This app used to work ok and now it's horrible. It stays on just long enough to make a quarter of your video and then just closes. Doesn't say it foreclosed so it's nothing to do with my phone. Just disappears. I have been trying to make a video for the past 5 hours and because of this issue I have yet been able to save it. Luckily it doesn't delete my progress, YET. This problem really needs to be fixed. Oh, I also pay the fee every month so it's like money being thrown away.

While I love the desktop product, the mobile version is less than desirable. I had even subscribed based on assumed confidence... It worked fine when I first installed it, but the next time I tried it. It just sits in buffers continuously. Update: Upon clearing the cache as recommended by the developer, the issue appears resolved.

When trying to select videos, you will continue to get a notification saying, "File is damaged, the file is damaged and cannot be used". I do not recommend this app until this issue is fixed. I was hoping this app would be good quality similar to iMovie. For creating high quality video, having these reoccurring glitches appear is disappointing and counter productive for an app that is used for creating movies/videos.

I have a paid service and sincevabout two weeks ago, the app would freeze on me and when I try to save my video clips, it would cut off part of the music that I add to my video. When frozen, I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it before it would work again. This movavi app use to work fantastic, I have been using the paid service for a while, but now it is super annoying.

I've spent hours and hours trying to make a video. It keeps crashing and I lose all my work. I was trying to make a video for a funeral. Every time I get so far, I lose all my work. I've contacted the developer and was told to close all other apps, and save the video with no effects. I've never made it to the point of the video even getting saved because it crashes. Also, I want the effects! They have yet to refund money.

Where's my video? So I've been looking for a video splicer for a while. This one works real nice, although it destroyed my battery. Once finish I went to download the video (which took an HOUR and while doing anything else made my phone run like trash). After finishing it told me it saved, I went to go check my files and it's not there. I open up the app and the video is just gone! This took way too long and I just want my video back and all the work i did to edit cut and splice it...

I love movavi. User friendly and easy understand. Wish they had more text options... you only get basic colors and no background/ hightlight color ... there are other apps that are terrible but have an array of text and color choice. I use movavi though because it is easier to use so it makes video editing fast when I'm on the go and dont want to sit at a computer to edit.

Always frozen. It was working fine for me for a few weeks. Then its just frozen all the time. I can't do any editing. I tried to unintall app and install it again , but same things. I hope it will start working and bugs will be fixed, because I have paid subscription. And for the past 2 weeks I just can't use it at all. I have Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Please optimize app for this model 🙏 😫 😭, I really loved to use it.

A few years ago, Movavi was great. I purchased it and was able to upload a song and my personal videos and make an amazing tribute to my wife. Fast-forward three years, and movavi is complete and utter garbage. Shame on them. I can't upload a song anymore, I can only choose from their garbage selection of stock music. I can't login anymore. I can't access Movavi anymore. Lots more

It won't allow me to choose from video clips in my google drive, and it displays the file date instead of the file's name. All my clips look the same, so the date isn't helpful, and going back and forth because i picked the wrong clip for the video is a massive waste of time. And it has a hard time with clips compressed because of a speed enhancer. Otherwise, it's a pretty good editing app from what ican tell. It's just really difficult for me to use because of what i mentioned here.

Pretty featureless compared to other video editing apps. Watermark unless you pay and their fee is way too high for what you get (only transition is fade to black etc.). If you're looking for a full featured video editor for a reasonable price try PowerDirector, it's worth every penny. Tried this one out because I'm considering purchasing the Movavi desktop software and was hoping this would be more than it was. Making me rethink purchasing the desktop version.

I like the app overall, but there have been multiple times I have had my videos almost completely edited and it crashes literally minutes before I'm completely finished, and it can't recover the video! Talk about frustrating! All that work, gone! I also think the sticker options are poor. In other apps I've used there are stickers for YouTube (Subscribe) and things like that, but these are just cheesy and there aren't many options, imo. I do REALLY like the swipe option to trim though!

It started off very decent. I pay for the service monthly so that the trademark won't show in my movies. It's easy to use and understand, however, within the last 3 months it has been buffering in the middle of my editing, shutting down and the app has been freezing. I'm going to have to look for another service because on occasion with my busy life I have to edit same day and the glitches make me turn 2 hours of editing into 4 or 5 because of constant the interruptions.

So far so good! I'm a small business owner making employee training videos, so I didn't mind the logo. Still, I had to upgrade to use the voice over feature. Happily, it's already a good investment. Movavi did everything I needed it to! I just finished my first video, which was impossible before. I shoot the vids on my phone. Uploading to Google Drive, then downloading to my computer to edit was taking too long- and I would still have to upload the final vid. Editing on my phone cut out 3 steps!

When I first started with this app, it was working fine but then it started buffering a lot and glitching/freezing. I like this editor bcuz it is one of the easiest to learn. However there are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed so others content can be done in excellence. I was told to clean my cache in my previous review. I did it and the same problem keeps happening. I have up until September 2023 to my subscription is up. I don't think I will be renewing my subscription..

I wish I could give more stars 🥺 It's been frustrating trying to find a REAL mobile editing app that doesn't make me want to pull my hair out. Movavi is so intuitive and includes all your editing needs like text and audio clipping. Not to mention the price options are amazing! The only thing I would ask is for more text color options. Otherwise, Adobe can't beat this! 😝 Thank you all so much

I can't open the app because it keeps crashing due to a bug. I already deleted and re-downloaded the app twice, and restarted my phone before leaving this review. Also, it's impossible to contact anyone to let them know you're having an issue. The error message I'm getting says that I need to wait for the software developer to fix the bug in the app, and they won't let me just tell them that.

I haven't been able to use the app for at least 2 months if not longer & have been paying for my membership. The app buffers for a long time trying to load & then closes out completely . Then my phone pops up with an error that this app has a bug and needs the developers to fix it before it will work. I have tried deleting/ uninstalling, & I have tried clearing the cache. The app still doesn't work. I'm going to cancel my membership. It's unfortunate because I really enjoyed using the app b4

App crashes on new phone, contacting support is like going back to school. Too difficult to find the right avenue. I have a paid subscription, and I'm not liking the fact that I cannot seem to contact support. I reported through the app and got 2 emails referring me to a support site. One was only for computers and the other was completely unresponsive. I believe I am now going to cancel my subscription since I can't open the app at all because it crashes as soon as I open it.

Being a premium customer, I had it on my Samsung android phone, and it was functioning fine until one day, when I had to open it for one of my new projects, it did not work. And that was the time that it never worked thereafter. Whenever I tried to open it (movavi), it crashed each time. I called customer service, but the call remained in vain.
