I purchased the subscription for the whatsapp transfer but the app doesnt respond after clicking on the "android to iphone" transfer as after login into whatsapp via sms code it just reverts back to main UI screen. very disappointing especially there is no chat function in the app or website to contact the technical staff. there is a AI chatbot which is equally useless to solve the issue. no email address on the website either.

Didn't work at all. Took just as long as Whatsapp's native solution just to not work too. Hilariously, when I click on the button "Restore failed", i describe what happened but it fails once i click "Submit". You can't have a high failure rate if no one can report it didn't work. I want my money back. Edit: phones used: From iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 17.1.1) to Samsung Galaxy S24 (One UI 6.1 / Android 14)

unlike other apps this actually works albeit a little more expensive but at least it works unlike the other scam of apps ... if you don't mind the expense i highly recommend

I transferred chats only and this worked, I had to pay $30 for the monthly subscription. it was my only option. pixel 7 pro to iPhone 15 pro max

This is really frustrating. The option of transfer through USB cable in Android to iPhone 15 is not getting recognised. So downloaded the Mobiletrans on MacBook as mentioned on the app for transfer through no usb cable. Now it's asking me to pay again for Mobiletrans. I have already paid for Wutsapper. Same company, multiple brands, multiple pricing, holding all our data and asking us to pay.

Guys, please don't install or purchase all the software based on the Wondershare website. Poor quality waste of money, no service, no help, support, or nothing. i brought 100 USD worth software, and all gone in waste

I will give you a bad rating for one reason only, which is that the app takes you on a long journey of transferring data, and then in the middle of that, it asks you for a monthly or annual subscription in exchange for payment, otherwise you will not be able to transfer your data.

Waste of time, I kept trying to figure it out why it wasn't working. This is very weird, there's 2 different apps but they're the same? i dont understand anything and I wasn't getting the "Connector App" pop-up on my phone. I don't even know on what phone I would get the pop-up, since from the screenshot it looks like an iPhone pop up, but there's also the Google Play store, very weird. Apparently, you have to pay. Thanks for wasting my time

This app is working for not for free It's working form past 6 years I'm using iphone 8plus since 8+ having single sim i have use my number for both my business and person purpose now I have 7plus gb whatsapp data I what to shift that data to my business mobile redmi note 13 pro I have tried normal methods wasted my 4 to 5 hours of time if go dr. Fone in pc Or Mac it's bit costly compare this I have spend 1500inr my complete data is transferred from ios to Android Thank you for that

Bad experience don't subscribe .. they charged me for more than 20£ and they didn't transfer anything and always the process of transferring crasches .. i need my money back !!!!

Worked perfectly. The app is well explained and detailed, and I got all my messages to iPhone. Make sure to free up lots of space on both devices

It is simply not working! I paid the license fee. Tried several times to transfer chats from Android to IOS without any success. Then I asked immediately a refund of my money spent for this trash app and this has been denied. Spend your money in a better way !!

The best app out there to transfer Whatsapp from iPhone to Android. It took only about hour to transfer my 10 years worth of what's app chats from iPhone to my new pixel 8. I tried the default transfer while setting up pixel 8 for 4 times and failed miserably each time. This app saved me. Transferred absolutely everything from videos to photos to voice notes. Great Job!!

This app is thrash, they are deceiving people, it does not work,first the transfer take whole day, after that, we have to pay to continue, there is no other option,it should have been told earlier, After makeing the payment,the application is not able to login to WhatsApp to backup the data which was transferred,it fails to generate verification code, and the option to resend the code is on cooldown of 24 hours,and the support is non existent, they don't respond,I want my refund,I felt cheated

‘Failed to obtain verification code’ error Edit: would like to update my rating to excellent. Turns out the issue was at my end. Fabulous job done by the dev team. The miserbale smart switch app was giving me nightmares. The whole process using Mutsapper took 20~25 minutes because my backup size was fairly large. Kudos to the team.

It's not working at all. When it requests for backup package password, always throw an error while the password I enter is right. I tried it so many times, but the same error. Unfortunately, the option we have in the app for Feedback, I cannot submit my message and says network error while I have tried so many networks which are stable but still the same issue. I have paid for the subscription but no result and support at the end.

I was able to transfer everything!! Plus one tip. It took me a couple of times cuz my phone was out of space and during the process the battery died so make sure you have a full battery. P. S.... One tip...since I had to retry multiple times.... It keeped asking me to release space on my phone... Delete and reinstall the app.. When it's trying to back up the data it uses space. Every time I deleted the app it avoided this issue.

I hate, HATE, to be the person who spoils the fun, but I'm not having it easy with this app at all. I downloaded it because I watched YouTube videos about it, and the reviews here seem to be glowing. BUT, every so often, it stops transferring and says I need certain amount of gigs or MB. I've deleted almost ALL the apps, pictures and videos on my phone, but it's still asking me to delete some more. And it doesn't tell me till transfer has begun, then it says failed and asks me to free up space.

I used the trial version and it worked fine. I could see a few messages transfer from my Android whatsapp to IPhone. Then I went ahead and took the $18.99 subscription to get all my messages transferred. The app didn’t seem to work as expected. I do see a lot of messages missing. Is there a way I can cancel my subscription and initiate a refund? Replying to your message WONDERSHARE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED: I tried sending the feedback but the screen seems to be in that state. It simply loads and stays there. I tried it multiple times.
