The ads. Oh the ads. They are obnoxious and intrusive and use the worst sort of underhanded techniques to get you to their app page. I don't even know how good or bad this app does it's actual job because I can't get over the egregious ads.

it's frustrating how songs still randomly play even after i stopped playing already. i have to turn it off several times, but it doesn't work because it just keeps on playing on its own again. this makes me so annoyed, and it just wanna make me uninstall the app.

Ads ads ads. Start the app? ADS!! Before you play the first song ADS!!!!!!!! Always 2-4 advertisments before even playing a song I own let alone the music I make is absolute garbage!

I recently downloaded the app and will say it has been good so far. I can play songs in the background, no brief pause on the music anytime i put my phone to sleep, something i hate about my previous player. The interface is nice... Kudos to the developer team However, it's unfortunate that i can't sort my songs on the playlist in accordance to how i wish to listen to them without having to play a song first. I'll be glad if the developers can fix this. Aside that, the app is worth the usage.

Long video ads every time I open the app make this really bad for driving. I want to start my engine and let the music play on it's own. Google Play Music used to do that for all my downloads. There is no reason I should be watching ads to play my downloaded music. Other than that the app works fine but I will not be keeping it due to the highly intrusive ads. Without fail every single time you open this app you will see a video ad.

I immediately need to inform you that it's inappropriate to need access to photos and video files for a music app. I am immediately deleting this as I cannot trust that. Please change that right away. You have no need for access to that. Seems to me like you are trying to take my pictures and stuff to sell or something and that's not a fun feeling. Otherwise, this app seems legit. I'm just extremely uncomfortable with such an odd and unneeded permission.

There are so many ads it's annoying. Once you open app there is an ad. Connect phone to car, there is ad before music can be played, everytime you change/skip a Song or do anything with the app open (eg: going to settings an back to playlist screen) anywhere the page changes there is another ad before you can do anything. If you type/search a song to start the list it plays it on repeat, even after going back to main list, you can't skip the song until you pick a different song.

Full of ads. Does not automatically access the songs on your phone you have to manually add them. Sometimes even if you have paused or removed the player it would still be playing in the background.

Its very good. I am very satisfied with this app. But the only problem I face is I cant rename the titles of the songs. I kindly request to the developers to please introduce a update which has this feature to rename the titles of the song. Otherwise it's very good.

Before the update, the app worked okay. Since the update, a lot of the features are broken and no longer work. I cant pick between shuffle play and loop, I can't like a specific song. I can't skip to a specific point in the song. Its sad to say that the app has become almost unusable.

Weird, I expected the all to display the audio files on my phone but it did not. I just wanted a music app that would say files on your phone but it seems like this one is purposed for videos and YouTube videos only. Perhaps there is an option for that snucked away in a side bar but the lack of convenience discouraged me from pursuing it.

Whenever I see a 1 star review I don't understand, this is a really good app! There's nothing wrong with it. All I have to say is that it won't play the music when the phone is off. If that's a problem for you then I don't recommend. But I use Music Player whenever I'm doing something on my phone and i listen to music at the same time. Very happy very satisfied!<3

automatically shuffles all tracks no matter what, no option to play them in alphabetical order, I have specifically named my tracks A1, A2, A3, etc so they will play in the order that they're sorted in alphabetically, but it's still randomly shuffles them, I'm trying to listen to a series of college lectures, and it won't move in order because of the stupid feature, uninstalled after 5 minutes.

The interface is muddled with streaming and other online features. The playback tends to break due to the inability to even manually re-set the "played to" catch. Pervasive and unpredictable ad rolls in the middle of flipping tabs in app. If you wanna stream it's fine, but it's not a good "media player" it's a "Ggoogle media dash" at best.

Can't even open App completely. Requires permissions to access files and folders which is ok, though the fact that a music app requires access to your pictures is extremely problematic in and of itself, but if you don't allow notifications as well, the app will give a permissions error and fail to load. I have no wish to have 2000 notifications from every little app that hinders my time and data on the phone I payed for, nor is it acceptable for any app to Require them.

I enjoyed using the older version more. The new version is just not working as smooth as the old one. The album's and songs don't come in an alhabetical order, there is no option in settings or anywhere to have everything come in some order. It is not showing all the music files I have. Shish you guys mess things up with all these unnecessary updates. At least allow some of us to still be able to use the older version. I thought this was the Google play music app.

This is the worst mp3 player I've EVER used. The shuffle feature doesn't even work, it just puts songs on repeat. Most the time it won't even change to the next song unless you physically move your phone around or push play/next. Even exiting the advertisements are a hassle, which frankly why am I even getting advertisements to listen to my own music, this isn't Pandora or Spotify after all, mp3 players are a pretty basic function of a phone, even way back in the 90s, yet you still can't get it.

After the massive failures that are YouTube and Amazon players, I'll take what I can get. So far it's been able to detect and play all the music files that i have on my phone plus I can add them all to my playlists (all things the previous other players seem unable to do). Biggest issue I have so far are the constant pop-up ads. Here's a hint: pop-ups make people NOT want to buy the product and it makes us less likely to want subscribe and remain loyal.

Complete TRASH. At first it was good but now the adds just keep coming. And what makes its worse they're video adds that pop up as your music is still playing and you have to wait for a timer to run out before you can close it. I can't even listen to a song in full with out hearing about the new Chevy truck blaring loudly over my song which is now playing in the background. Just reviewing it before I delete. TRASH app
