Yep, KT did it again. I'm often impressed with KT development and this app continues that trend. This app resolves any dissatisfaction I had about using its browser based platform on mobile for quick fleet management purposes. Thanks and KeepItUp!

I'll be looking for a new logbook app now. I do not keep my location on on my phone. I enter my info manually. I updated the app, now it won't let me use it unless I keep my location set to on.

Tried to do the eld for one year, but they did a subscription for 3 year that I didn't know of. Worst costumers service.

Stay out of this. Subpar service subpar features outdated mapview confues driver & vehicle, slow update location. Very poor dashcam video retrieval only get you 1 min at a time, cancellation is impossible. Money minded company only cares about profits, poor support.

terrible. my truck is parked for over 10 min, but the logbook in the app is showing driving time. i called 5 times to cs, but they have no idea what cause the problem. one guy even said that my speed sensor in the truck give wrong info.moron

I can't see my trucks no matter what I pick (moving, idle or stationary) after the update. This update is terrible and really frustrating!

App is good but my issue is for some reason, I tried to update it and it was deleted. I go to reinstall it and it won't install or anything.

Run!!!! They will not work with you if you need to take trucks off your account!! I requested videos and they show up 3 to 4 weeks later. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING AS FAR AS CONTRACT THEY WILL LIE TO YOU FOR MONTHS AND DO NOTHING

This app isn't the same on my phone as the one on my computer. Couldn't upload new driver while I was out of town. Had to call help desk to get something done.

This is not user friendly unfortunately. In comparison to other fleet apps this one does not display the units the way i would like. Also it won't show the unit as well as what geofence it's currently at. Hopefully they can improve it

FRAUD !!! We provided the business card # to pay ELD. After few months Motive employees made a fake order and Motive has been stolen $5000 from our account. The customer service shows the fake order and told as we ordered this. Really? I don't know what I ordered or not? They don't want to return money. Motive are scammers! Stay away, be aware.

This new update is horrible. Driver is constantly showing as off duty while driving every since Keep Truckin switched to motive!!!! I got fined and an out of service on my MC because of this faulty system.

This guy are so crazy with their prices , a regular eld cost about $19 to $24 a month,nothing especial with this guys , do they give you free equipment for about $600 subscription payment for a whole year but them after the year they try collect a automatic payment for $1200 , guys stop any automatic payments if you already subscribed to their services..

Internal reps hold all help and assistance hostage, requiring you to sign up for their gas card program in order to get real assistance with your account. We will be cancelling our contract as soon as we can get through the demos we have set with other companies. Better to burn 8 months left on the contract than stay with this company.

Caution Advised: "Go Run Away" Might Be a More Apt Name for Go Motive Strongly advise against Go Motive. Cancelled within the agreed period, yet they billed us for the full 3-year term, sending a $16,000 invoice to collections. Customer service is a nightmare – endless holds, often for 3+ hours, and unfulfilled promises of resolving issues. Misleading practices and poor service. Beware

App takes to long to refresh and update. It gives false notifications and vehicle maintenance and cant reset itself. Cameras are very blurry if truck is not on and when it is on, it only shows a picture of where the truck is not a live view.

Fleet app not good for much. The app was halfway decent being able to check malfunction indicators camera views were way faster now after the update it's laggy and it doesn't give me an option to check the engine light when it comes on without going to a computer to check it whatever this update did is making me considered providers.

This app should have customizable fleet options. Like adding or removing drivers from vehicles. Managing my fleet on-the-go would be helpful. But other than that, it's a good visual tool to see where your assets are.

They manipulate contracts, are impossible to communicate with, and no solution can be reached. The service is poor after signing the contracts, and their primary goal is money
