Pretty good but,I hope you can add a warm-up set before the workout/training,it would help a lot not just for beginners but also for experst alike. A warm-up is essential you know. Thank in advance, and I pretty appreciate your apps.

I have had a great experience with this training app! This app has taught me the proper BASIC moves and blocks of Muay Thai and the proper exercises for Muay Thai. However, I wish they kept the Muay Thai advanced challenge slightly CHEAPER because already I have subscribed to a music app that charges money from my phone credit.

Awesome app , the ads get in your way a bit but you can just turn off Wi-Fi. Even if you don't buy the Premium version , the free one is very useful and practical and has a ton of lessons that you can get better from !

Even after getting behind the pay wall theres zero guideance. As far as anyrhing goes its just videos of the same little 3d animation going through the motions. If youre looking for something easier, userfriendly and guided. I highly recomend punchlab, both free and paid it gives you guided instructions and lets you customize your ideal workout while providing multiple styles and workouts. While being Free.

It's a good app to follow along with especially for beginners. Once you download it just turn off wifi if you don't want ads. You don't need to pay anything to remove them. The subscription cost is high, but the app has enough free content to last you a long time.

Hi, I’ve been using "Muay Thai Fitness & Workout" for my training, and it’s been fantastic! I’m currently creating a YouTube series documenting my Muay Thai journey, and I’d love to feature and promote your app in my videos for free. Could we explore a partnership where I promote the app to my audience in exchange for using it in my content? Looking forward to your response!

The workout is great but it doesn't record data to google fit , before every session I connect itt to google fit but after session when I check it shows disconnected I have to register the data manually in Google fit🤥.

I used to like this app but then the developer decided to put everything on a subscription basis except for minimal free content. I would consider repurchasing the full unlocked experience if they bring back the one time purchase plan. I don't care what price, just reimplement the one time unlock feature. I sometimes travel to places where access to Google is severely restricted (i.e., China) so I want to be able to access full content even when my apps can't figure out if I paid or not.

This is a great program. I use it combined with my regular do karate in the garage. They have video of every exercise as it's performed. Use a mirror to check yours. Excellent variety of exercises. It covers just about every strike and block. I use my floor bag to actually carry out the strikes and face up on the blocks. The progression is spot on. At 47 it was perfect for me. Watch a few ads for a great program? I'll take it. Strongly recommend

I trained muaythai for 2 years in real life and stoped , but I wanted to have some sort of memory training so I got this app and it's not bad at All, u can 100% learn how to fight on this app , but u need to have a punching bag and then you will be fine , keep doing it for 1-5 years and u will become a pro

It has really good nutrional feature as a free app. A suggestion from my side is to also add some free weight training exercises. The lenght of the workouts should be increased to 30 mins . That's all overall it's a very good app fornits free features

Very neat app. I do have one issue with it and that's that the time appears to be wrong. It's the 30th, but the app still says it's the 29th and is counting the calories and workouts I do as being on the 29th. It's just a minor inconvenience though. Overall the app is fantastic, although I didn't see any options for southpaw

The app isn't bad the workouts are good for running drills especially if you've got a heavy bag or reflex bag. My only big concern is that it doesn't show you technique. It's very one dimensional in that aspect. Example "ok now throw a left leg kick" well in order to complete that action you need to know how to throw the kick, how to place your weight how to switch, how to throw the kick how not to telegraph. The app just doesn't give enough instruction on the how. Not a complaint more a request

Unusable with ads enabled, must pay 60 p/m to remove ads. (The 60 p/m only removes ads btw, nothing else aside from "premium support") Really guys? I think you're missing the point of subscription models. Reduce your prices or reduce the ad frequency, greed. This app has potential to be great, for now I'll leave fustrated and draft my own routine. EDIT: Upgraded to 4 stars because I loved the routine. I would vote 5 if the ADS REMOVAL WASNT THE ONLY PRRMIUM FEATURE. Edit: app has updated, 5*!

I love this app. I have the free version and it includes a meal plan for the month (veggie meal plan included), a shopping list according to the meal plan, a calorie counter, and of course the workout plan. The free version includes the beginner and intermediate course, both lasting eight weeks. The workouts are very doable and improve technique and stamina. Besides the two courses you can do daily challenges to further improve strength, technique and stamina as well as flexibility.

It's extremely exaggerated on the ads part. There are ads everywhere and ones that show up at every "click", and they are those that completely interrupts the experience for x amount of time. I miss click something and had to watch 2 ads, one becous I clicked, and the other to go back to the page I was. Minimize the app and open it again, boom, ad. Putting the terrible free experience aside, the app is fine overall. Lot of bugs on the food part. But, overall, good, nothing more, nothing less.

Edit: Changing my review to 3-stars. Anytime I open the app, even from my recents menu, I get a full screen pop-up to start my trial. Overly pushy and takes away from the training if I have to re-open the app. Uninstalled, original review below. I use this to stay in shape and go over techniques. The 3D representation of a fighter showing the stance and movements over and over allow for me to check my form and practice it over and over. Learning a lot and enjoying the 8 week beginner challenge.

I really enjoy this app, it keeps me accountable and is a good beginner workout for Muay Thai. I docked one start because I feel the intro/warm ups should be reduced a little, 1m for an arm stretch but 45s for the move? I try to add a little more and skip the rest in-between those. I also wish there was an option to touch an exercise to elaborate on form and proper technique. I can't wait to keep learning and getting stronger!

Seems nice. I rly like the 3D animations. Those look more cleana, show details ideas, vids if any extra details I should know... The otha app out there is similar to tis, appears to hav more features, AND it cost less! NO /MO SUB! If I was u, I would get dat then this. The only difference between the two is. 1) Tis calls them "challenges". Other app calls it "training". 2) This has "elite". Which I assume for someone wanting more challenging training. 3) This app UI cleana. 🤔

Overall very good. If you're willing to give your best, this will give you a good workout. It's no substitute for a real gym but we can't always get to one. My only complaints are that some of the combo exercises are laughably impractical. I recommend shadow boxing during those sets. Also the blocking should be accompanied by practicing counters that follow up on blocking.
