This is not a communication company, these are scam artists, they keep adding fees and charging me for stuff i never agreed to, forcebly changing my tariff, and now they send me a message, saying that i ordered a change of tariff, when i never did such a thing, they just take your money with no permission from you at all, scammers and thieves, i wouldn't recomment this company to my worst enemy, and i hope you lose all clients

I can't install this app on my phone Vivo Y31 with any region. I tried to do this with PC and USB patching, but it gave nothing. Check the platform and core cross of app

I am satisfied with the app services and functions. But some place i got difficulty to understand in Russia, as i am not fluent in Russian language. Is there any possible way to change language into English?

English language would be nice. Many foreign people have Tele2 sim in dual phone while traveling(business/pleasure) ) in Russia 😉 To your answer 24.8.2020: Isn't this a forum of feedback and improvements from users to developers...

Extremely doesn't work. Harmful sticky adds in random time. SMS and login doesn't work. Even after report issue to tele2 there are not work.

Most of the time doesn't work, can't change anything in this app even my own password, always connects paid services without my consent which charges extra and you can't disable them because you can't log in

1 star because English is not supported in the app. Also, the app is full of useless content.

Only problem is that this app is very much confusing, too much unwanted ads and things in the home page and very complicated to renew tariff , to make it worse it only comes in russian and is hard for foreigners to use.

Pretty strange app with no support on tele2 hotline, the absence of the app cross release documentation. I'd say really pretty chaotic development and support. Besides, it's disorganized from standpoint of management.

I live in US and only use this SIM while Im in Russia. But I automatically pay monthly tariff every month to mainta8n the number. Everything was working fine while I was in US. Just arrived in Moscow, turned the phone on and it appears I don't have internet at all (although my account lists 18G), and I don't receive SMS or phone calls (have 600 mins and 48 sms). I am really angry, because that's exactly what I was paying for all this time:to have a working phone the moment I land

It's very very annoying that you cannot use the old version of the app, when there is an update available. I know that you want people to use the newest version, but seriously I don't always have time to update it, I just want to use it straight away, even if it's the old version. Very dissatisfied!

The phone service providers in Russia have the dirtiest policy. It's like you are dealing with a bunch of thieves! Services are becoming activated by themselves. You just have to check regularly, and disable them not to loose all your money!! I was glad that your balance would not get negative (like MTC) here! But recently they also changed it! It will not get negative though! But if you want to use eg. your internet, you have to pay for all the days you didn't use (Couldn't use! 0 Balance !).

It helps, but it's sure annoying with it's ads and more importantly — just blocking old versions from working :c I wonder if they could've shown it as a suggestion, rather than a big middle finger to user. ed: They did it again!

I have a bad experience. First I can't roll over data. Second, you debit me even after data subscription which I don't understand. Fix this and get my 5stars

You just can't use it when you need it, literally. Whenever you're running out of balance or data package you need this app which requires internet access and doesn't work at all. You must update it - or it is just doesn't work while sooner internet for messengers still available. Overall it's very annoying. Exact moment you need it it's useless.

I wish there was an option for changing the language to English, it's cumbersome to be using the screen translation app all the time, other than that, pretty solid app with a bunch of options, too many sometimes 😅

I need to use this app primarily when I run out of mobile data and need to buy additional GBs on the Tele2 market. However, that is the exact thing, which is completely impossible with this semi-bloatware app - it just wouldn't be available without the internet. What's the point then? The most frustrating and dumb thing is that the Tele2 website and personal cabinet on it works as magic. Whereas the app does not work at all.

It's not a bad app, however recently I encountered with an error, the app won't let me into my account due to an error. I even updated the app, but the problem remained. Also, it's quite strange but sometimes my internet data disappears in an unknown direction even though I don't use a lot of apps, don't download large files, and don't watch a lot of videos. I think it would be useful to add a data usage report to the app.

*except when it doesn't, for no apparent reason, and all you are stuck with is "please try again later", in the time we've used this mobile service provider, they jacked up the price close to double the original, removed part of the features of the plan as the plan changed 3 or 4 times on its own, with extra paid options added at random, with what feels like almost legal threats being presented on the main page, with suggested resolution steps being inactionable, many pages feeling like poorly ripped web versions of the same things, and many aspects getting slowly obscured further and further buy ads for more paid extras, better plans, or "relatable" content and fancy graphics both of which frankly fit quite poorly in an app that's supposed to be the place to see your balance and manage your extra services
