MrPrice Online is an absolute joke. NEVER order online or via the app. Last year I placed an order online and they deducted the money from my account, but there was an error and the order never went through. It took me WEEKS to sort it out and no one seemed to have known how to fix the issue, truly incompetent. Placed another order recently, paid, only to hear afterwards that 1 of the items are not in stock. Again, 3 weeks later, still battling to get my refund. WORST SERVICE EVER, they steal!

Things disappear from shopping bag. Twice didn't end up ordering because random errors occur. After checking out, it THEN says some of the things are out of stock! Pathetic shopping app. When clicking onto a particular item to view, you have to scroll all the way down again to get back where you were. Also issue with certain items that just don't open to view. Finally, items that are out of stock should just not be on the app or clearly marked as "out of stock" BEFORE bothering to click on it.

App is unresponsive. If i could i would give no star. I downloaded the app for one purpose to manage my account the first time i clicked on that functionality it just crashed and it did this multiple times then i deleted it and reinstalled it. I was able to get to the next screen but it was returning inaccurate information now when i try and pay my account it gives a weird error message that cannot be understood by customers. Something about "Gone fishing". Not sure what it means.

It's been 3 months since my last review and nothings changed. The app still has many issues, I'm unable to track any of my orders on the app. Items don't get added to cart, items suddenly become unavailable while adding it to cart, it takes forever to load , clicking on some items doesn't give you the option to choose sizes so you can't purchase it. Checking store stock is also pointless as the store never has it when you get there.

This app needs work. I use online shopping frequently. This app stalls while selecting your items to your basket. It stalls when selecting the store and processing a payment. After service also needs work. My 1st purchase and it cannot be found by the operator. I made 2 calls. on the app it reflects as submitted. I thought my network was a problem but it was not the case. I logged onto 4 apps and they worked fine. Guys, you can do better than this!

The worst shopping app ever! It crashes. It erases your basket. It gives errors when trying to purchase and click through and then you have to start all over again. I have literally just given up on a big basket and decided to shop somewhere else. I dont have time for this poorly designed and operated app and its issues. And based on the other 1 star reviews its the same issue and doesnt get fixed.

So many pages unavailable. Can't add items to cart. Sent feedback, no improvement. When will you roll back to the previous version of this app? The one that actually worked and had zero problems? 2024 - I add stuff to my basket, and then an error occurs, removes everything and I have to start all over. What a waste of an app, honestly.

It is honestly one of the worst online shopping apps to work on. It is extremely slow, hardly ever works how it is suppose to and a frustration. Any online shopper's nightmare. I like the products, but if you click on them, you get an error or an oops. Not user friendly at all. Or they can not find the product you were looking at two minutes ago.

I've been using this app for years. And I love it. It makes shopping easy! I've never had problems. And delivery is always on time unless stated otherwise. However, it would be better if click and collect is always an option. In my area there isn't a Mr price home and sport. Which means no Click and collect. Which is sad because I could be purchasing from those as well. Consider allowing it to be sent to any store.

It works fairly well. You can place orders for any of the Mr Price group of stores, manage your orders or manage you account from the app. There is some small UI issues, but nothing that really affect the usability of the app. It is sometimes slow to respond to changing pages and scrolling through the page results.

I really like the app, but sometimes it can be really frustrating. Sometimes when I want to go into a specific catagory (ex. Ladies - Leggings), it doesn't open, or opens a totally other random category that has nothing to do with what I'm looking for. The website has the same problems and it just makes everything more difficult.

The app is so not user friendly, before I could pay my account via the app no longer can I do so, also everytime I try and make a purchase it always don't allow the transaction just keeps saying, "we sorry, try again later" I've been trying for 4 days now and all to the same message. It's really frustrating!!! What's the point of the app if it won't do what it's meant to ...

The app is user-friendly, with an easy-to-navigate interface and a good standard of user experience. However, I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in the checkout options. Currently, the app automatically separates checkouts based on the MRP division. It would be more convenient if there were an option to check out all items in your basket at once. Allowing to add more items to your current order would be convenient, as you might see something you like right after checkout.

terrible app. takes forever to load, also be careful of the number of items added, app automatically adds 2 items. also, some items will show that its available, but then it isn't.

There is always a problem with the app. It randomly stops working or the checkout button is permanently grey. Now the fashion bag doesn't allow you to remove items that are out of stock but the item is still calculated in the total. Make it make sense. And the chat sucks, you can't see what you're typing as you type it so you have to keep minimizing the keyboard to look for spelling mistakes etc.

Always glitching and telling me to slow down. some pictures are also wrong when you click on an item. Sometimes, it will empty my cart for no reason and always saying error occurred.

The app is not user friendly. Closes automatically or freezes. I personally do not shop using the app as frequently as I used to because of this reason. To add insult to injury, the store charges R400 for delivery fees. absolutely shocking. Update your app and the look. It looks outdated.

It's frustrating because i have to add an item twice before it goes into my bag. it keeps giving an error when adding and item. I went to checkout and there was an error again and this cleared my cart, so I had to start adding my items again.

The app is terrible to navigate and to find what you need. Definite work required on search function as well as menu options. - and delivery takes forever, thus another star deducted.

the App has improved a lot in the past 2 yrs, much smoother navigation without buffering. Kindly separate the account payment options to that of the cart order payments, you confuse the customer. if it's account payment don't show us placing an order information as well as we might have things in cart & assume that is where the payment is going to. Otherwise, well done on the overall app.
