPOINTED. Again, I've used this for Years and it has been a major tool for my health.

I USED to love this app literally for years. It was free for the simple version but you could upgrade to premium. NOW you can't have the free version. There are ridiculously amount of ads. They are the super annoying ones too where you can skip after 5 seconds but they make you wait 2 more seconds before an exit x and then AGIAN for a second exit but of the add. Its now every time I open it, look at a day or log anything. Super annoying. Will be deleting and finding a different one. 69$ 4 no ads

They changed the temperature tracking chart. The app still gives me the slot to put in my temp, but now the app gives me a line graph of the past 3 days of rounded values. Before, it gave me a bar graph of my morning temp, to 2 decimal points. I use that graph to see what my cycle is doing, and the line graph of rounded values isn't helpful in predicting my period. The bar graph was. It's not worth it for me to continue using this app with the change in that graph.

I have used this free app for years and now suddenly the ads have become VERY intrusive popping up after each screen. This is very disappointing especially since the full version is quite overpriced. Unsure if I can continue to to wait 20 to 30 seconds between screen changes to complete an action.

Wonderful app! I never used to be able to tell when my next one would be until it was right on me, but now I'm actually able to keep track of my weird cycle. It's pretty accurate, even after missing my period one month. Very easy to use and intuitive even without pro features, highly recommend!

The best period tracking app I have used. I've tried numerous apps, and none of them worked how I expected; that is, until I tried this one. I do pay for the premium version, but I also found the free version to be helpful. My favorite things about this app are the period predictions (which have been right, despite my irregularities), symptom customization, phase explanations, summarized logs, and note-taking abilities. I don't regret paying for premium because of the helpful additions.

Used to be a good app. Now it's an ad every time you click on something. Latest update erased some of my info, rendering the app useless without being able to actually track things. Hard to use now with constant ads you cannot stop. If I want to look at something quick, I have to wait for a 60 second ad for some garbage game to run through; only to go again as soon as I click something else

Great app. Looks pretty and you can be as in depth or as little as you want. I only have the free version and might consider upgrading. My periods are irregular and the algorithm tends to pick up on it fairly well. Not to mention it's super helpful for when I go to the doctor and the first thing they always ask a woman is when your last period was.

This app is amazing! I love the different backgrounds. You can share the information with your OB-GYN, and you can share as much or as little as you like! I do wish it had a family-sharing option because my girls are the worst at keeping track, and no matter how many tracker apps I put on their phones, they never keep up with it! So having something where I can keep track or at least help them be responsible enough to do it every month would be great! I love this app!!

I decided to give this a try to help me with a few... well, private lady things lol It was handy, and after a while i wanted to try the premium. They give you a trail run but it honestly dosnt feel like enough time to decide. That aside, the app is easy to use, and gives you complete reports, wich is interesting, and makes it a bit easier to go easy on myself when im having a bad day.

I have used this app for years, but with the new update changed everything. I am not able to end my cycle when I forget to login. Now my calendar is all messed up and I have no way to fix it. Evening used the smart calculation. I don't need to use the smart calculation. I love the old version than the new one. What others have stated. I understand ads help with those who don't want to pay, but having ads almost every click is way to much. I will give this a few more months to see it's fixed.

There is a free version! This is the fourth app I've downloaded for this and the only one with a free version. Every other app only has a free trial and then it's paid. The ads on it so far are very minimal. Small banners that don't interrupt anything. I very much appreciate the free trial because I only wanted this for simple period tracking, not for trying to conceive or anything in-depth.

This is SUCH a good app. I've had it for almost two years now! I love how you can track not only your period, but your flow, AND your mood. It also has an option for notes like weight, temperature, and medicine. I like the meditation feature too. So many people talk about the ads but I haven't had any. There is a premium that you have to pay for but I don't need it, if you need tips or to track pregnancy possibilities for free then this might not be for you, but overall it's great.

I've been using the app for 6 years now. Works really well and is almost always spot on with it's predictions on my cycle. My only complaint is that ever since the new update it shows sooo many more adds. And Im not in love with the updated features. I prefer the app to be more simple and now it feels like too much fluff. However, I still recommend. I trust the app completely and it dose a really good job. 6 years well spent.

The ads definitely suck! My biggest beef is that this ap isn't accurate what so ever! I am very thorough with my monthly stats, but this app doesn't track well. Regardless of having the correct dates, the app always has me starting several days late or early. Now, I have no way of ending my period either. Why would you take that option away??? Seems like an end date would be beneficial to tracking my period, right?

Great app. I've been using this for years and it's got alot of good features and tracking for multiple things. The only thing I would suggest is to add a feature for women who have had permanent birth control procedures. I've had my fallopian tubes removed and can no longer get pregnant, so the pregnancy features for this are useless to me and there should be a way to remove/hide them for women like me. Everything else is 10/10.

Best app to track. I've had this app for a few years now and decided to pay the extra fee for the annual features and it hasn't disappointed. The best thing is being able log moods and symptoms, even medications can be noted. I love that the record can be transfered when you get a new phone and have to download it. Plus it has cute themes to choose from and can change at anyime.

Been using since 2019, w no issues (except a short time when they were pushing a pd version, but that stopped). I love this app for its simplicity, and for not having a childlike interface with *pink everything* and flowers or cutesy animals. I JUST need a tracker, and this does that. It has other stuff, which I don't use. It alerts me with a reminder a few days before my period, and it's usually pretty accurate. It also asks if I'm done - which I often forget to mark, so bonus pts for that.
