so i see this "Moto Feedback" app in my phone, go to the Play store to see what it's about, FEEDBACK!! but you cant open it, that figures cause their phones are sooooo hooorible they don't want to here about it i guess. there's an update button but no open button 🤔 guess if i made an absolutely horrible product I wouldn't want to know about it either.

I just started using this phone and I have had so many issues the keyboard gets stuck and it's horrible to text and almost every single time I am in a app and it requires me to fill out a document I'll just get kicked off the site and have to start all over not liking the phone and no support whatsoever and I have lost photos because I'm constantly getting notifications that my storage is full and how many times I have tried to email or something and just get directed to never get help

This is ok but when your having issues and not sure what you're doing before you start to complaining, go to the setting HELP and see what your doing wrong before you go thmo the moto feed back. It sure does helped me I know I had some issues, then checked it out to see what I was doing wrong and fixed the issue from a personal experience.

All many types of options in this phone. in all mobile brands Moto is Best worth of my money.but know how want to use.useful for knowledge person AND unknowledge also. thank you very much moto.i really happy in this phone.

I tried contacting moto over the phone and they hung up on me and didn't call me back. I really doubt this app'a feedback is even being looked at. Ever since the last security update, my phone's screen now has up to a 3 second wake delay and so does the flashlight. It's not any other apps, it's the update. It's almost as if their updates are purposely slowing a phone I haven't even had for 2 years yet just because there is a 2024 model out.

Like the Moto g ph alot, just wish it had a stylus. And really like the FM Radio rec feature,but can't get it to playback more than 10 or 15 minutes without it shutting down. It will power back up, but I have to find places where it played just before it stopped. Can you help me with this 1 problem? I would like to give it a higher rating 👍😇

I'm through with Motorola after only one phone, the Moto G7. First the audio system is plagued by a bug they have never acknowledged or had any plan to fix: the volume adjusts only in huge increments and the volume sometimes randomly changes itself while using certain apps and games. Then since Android 10 can't out these phones don't connect to LTE unless forced to, they latch onto 2G cells instead. The company has not acknowledged or fixed this for two months now. I'm over it.

Someone keeps adding apps and pinning widges and things in my phone running from the background constantly and I tried to hide my apps by taking them off the home screen but I have apps pinned behind apps in a stack and can't remove any of them. My app pinning is off. Could you please disable the nearby share through the settings? I don't use it anyways. It would be greatly appreciated. I also keep getting hacked through the screen record and can't disable it or shut it off.

For some reason since the last phone update this phone minimizes apps while I'm in them randomly. I'm not the only one, I've looked online and see lots of forums but no answer to what is causing it or how to fix it. Just now while typing my keyboard disappeared. I'm so frustrated. I have cleared cache, I have freed up a ton of space. Nothing has worked.

Lately it has sucked! My Moto 5g stylus has booted me out of everything or apps stop working automatically and they're all slow starting to begin with so yeah not impressed any longer! Keyboard disappears as I'm typing, videos do not stay paused on whatever app I'm on. Everything seems to be crashing! Think I had better luck with my Samsung Galaxy! Not to mention all the unwanted apps that are put onto my phone after the last update! Namely all the games!Do better Moto!!

Moto g power, got it new last year. Your phone is basically trash. Slower and slower every week. Crash. Freeze. You know how sometimes you walk into a room to get something, and as soon as you get there, can't remember what you were going to get? Yeah. That's this phone in a nut shell. It's like you select an icon to try and do something, and for a few seconds, it's like the phone doesn't remember what that icon was supposed to do.. And if you need to move files to SD card.. bring a book..

Just wish it had better use your friendly. Sometimes it's difficult to navigate internal storage and navigate through the process of getting to specific answers or suggestive communication. For example, learning how to use the camera in the best of its abilities and know-hows. Also how to change colors and fonts and attributes of any specific app. Several times have had to shut the phone down and restart it because it has locked up on me. Inappropriate language and photos have popped up!

The new updates for screen gestures is a pain in the neck. I wish I knew how to get things back to the way they were before they were installed. Also text notifications in the tool bar have been reduced to 3-5 per day. I miss a lot of communication with others because of this. That includes email, missed calls, you name it. The only thing that I can see by dragging the tool bar down and s stuff I don't care about. When I hit "clear all" the same stuff comes back later.

This device is more complicated than any cell phone I've ever owned. Thank God it came with a reasonably good "Help" feature that walks one through most of the WTFs the phone's unintuitive UIs present. The Help feature, though not the be-all-end-all, has more than once saved this phone from experiencing a sudden demise caused by a high velocity 'bounce' off a concrete wall. Just saying...

I cannot imagine how feedback through this app would be better than just telling Motorola directly, whether it be on a phone call or via email. Well, I'm going to give some now. My device keeps pushing notifications onto my screen about things I've already dealt with. It's getting somewhat annoying now that I've had my android for a few months and knowing the cheaper ones I'd purchased in the past (using the same OS) never did this. I turned the notification settings off etc and still get them!

Completely useless!!!!! I have submitted feedback several times using the app. When you submit feedback it asks for your phone number and email address, so they have a way to make contact with you. But either they don't care about the feedback or they don't even read it. Another app that I wish I could delete and replace with something useful.

Almost impossible to click off pages. I do not want personal audio greeting me. I want to be able to click on bottom arrow to get off a page. Difficult to do what I want to do as Moto, just like Google, has a mind of its own and often, by it action or ignoring our action, insists on customer doing it their way. Very, very intrusive. I thought Samsung was intrusive but this is much worse. Maybe it's a low income thing.... Those who buy cheaper phones are easier to direct???
