Great app so far. Please introduce the biometrics feature ASAP. I dont feel right when I have to enter my PIN to complete transactions while in a PSV 11/4/2024 Awesome that I now unlock my app biometrically whenever I need to use it. But u can make it better by making it possible to scan my fingerprint when authorising a payment instead of having to type in my PIN. Secondly, kind make it possible to download a pdf receipt after transferring money or making a payment. This will act as a receipt

Since the app now requires the sim in phone providing Internet connection, it's almost useless. Scenarios; On WiFi? Can't use the app. Data bundle run out and trying to load a new one? Can't use the app. Sim card is in another device (e.g. MiFi)? Can't use the app. At this rate it's easier to just use the USSD menus.

Seems the Airtel SIM must be in the device to get started on and use the app! Isn't this too restrictive? Pls, make an interface on which to input the OTP available when the Airtel SIM is not in the device instead of just the single option of auto- verifying.

We used to be able to manage and view our usage for each SIM, but this version does not have it. The previous version was better, one was able to see bill amount, data , sms and call usage to better manage our usage in a month

I think this is really a great app as suggested by many, but there's an issue that I'm facing with this app that really needs your assistance. I've been using this app for like 5 months and everything was really cool, but since you introduced a new version of this app, I haven't been able to log in to this app after updating it. When I open it, a message box pops up at the bottom which says "this app does not run on rooted devices" but my phone isn't rooted. So I'd like to know what's going on.

Yes the me2u went through but that's not what I wanted, I'm highly disappointed that there's no provision for converting airtime to cash, it's crazy. You have to push your customers to apps that'll charge a whole lot plus crazy processes that ends up failing. Terrible state.. I had to send airtime instead of what I wanted to do. Wish I could write without giving a star.

Not bad however pls make your app as more creative and intuitive sth like the tigopesa super app. It's high time for black theme to be added as well and airtel kikoba. For a long time the application has been dormant. Generated receipts like the tigonpesa ones should be considered pls. Massive improvement are expected pls

This app is awesome. Reliable and easy to use, it makes all the transactions easy and less complicated. Plus you don't get to go through so may steps as we used to previously. I love it. And I'd recommend others to download the app Also. Surely this is a master piece

They lie that you can use the app without data but when ever your data is off or you are out of bundles, you surely can't access anything so using my airtel app without internet is nothing but a lie. Just download it and use it as a normal app that works perfect with data cause it makes all transactions easy to access

Greetings, development team, This is feedback in respect to part of the app that is missing in options yet crucial service by airtel. This is a quick loan; I recommend a quick update here since some phones only use the app and can't use short codes, yet this is a crucial service to the public. Hope this feedback can be used by the developing team to address the above missing option. Humble Regards

I'm totally disappointed after the update as I can't login to the app using another data service apart from Airtel, this is ridiculous. I have been using this app seamlessly even with my Airtel SIM on another phone and the service has been great now imagine your update that has instead downgraded effective service of the app. It now serves no purpose to me and I can't be switching my SIM cards between phones just because of the app, this is totally inconveniencing ad and this is a negative ⭐

The app was working perfectly until it wasn't. It doesn't open anymore. I use it mainly for my Smartbox and ever since it started acting weird, I've been unable to use it for anything. Now, my the Smartbox is just useless. I've tried removing and installing it a few times to no avail. Cleared cache more than twice, too, to try to fix it.

If Airtel can't run a simple app well, I wonder if I can even trust them with my airtime balance. They force me to update the app and then it stops completely working. I reinstall the app and it keeps saying can't connect to servers. Unfortunately I had bought airtime to buy data on the app. Now I have to find a way to use up my airtime and abandon Airtel completely. Such as painful experience

Activating the app after installation was ineffective. It kept sending OTPs on request, then says 'Auto-verifying OTP' without doing anything further. What does that even mean? The user is the person to return the OTP, but the process doesn't provide for that. It looks like something is fundamentally wrong with the App's codes, which needs to be fixed. Please, don't act like everything is in control on your side, and advise me to seek assistance.

Really good app. I'd like to suggest a feature for a miniapp {like mshwari}. Please create an option to make "wallets" for different needs so that one can organize how much they save towards their particular needs/goals/expenses. For example, creating a wallet to save for a new phone, a vacation, groceries, school fees, etc. This way you don't have to cross into the finances of one wallet or work out how to manage the entire lumpsum amount in order to save and withdraw for a different expense.

Airtel is just careless. I had two SIM cards on a mobile app, one with 10k balance, but the app forced me to use the first SIM for payment when I tried to buy data for the second SIM. I couldn't remove the first SIM and had to clear the app's data to start over. The app doesn't allow users to paste phone numbers, which is inconvenient. It also asks for permission to read contacts and SMS, which I find unnecessary. The app displays full-screen ads even when running in the background.
