Got my review deleted and I don't know why. Anyway, as said before, I can't find settings to stop seeing AD pushes. I have a premium status in their system, yet they still force ad notifications down my throat. Add option to disable it.

Unable to refund an accidental subscription after 3 days have passed. Where is it written? Even the support employee knows not. It just is. When you search for the usual amount of days in which a payment can be returned, a website will usually say 7-10 days at the bare minimum, but apparently any company with a red and white logo in Russia could care less about informing their customers in visible ways.

As a local service maybe you are the most expensive company in Russia, I bought your sim from the airport by 1000 ruble and they told me it has unlimited access to the internet .after just two weeks. I surprised that I don't have access to the internet and I can't call .In addition you told me to pay 700 ruble to extend the service. I really shocked from your service as a foreigner who came to Russia at the first time.

- The app doesn't work at all after update (shows the message "no internet connection"). How can I fix it and start to use app again? - Takes huge amount of storage space (it does not required for such simple tasks, please reduce used space size from 117 MB to 10MB - this is enough)

Fantastic app for regional home internet users. Simple blank white screen with current ballance and one button - pay for tariff! No more info! My tariff, speed, and even abonent name! This is not necessary, because the abonents of MTS only needs to pay. Technical support for users or contacts? Ha, use google search, because this app absolutely useless.

This morning I got a notification from MTC to recharge my balance but I already did this no less than 2 weeks ago!!! And it's not the first nor the second nor the third time this is happening .. asking the operators is hopeless because the excuse is always too technical or whatever .. I've just about had it .. any recommendations for a better mobile network?

UPD. Aaaand changed again to being useless. So, the app had great transparent noninvasive widget and they removed it and changed to really bad uninformative red-n-white one. 2x1 widget had all that numbers: minutes, SMS, Gb left, now it's just balance, which is absolutely no use.

MTS is one of the largest mobile companies in the world with a huge number of subscribers. It is therefore absolutely ludicrous that the app is only available in Russian! This is particularly awful service to any foreign customers they might have. There are countless apps and computer programmes translated in English, even if they have only a few thousand users. The backwardness of logic of MTS in this respect defies imagination. This is a textbook example of parochial mismanagement, to be taught

Application completely doesn't work in international roaming. I was asked to enter captcha unlimited times, and finally I'm not able to login to my account. Tried to reinstall, but it didn't help. Application is completely unuseful in my case on Android 10.

Convenient in some ways but I can only use it on WiFi. Major oversight and pathetic.

The app is "OK". I wish it had more features, especially regarding expense control. The auto-pay is not very logical, even when on, you have to have enough money on your account in order for the monthly fee to be debited. Otherwise it switches to "daily".

Hi mtc I'm from India. still in Russia, I'm only speaking is Russian not for reading / writing , your app is only for Russian language support have. That issue related I contact your customer care but your executives are not respect. How to change Russian language to English kindly clarify to me. Or I exit your your network. I'm waiting for your reply.

The internet connection is so bad, I don't recommend. If you get like 1km out of the city and the mobile data dies. It's so slow that you can't use Google or call someone on Viber etc. Don't recommend at all. Their wifi internet service randomly stops. At day and at night. 2 times in a row they had the excuse that someone broke something on the ceiling of the building and that's why only we don't have wifi... Using their service is like having your mobile data off.

Installed it after i got a message from the provider that my purchase from a card was unsuccessful and there was a link to open to read the full message. Phone has enough memory and isn't old, but the app just crashed. (Also, for god's sake, please do something about the fact that your cell coverage is awful! A couple km out of the city and you lose any kind of connection, much less mobile data, which isn't an issue for literally almost every other provider in Russia.

Unreasonable forced updates. Just a hour ago it was totally ok to open an app and connect to the billing server. It was not old, did not show errors and worked fine. But now when I need to top up the balance after a long conversation the app suddenly tells me it is obsolete and have to be updated. One freaking hour after working perfectly fine. What the hell MTS!?

This offers at a glance info on remaining minutes, texts, and data in my monthly plan. This doesn't update regularly, so the app must be closed and reopened for accurate info. Takes up too much space, for features offered. Shut down completely when my phone had inadequate memory to install an update which offered exactly nothing in improvements. Cumbersome to find charges. English option would be helpful.
