Im trying to switch my MOMO account to a new phone number (*my previous number was recycled) but everytime I do so after following the appropriate steps IT KEEPS CRASHING, when it comes to taking the selfie it keeps crashing! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. MTN please fix this BUG, I can't access my account because of it.(and that's a VIOLATION!). PLEASE FIX THE CAMERA BUG!

Horrible customer service. Been locked out of the app since 14 September. Spent hours on the phone at least everyday since trying to get help only to be told to wait for an OTP that never arrives. Sent a dozen emails, was told I have not registered but I've used services on the app multiple times and I also receive frequent SMS's about vouchers waiting in app as I have not been logging in. App says I need to reset my pin, I've completed both all verification but still get an error message.

I've been struggling for two months now trying to upgrade my account to Yello plus...The app keeps crashing everytime I'm about to take a selfie. Please help as I've tried the call centre countless times with no luck. There are monies I urgently need to withdraw but I am hindered by the withdrawal limit.

It is awful. My first time using the app today and it kept having errors and when I was about to finish creating an account it had an error and when I retried registering it kept having errors saying my ID is invalid yet I have input it multiple times with no mistakes. Y'all advertise how great it is yet we can't even register. Y'all need to stop making sound so great

A very terrible customer services, they talk so rude to customers, I recently updated ny app and now it gave me another new interface, when I try to log in, it says they sent otp of which I didn't receive it, I tried it several times but unfortunately I can't log in to my account.

During my experience with the app I had issues. I lost my sim card and was trying to change my number and as soon as the app had access to camera it suddenly crashes. My device suggested that it's a bug that's causing frequent crashes everytime I grant the app access to the camera.

The app worked exceptionally well from my initial download back in Nov/Dec 2020. Recently (about a week ago) the app just began crashing whenever I tried to load money, and as of today the app doesn't open anymore. It jusk gives me a blank screen everytime I open it. I would really love to give a 5 star but the recent issues I've had ruined the experience. Please fix these glitches ASAP because it had been a very useful app.

Kindly help me out, here's my story..... I had mono, my phone was stolen by the time I tried to make a Sim swap my number was taken already. Now I can't register with my current number coz my ID number is still linked to my old number. What should I do in this case? I really enjoyed the offers in this app, I hope there's a way to sort this out

Don't be fooled by all the fake 5 star reviews... It's another scam app, designed to mine your personal information and probably sell it to the highest bidder. What the app promises and what it delivers are worlds apart. Avoid at all cost!

This is a kak application! It worked amazingly well initially and they ruined it with the unnecessary updates. Simplicity is all we need. You don't deserve any stars. Throw this app in the trash already 😤

Horrible customer service, I have been enquiring about my cashback option that has been greyed out for a while. I have sent multiple emails and called with no assistance. This goes to show that things were great when they started out to attract clients and now that they have clients they don't maintain the same service. I would not recommend the app to anyone anymore.

I am unable to login to any of my MTN apps if I don't have data or not connected on the wi-fi I no longer have access to cash in or transfer anything because it needs me to have internet connection 😢 😞

Horrible service , it always says sorry theres a problem logging in ......plus they also said you will receive 1GB when u first well nothing is received .....installing this app made my other apps start misbehaving its utterly ridiculous

I am impressed. Since I started using Momo, every option I utilise is very user friendly and I have realised that I am not charged unnecessary interests on my transactions. I am going to utilise Momo as my number one savings plan. Thank you.

On 2 April I played Powerball won about R10 a month later I am still waiting to receive it I wrote to them giving all the info they just give reference number and few days later it's been resolved but yet no funds. This was the second time I refuse to play lotto on Momo and also I won't cash in anymore their services is dispicable

Horrible. I feel scammed, poor service. Money just disappear without trace, the call center people just read a script for you if you ask where did the money disappeared to. Worse worse worse worse service ever. I regret the day I downloaded the app.

Horrible service. Only good for buying betting vouchers and their 1hr R5 1gb data. I cashout using nedbank send imali and 8 days later i haven't received the voucher number. I called and send emails but still no help. Useless

I've been using this app for two years now. I just recently updated the app and when I tried to login it said that my account is blocked, which makes no sense because I was able to login before the app update. No answer from the customer service.
