As a courier, I use this app every day and it's saved me so much time. I have it set up to navigate through Waze and it's pretty a seamless transition between the apps (a few minor problems that fall mostly on Waze). There are a few wonky address locations and there are some frustrating moments with the speech to text feature regarding street names but nothing that should chase anyone off. I highly recommend the premium version of the app if you're doing a big delivery route.

When entering an address the app provides a list of stops to choose from... it's major flaw is that is doesn't show the actual stop on a map to verify. This resulted in me choosing addresses that, while looking proper in grammatic syntax, resulted in either being the post office for that ZIP code or the logistic City Center pin used by Google Maps. I then had to manually plug in each address into Google Maps. This resulted in a considerable loss of Time, Miles, and fuel. Must fix this major flaw

Doesnt properly translate the address into google, not just one time but frequently. It should automatically pinpoint an address when you put it in correctly. Quite a few times ive searched for an address with SE (southeast) and it selected the southwest. Its screwed up a few deliveries for me. When they fix this and make improvements ill consider renewing my subscription.

This is a great planner with is own set of records available for each stop that allows for various other types of tracking, including alarms and monetary notations. Allows you to plan total trip time designating time at each stop, which is extremely helpful. Optimizing feature provides time and miles saved. Free version is adequate, and you can link trips together by changing your starting and ending destinations. A great enhancement to Google Maps.

Nice idea but didn't work. It was way off on the location of my first stop, which is weird since it's just using Google maps. I just uninstalled at that point, I don't have time for that chaos. If you switch to a different app, you have to press "start route" each time you need to see the map again, and that is pretty annoying. This is just for free features. I'm just going to research how to optimize Google maps, it will stay free too.

Really good but could be better. It marks out the locations very well and has great features. You can see the locations in a list while you add more addresses. Fairly simple to use. Lacks a way of saving locations for future use. Also, some locations wont show up so I have to find on another map so I can mark it. It doesnt seem to run routes in effecientl order but I just select the marks manually and its fine. Overall good product.

This app works pretty well. My only issue is that after you enter the address it wants you to verify where this stop should be in the queue and its priority. While I see the usefulness of this feature, I'd like the option of turning it off to make data entry go faster. After each delivery I have to respond both to the app and to my map program to indicate that I'm done with this address and ready to go on to the next address.

It's ok. I use it to just to get all my daily appointments on one map, so I don't use it for route optimization. It's really annoying sometimes because I'll click an address in Google Calendar and it will put the stop somewhere completely wrong, usually in a different city or State. At that point, I have to enter the address manually, which is equally annoying because the search feature is terrible.

Excellent functionality, some glitches. Unlike other apps, this will easily and reliably take in a list of gps coordinates for navigation, which makes it very useful for my postal route. However, after I finish using this app, I have to restart my phone to clear out some glitches - like phone calls not showing up. Better than circuit, but I hope they fix the bugs.

Free option allows up to 10 stops, however when I was trying to add a route I was only able to add 5 stops. Every time I tried to add an additional stop, it would tell me that I would have to upgrade. Overall it's OK. I had a route that had planned stops pretty much in a row. However it started with the first stop as the closest, then the 2nd stop as the farthest, and then routed down to the last stop. Kinda weird.

Just purchased one month of this service. I'm on the fence at this time. I don't see an option to have the app sort my locations for my route. If I paid $10.59 and still have to figure out the route I'm not going to renew next month for sure. It was very easy adding all the locations. Mapquest wants to auto fill addresses and if you're not watching the screen closely, it will. Not always correctly. Fingers crossed this has what I want because I am tired of fighting apps when I'm on the road.

Worked well with the first file I pasted. Now when I try to copy and paste I get an error "looks like your data lacks column names." All the data gets jammed together so the only fix I found was to go in the paste and add spaces and separate each address but with over 100 addresses on a small phone screen this is very time consuming and tedious. The website says with a license you can use on multiple devices. However, I can not find the PC version. I am subscribed. The route I was able to load successfully the first time has worked almost perfectly considering it being the first time using. As soon as the developer gets back to me on what went wrong with the copy and paste and how I can find the PC version I will be very happy to give a 5 star rating as I see the value of the app.

I have the paid version of this app. It works 99% of the time on my pixel 3a The issues I have are that sometimes the maps is not accurate, it will pull up Google maps no issue but, sometimes the house number is off by one or two houses, making me park at the wrong house. I have to double check my invoices to make sure it's accurate. Second issue is I can't rearrange my routes I have saved. I'd like an option to rearrange how my saved routes appear in the list. Great app otherwise

The app needs: 1. To consolidate all drop down menus to one location, or duplicate it in multiple locations. Currently, the user must either memorize the particular drop down menu location of a specific function. This wastes time. 2. A 'clear all stops and routes from the map ' (to start "fresh" or completely new) button that is easy to find. 5-4-22 update. The app does not transfer destination address to Google Maps nor Waze, consistently well.

I paid for the premium membership. This app is extremely annoying and makes me very inefficient. When you look up an address, there's like 10 different addresses. 2 are duplicates but will give you different results. Once you confirm your stop, there's a navigation button that will open your maps. Well, the address that's in maps is completely different! It has taken me places that is way out of my route and I am quitting this app. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS!!!

Great app! So much more could be done to make it easier to work with multiple routes for employees dividing hunders of addresses in a couple routes... Would be nice to be able to select a range and either create new list or change groups. The time allowed at each place is 1 minute or longer nothing under 30 sec. When optimized you can edit and adjust easily. Also when you click done with address to go the next, it takes much time to add them all back for next day. Also nav. with Google sucks.

Awesome overall. I'd really like to be able to set a default address for the end of the route. I have to change it every time, otherwise when I reoptimize it changes the route to end at my current location. And I always want to end at base. Also I agree with the stops updating with the current eta instead of the original optimization. I get around this by reoptimizing during my route. It would also be nice to show the total stops in the current stop bubble. Like 6/17 instead of just 6.

I use this app daily to plan my route. I make house calls for repair work. The most recent update is stupid because now I have to add the stops manually to the route instead of them just being added automagically when I open the address link with the app. Probably going to uninstall because I'm lazy and it's inconvenient even with aN add all button. Oh well, the app is generally not worth it anyways, I just wanted to see all my stops on one map. I don't use it to plan my route.

I use this to generate my snow plowing route. Ok app but it has a big problem with taking me to the wrong address. I have multiple screenshots of what my destination is and what is shown when I'm told I've arrived. I know this isnt a google maps problem either bc it only does it using this app. Regular navigation works fine. Please fix. I also don't like that it forces me to turn on location when I open it. Sometimes I just want to check out or update my list.

It wasn't routing as efficiently as I thought. I had 100+ drops in 2 cities total. Too many of my low #'s and high #'s were very close to each other on the same block & was just time consuming. I tried moving my addresses on the map to route better but it would change the whole address. I tried using the other address moving option but without a map visual and so many drops, it was tough. My route changes daily & I can not afford to drive in circles. App would be ok for a steady route and drops.
