Bath and Body works is amazing, but it was literally work to put this order through. online and in app. it took an extreme amount of time with glitches. I just wish it was easier and I could spend more time choosing my purchases instead of worrying about the next glitch before the next item sells out during a sale.

I don't think people understand when you're leaving a review you're leaving it for the APP. I have no problem with BBW products. Now, let's talk about the app experience. This is a terrible app. It is constantly logging you out. It won't set your store you have to set it every time you go in and that doesn't always work. Many times you hit shop and it's just a blank page nothing populates So you have to open and close the app several times. My app is up to date. It's just a piece of trash app.

My store is always incorrect, and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it permanently. When I try to change it, when I am trying to order, it just spins continuously and never changes anything. It makes it hard to order sometimes, so I don't use it often. If I could properly set my location and not have to worry about it every order I would be more inclined to use this app.

App doesn't work well. The app keeps showing a blank page at various times during my shopping experience. I'm trying to use PayPal, and when I go to messages to get the authorization code and try to come back to enter it the screen is blank and will not allow me to navigate the app with out closing it and reopening it. Very frustrating! It will likely cause me to miss the items I'm trying to buy.

As others have said, it NEVER picks up the correct store in the app when shopping and you can't change it in the app. When you try to change it, it just spins! The selected store is nowhere near me. I have to go to the website to select the store. I can then go back to my app to see my cart with the CORRECT store. When I use the store locator it finds my closet store but you can't select it. Come on B&BW, you can do better!

This app is terrible!! Forget about trying to actually shop on it! Every single time I leave the app, for anything, then come back to resume shopping, the screen is blank!! I have to close the app and start completely over. If you never have to leave the app to check a text, Google anything or take a phone call... you MIGHT be able to place an order on the app, but I've never gotten that far. It's garbage and ridiculous for a company of this size. Their website isn't much better. Android user.

Took 3 hours to place an order!!!! Everything kept reloading and it kept asking me to prove I was human. I did it at least 20 times, then it got to the point it wouldn't load after I did it. Finally had to delete and reinstall the app. You can't use multiple coupons on the app like you can use in store either. If it wasn't for the semi annual online sale for rewards members that was tonight only, no way I would've wasted so much time

Gets frustrating during checkout because the page says complete form (which you have), but it's not letting you review order and move on to purchase screen...I literally had to re-tap into every text field and retouch every radio button before I was allowed to proceed to confirmation page (took 5 minutes to find solution...was about to just give up). Also, pages took a while to load, but it coulda just been my Internet...but worth mentioning in case it wasn't my Internet 😊

Can't open the app! I have been a member for a couple of years now and have tried using the app multiple times. It ALWAYS gets stuck in a weird loop on completing my profile! I click sign in, and it just keeps going back to the same spot! So very frustrating! I never get my birthday rewards and I never can get past the "Almost there" profile completion. It can't be my phone cuz I just got a new one. So, I thought I would try again. This app is GARBAGE! FIX IT! 1/2

The convenience to order is nearly 5 stars. The navigation is a 1 star. I have the latest update and nothing has improved. Going from the Home page to the Shop page is fine but it breaks down from there. Going back and forth while shopping is a nightmare with mostly freezing issues and previous page issues. If I select an item to add to the shopping bag I almost always have to end the session and reopen the app in order to add the next item. And this app does not let me set a Favorite Store.

This app is the worst. It freezes up. It selects random places as your pickup location and won't let you change it. All it's good for is letting me know how many points I have and what coupons I have available. Of course, once I'm actually IN the store, it's a gamble whether I'll actually be able to pull them up when it's time to check out. This app is completely useless and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Doesn't stay on my store location or give me the choice to NOT roam, & almost never gets my location right to begin with, weird! When I try to change my store, more often than not it just spins forever like I have no signal, which I totally do. Also, screen likes to 'go blank' if I need to toggle between apps for any reason. If I answer a call then go back to shopping the screen is completely white & I have to close the app down & start all over again. It happens ALL the time. Really annoying.

I love the store but absolutely hate the app experience. Every single time I have attempted to use this app, I've had difficulty changing stores for online pickup and deleting items from my cart. It's not worth the time or the frustration. You would think Bath and Body Works would make the app experience easy and user friendly and it is far from that. The horrible app experience has made me not purchase from this store multiple times in the past. It's that bad. Please fix the bugs and revamp!

This app is absolutely terrible! It never saves my store location, Even if I keep resetting it, nor does it ever save my favorites. I've put so many things in my favorite list and it never shows up. It always shows it as empty. It also shows I still have rewards when I've used them . What does it take to get someone to fix these issues? These have been issues since day one of me installing this app years ago. All this app is good for is to see how many rewards points you have and that's it.

I'm going back to paper coupons. The app freezes, my store locater resets to something else, it stays blank when I want to shop, if I want to change stores it stays blank. Complete frustration. It's only useful to take a glance at my reward points, other than that, useless. Sad. I don't want to be sad, I don't want to be forced to use an app that doesn't work. What does it take to get someone with experience to set up a website or app? Jr. High kids can do it. Grow up B&BW -_-

Every time I log in, I have to reset my location which should stay unless you change it. You need to watch the quantity and hit to update cart. Otherwise, it will go back to the amount you had in there originally. Checkout was horrible tonight. It took me almost 3 hours to check out. The system just buffered. If you made a change of any kind, the system would go back to buffering again. I almost just left it but I didn't. I will next time it happens. UPDATE 6/4/24 still not fixed. -1 🌟

Here we go again!! The app worked for a while but now it's back to not allowing me to update my cart!!! I'm on the edge of never shopping Bath & Body Works again due to the wallflower refills not lasting more than a week or possibly two at the most, and now once again the app cart issue!! I haven't been able to update my cart since after Christmas! I can't add new items to purchase because I can't remove old items. Do you not have an IT department to fix all the cart bugs?

Definitely an issue with the store location feature. I get stuck with random stores as "my store" and when I try to change it, it just spins but never lets me change it. Edit: Dropped my review from 4⭐ to 3⭐ because the issue I described above still occurs. Spoke to customer service and was told that the only "fix" was to uninstall the app and reinstall it. While this works, I wouldn't say the issue is resolved.

The app is ok, but I don't like the Cart feature. I wish you had an option to "Save for Later" so I can easily make note of something I want to buy eventually but not at the moment. I also wish there was a feature to "Empty Cart" or a way to remove items from the cart faster. Whenever I have to remove a few things (not available for shipping, etc) it takes way too long to remove each item. Also a way to change everything at once to Pickup or Shipping instead of individually-again, takes too long

I really enjoy the site app. For the majority, it is easy to navigate on the phone, but there are some limitations and issues I have been noticing. I absolutely love the ability to favorite items, but it would be a nice touch to add separate lists and be able to label them. An issue I have been experiencing for months is the app crashing any time I leave it. Checking that my information is correct or looking up something while the app is open, freezes it up.
