I would have previously rated this app with five stars, as it was previously a great app, easy-to-use, offered great rewards, and the rev up feature was fun to use. However, right before the last update it started telling me I did not have connection to the internet, even when I did. Then after the last update when I try to load the app it goes from the logo to just a plain white screen and won't let me go any further. This seems to be a repeat issue that more than one user has reported. Fix it!

Right now whenever I try to open the app I get a message that I'm out of internet fuel and a reload button appears and you can hit it all you like and it keeps coming up over and over again. I am connected to a 500 Mb/s wireless connection and the app is not detecting it. It worked this morning but no longer. Very frustrating but eventually it will work again, hopefully...I have disconnected from wireless and the same thing happens as well.

Pros: The app shows you the price for gas at your nearest Murphy station. The app is easy to use. Cons: Points are hard to get unless you use the "Rev Up" feature, which can only be done once a week. Rewards are limited, and take most of your points if you want to redeem for anything. There are contests in the app fairly often, but again, they take most of your point to enter, and you're not guaranteed to win anything.

It is really goofy that you aren't able to favorite locations. I use a QuikTrip app and it shows me my favorite stations gas prices when I open it. On this stupid thing you have to go through the tedious process of manually finding the station you are looking for every single time. All I want is to see 2 stores prices that are near my home! Frustrating!!!

Sometimes the app gets really stingy with the rev up points. I would get 5 or 10 points for weeks, while friends got 20 or more. One of the best features of the app was when checking the transactions, you could see the fuel location. Great if you travel around. Now, here comes an update and the location is gone. Now it just says 'fuel'. This feature is really missed and should be put back.

So have had this the last two years and up until June of 2022 worked great. Now I have to restart the app several times just to get it on the main page. Sometimes I just have to forget about it after the main page does not load for several hours. Have be able to Rev-up three times in the past 6 months only received 5 points and that me trying to get on this app several times a week. Also have noticed loss of missing points. Use to like this app now not sure as it seems to have a lot of bugs.

App sucks. Can't make a profile, keeps saying "error" at the end after I put in ALL my info. App is very confusing not easy to use. The first page has no tabs or where to start just "fast facts". You specifically have to go to the very right edge and swipe. It's like a hidden tab. Only then can you start the process just to end off with "error". Not worth it.

The app has been rewarding, I have been using it for a couple of years. As of three weeks ago the app stopped working. I have not been able to revup. As a result I feel as thought I have been missing my weekly points. I sent a message stating the inability to rev-up. I have reset my password, as I always stayed logged-in. I am still unable to rev-up. Technical assistant is needed. Help, please.

Worst rewards app ever & possibly worst app period. I've had it off & on for months, & I've never been able to do anything with it, at all. Never even seen a login screen. The website isn't much better. Took months of coming back & trying just to finally get my completed profile to save, so I could use my points. I've lived right across the street from Murphy's for almost a year now, so I've been racking up points that I couldn't use. If I didn't live so close, I would've given up months ago.

Great app. Many ways to save and I'm still learning more each time I use it! Only issue I have so far us this frustrating little deal: you get to play "Rev it up" once a week I think where you Rev for extra points. When you're playing a dial spins in the foreground with point totals of 5 to 50. I have played this maybe two dozen times and I almost always get 5 lousy points with an occasional 10! That's it! That's lame man!

This app is great honestly, saves you a little bit of money, so thumbs up from me! I've read some reviews and I've had the same problem, at first I used to get 5-45 points. I've gotten high points a couple times but only when I had gotten the app in the beginning. Now seems like I have the same issue as others where I only get 5 points. I believe i haven't gotten anything pass 15 points in a couple of months. Apart from the "random points" issue great app! Please fix this if it's a bug..!!

It was great when I first downloaded it,but I have tried multiple times in the past week at least still gives error messages. Haven't been able to do anything,can't earn points or anything!! After over a month ago submitting a notice of issue with the app,and tried to uninstall and reinstall it. That didn't work either so still unable to do anything with the app. Pointless to have a app or reward offers if you can't access the app or anything! I've made several purchases at Murphy as well

Was pretty good. But it now sucks. Everytime I go to use it have problems. Before I could log on with my fingerprint. And then it would automatically pull up my points or give me the option to REV IT UP ..... witch earns more points. Seemed like it done that weekly or so. Now when I go to the app. It doesn't go straight to my points and rev it up option. And is hard for me to even find. They have changed something and it sucks now.

I loved the idea but a lot of Murphy gas stations in my town don't have options to enter your number. The ones that do get stuck on a loading screen for a long time until it times out. I fill up my car completely 2-3 times a week and was really enjoying the points I earned but now even the app itself won't open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but no luck.

I would love to join! If only the app would let me. The app seems to work perfectly fine with little to no delay. Until I fill out all my information and click to join. It always gives an error, lets you retry once, then clears all your info so you have to reenter it again. I've done this multiple times. Apparently, Murphy's doesn't want me to earn points. Even with the error, the app never freezes or stops working. It continues to run quite smoothly.

Kinda of like it, but points expire way too fast. Lost many points, in the hundreds around 2020 when travel was quite restricted. Some places I travel don't have convenient Murphy stores. Anyway, since then, I don't use the app as often because I don't think it'd be worth it. Also, can be difficult to login. I need to uninstall but posting this review in case assistance comes through.

Samsung Galaxy S9: I think the Murphy's App is great! The 'App' has worked flawlessly, thus far; very refreshing, to say the least ( and hope we can keep it this way 😉 ). Navigation through the app is good, and UI is clearly marked, well thought out. I like the triple bar menu sliding in from the right. As for what is being offered in app, the Rewards Program is fair enough, earning points through purchases, Rev-Up and Survey. Redeeming points earned is simple, after a quick look at the FAQ.

It's a good app. It has a good interface that has extra ways to earn points.(Aside fom making purchases) I don't seem to be getting as many Fuel points as I do with U-Drive.(United Dairy Farmers point/member card) Although it's still pretty new, and I'm sure others make more points than I do depending on what items you buy, how much you spend etc.... Overall, I'd say it's a good service with great potential!!! I'm interested to see how much I save once im more familiar with the service

I have been using the Murphy app for just a little while now and it seems to be going well. However, I do agree with several of the other reviews that it is a little frustrating whenever I ask an attendant a question about a reward or how to redeem points and they have absolutely no understanding of navigating the app or requirements needed to obtain the rewards so I sometimes lose out on the deals.

Never worked. DLd it, filled out all the info, confirmed via text, went back to app, said confirmed, took the dang survey, went to reopen app, but wouldn't reopen, kept getting error message over and over, same thing. Deleted and reinstalled, asked me to sign in, couldn't sign in, keep getting error message. Over and over, error message. Thanks Murphy, for wasting a half hour of my life. Dang, why won't you let me leave 0 stars...? Grrr, bye
