This has been my go to app for yrs for animations. But, since getting a new Samsung S23 the feature to add music has stopped working. I even downloaded it again thinking it was a bug and it will not let me add music of my own to the animations. If this is not resolved soon since I am a paying customer I might have to cancel my subscription and find a better app. I would have given it a 5 star rating but, that feature made it more unique to add one's own music to an animation.

I long since bought the premium version of this excellent little app because, for the power, it's super cheap and allowed me to work finish a massive project in hours vs. weeks. That said, I'd love a feature update list somewhere so I can see all the things that have changed between uses. I usually only get the most recent one for that time I open the app, but I sometimes go months between uses as my needs are very specific.

Hit and (mostly)miss. PROS: The "sky" adding feature is neat, never seen that before... CONS: ....It'd be better if there was a "brush" tool with it, to fully remove what the sky replaces | You can only control the overall speed of the project, not by animation line | No option to resize when freezing, instead you zoom for finer size.| The freeze applies low-rez, so if dealing with gradient you get | Memory leak? Few hrs use, and it's "data" is 27! GIGA. BYTES. | The pricing is insane.

Great app for editing photos, especially bringing them to life as a video. Wether you want something more chill & idle or a more up tempo sort of vibe. The sounds, effects, Skies, Filters all are awesome & editable. Once you learn how to use everything to the most it's amazing. AAAAAND the newer AI art is fantastic. Only thing I wish for is some more overlays, especially weather themed specifically snow & rain, and some new skies for sure. But other than that it's fantastic!

I really do like this app, however it requires certain types of pictures to be fully effective without the obvious looping. Typically water shots, and photos that show a lot of sky are your best typical pictures. However my rating is more for the price. Yeah it's a really cool app but they don't give enough for basic use and premium is not worth the price in my opinion. Though I will say I was slightly impressed by the frequent updates. But not enough for the price and how much I actually use it

As i am a graphic designer, included effects are great, but limited to the options included in the app. Not able to add anything on top of the effects, like any texts or logo or our own elements to personalize or promote your business. I guess I paid for a year, but I will stop within a month if this app won't offer text on top layer. Sound effects are very limited as well. I guess the developer didn't think about lots of features from designer's point of view.

I am adjusting a previous review of 3 stars. I really do like this app. I was a premier member but for some reason was locked out of those benefits. I didn't understand why all of a sudden I couldn't do what I previously was able to do. Then later my membership kicked back in.. Soooooo I will say after seeing both sides (free and paid), the app is super fun if you pay for the extra benefits. Not so much if you're stuck in the free zone.

I use a lot of animation, video, & photo apps. I've yet to come across one that was this difficult. I couldn't even figure out how to save the scant change I made. Only way was to purchase. I have VERY powerful apps that don't cost that as much as this. It doesn't even seem to offer a trial. EDIT: To developer per your response: I edited a simple photo adding one background animation. Impossible to save unless purchase. I was NOT trying to gain access to pro features. Just testing it.

I paid for the year subscription and loved it. However I upgraded my phone to the Galaxy S21 and now the app's animation "stutters," both in-app as well as playback of exported video, no matter the resolution. I let the subscription lapse, but after several months, decided to give the free version another try. Same problems. If they ever fix it I'll be back, but until then, not worth the space it take up. Too bad, great app... until it couldn't handle the newer phones.

I think it's a great app but too expensive. Also, the ability to add and animate text would take this to another level. Might even justify the price. However, without a few tweaks to the features, I don't see myself subscribing to this. Free features are pretty good, though. No need to pay upfront. Just exit the popup when opening app.

This is the first editing app I ever tried like this. It not only make your photos play, it has demos, or pictures ready to edit, effects(4 or 5), two free skies, and filters (5 I think). But it lacks adjustment on freeze thickness, speed, definitely the skies, how many seconds until the video ends or GIF, animations and affects. But the app itself is very well done. It's rating is definitely low compared to other apps similar. But it's just so easy to use. Has also been recommended by YouTubers

EDIT: The issue was fixed! Now that I can see all the pro features, I'm really happy with the variety of effects I can add to images. I made a collage and added animation paths, a vhs tracking line effect, and a couple of nice subtle elements. Good stuff. I was double-charged and the app is still locking me out of all the Pro options. I clicked the "Already paid?" link at the bottom of the page and I got a message that there were no purchases to restore. I've got $12 that says otherwise.

Pros: It's great at animating anything fluid (water, lava, etc.). Very easy to use. A nice learning curve means you'll gradually find more and more little tricks you can pull off. Cons: Consumes disk space like no other app I've seen. There's a bug where sometimes you can't delete certain projects through the app. Other: I am hoping that for future releases it wi be possible to have more than one element per animation. Also, the ability to define the area for the sky would be helpful.

I have tried a lot of similar apps, and Motion Leap has proved itself to be of the highest quality among them. The overlay feature doesn't lag, and there are lots of effects to choose from for photos. The free features are enough to make really cool videos and decide if pro is right for you before purchasing. The new AI is great, too! (I am hoping for a direct HD AI image download option in the future.) I recently purchased the pro version and I'm happy with my experience! Good app support, too!

I've only created one animation. I didn't opt for the upgrades ($). The free features I have access to are enough to serve my purposes, so far. The features are easy to use & I corrected any mistake I made with a simple touch. Exporting my finished animation was quick and I really can't complain. Overall, this is a great app so far & I look forward to creating more with it.

Poor Quality Exports = Useless. When saving a project as a gif the pictures become grainy and blurry making the product worthless. The videos arn't much better. If I can't share my pictures or use them then there really is no point to the product. Way to expensive to be broken like this. Also, several of the tools can't be edited or undone, you have to start the project completely over. For example adding motion, when you draw the arrows, if you misplace one you can't delete.

I tried this once and it seemed clear that there was a free basic version functionality, and a number of features were restricted to the pro version. Fair enough. Imagine disappointment when I return for a second try, only to discover that the differentiation is meaningless: you get one little test shot, after which *everything* is pay-to-play. Nothing at all wrong with as for purchase. I buy a number. What I don't like is misleading freeware scaling mechanisms.

The animation is much smoother than the other apps that do similar things, hands down this app Takes the Cake when it comes to realistic-looking movement. however, and I'm sure this can be fixed easily in an update. The app can be a little buggy and will freeze up from time to time as more features are added, the great thing about it however when this happens, your work is automatically saved. This is such a good feature to have... I'm buying the premium regardless of the glitches.

Im changing my review to 5 stars since they helped me with my issue, also i think something you guys could add, so we dont have to go to a different app to do it. your own music, where you can add it to the picture, in the sounds section. Also maybe if possible make a feature for premium, where it would sync to the music you added, so the sky for instance could sync to the beat of the song etc.

Great app. Can easily transform photos and make them come alive. Great effects! Only problem/suggestion. The sky moves way too quick. There should be a speed scale to slow or turn off movement. Also, the app needs more elements! Alien space ships, air planes, hot air balloon, fairies, laser beams.. Get creative. And maybe an option to draw a path for elements to move along.
