There are no words. This game it is absolutely beautiful and music is so soothing. Nice puzzles. This one is so cute with the child following behind her. The game is like super immersive andaddicting. I finished the first one being that it had extra levels on it in like 4 days. This when I was able to finish into because it didn't have extra levels. Not happy about that you guys need to come out with some more of these!

Fantastic puzzle game, the art and level design is top tier, with a wonderful chill soundtrack. There's a good amount of stages and the difficulty was just about perfect for me, the puzzles aren't always so easy you breeze through them, but the most challenging ones aren't hard enough to warrant looking up a guide, and the result is a wonderful feeling of satisfaction upon finishing each stage. The game is 100% worth the price

SO MUCH FUN!!!I only have a few complaints. First, on some of the levels, u don't get 2 do anything, u just sit and watch a video. Also, the storyline is a little hard 2 understand. Other than those, this game is GREAT.Amazing puzzles and great graphics. Anyone who said this game sucks never played it. I personally am a sucker for puzzles and 3d things so this game is perfect 4 me. 🙂 Never got the first one but the 2nd one ROCKS! If u buy it, u will be immediately hooked. I want more content!

Coming from a person who played the first game, the sequel is amazing. Both games are excellent buys. The game holds a price tag of 5 dollars, for about 2 hours of gameplay. If you want limitless hours of entertainment for 5 dollars, get BTD6. If you want beautiful indirect storytelling, beautiful scenery and audio, along with a unique isometric puzzle solving aspect, this is your game. This game is beautiful to look at. From a story perspective, the game doesn't quite match the original's storytelling, however the journey of a mother and a daughter is still very compelling. Gameplay and puzzle solving isn't as difficult as the first game as well, but once again retains my attention with its beautiful environments. Amazing game, great buy!

The game, much like its predecessor, was stunning. We meet new characters, have a whole new story presented to us, and the puzzles present fresh new challenges to the mind. The only issue I have with it is the shortness of the game. This is to be anticipated from a mobile game, but presents a contrast between price and gameplay. So I'd like to pitch to the creators: maybe a longer game for computer or console?

I began the first Monument Valley expecting a puzzle game, and by the time I finished the second one I was completely envelope in the story. These are exceptionally well designed with "levels" that always feel rewarding and a story delivered at a rate that is entirely satisfying all the way to the very, very end. Couldn't possibly make a recommendation even, on how to make it better.

A beautiful, beautiful game. Challenging but only just enough to make you think a little differently, a little (literally) sideways, I never got stuck long enough to frustrate me. Its quite short, I finished it in one long evening of travel, but it was a wholly immersive experience. You can tell that a lot of love and care was put into this app. The story is touching, intruiging, makes you want to know more, the world is beautifully designed, and the gameplay is perfect. 11/10

There are no other words but just AWESOME. It's simple yet beautiful, smooth, challenging but not overwhelming. To the music and audio producers: HUGE KUDOS! The audio of this game is amazing. It puts you in the perfect head space to relax and really enjoy this game all the way through. The one complaint I hear about this game is that it is too short. I feel like it was just a enough to satisfy you but still keep you wanting a little more, which means I'll be looking for Monument Valley 3 😉.

I came into this game without playing the first so any overarching story I was not aware of. A short game/ story that (how I perceive) is about growing up. A beautiful soundtrack underscores very well made puzzles that at times had me scratching my head. The designs that you could draw up after level completion were a nice touch to put on the main level select screen. The only major downside was on a personal note that I did not play it on my tablet to get better feedback on the rotational aspects. Overall I would definitely recommend this game to any friends I had and will most assuredly play the first game.

Beautiful game with intricate puzzles to solve. I almost gave it four stars because I found to be easier than the original Monument Valley and I believe it was shorter. Plus, the original had additional levels separate from the main storyline. But, nonetheless, this is a great, beautifully designed game. I hear that Monument Valley 3 is in the works and I am looking forward to it! Great games!

Big fan of the original and its extras, and this sequel. Clever design, beautiful music and sounds effects. I've played through all the MV content many times over; doesn't get old. I love introducing these games to my very young neices and nephews; great practice with shapes and colors. Will never understand negative reviews about lack of difficulty or purchase price: MV2 is both engagingly challenging and serene--worth much more than the cup-of-coffee money it asks for such a unique experience.

So I played this one after the first game. The puzzles seem easier and more simplistic. It took my maybe 5.5 hours to finish the first game (guestimating because I didn't finish it all in one go but over a course of a couple days). This game took me 2.5 hours and I did it all in one go including the forest chapter. The storyline is sweet, especially seeing totem, and the ending is nice. The art seems a bit more simple than the first. Overall I liked playing it. It was nice to continue the story.

Beautiful app, great puzzles and sound. The only reason it gets such a low score is due to the license validation at startup. Everytime it checks and if you are in airplane mode or have no reception, the game can't be played. I paid happily, but since the times I want to play most are the ones I can't play at all and it bothers me.

I love these games so much! They are intriguing, challenging, beautiful, and addictive. My only complaint is that both are short games with little replay value. I waited years watching for this sequal. I actually purposefully didn't play at times so the experience would last longer. I do understand that each level must have taken a serious amount of time to create and then program. Maybe UsTwo needs to hire MORE geniuses???

I love the concept, but it has two big flaws. One, it is very, very easy. The game presents no challenge. Two, it is very short, just 2-3 hours. I would have liked to see a longer game with puzzles that progress in difficulty. I think that challenging puzzles are possible with this gameplay and for a sequel I'd like to see a more difficult game.

A wonderfully beutiful experiance. one of, if not the best moble game of my lifetime. my only problem is that in the forgotten shores level 7, at some points, the graphics on the background brake, specifically when you turn the structure when water is in it. thak you for such a game. ( edit: sorry I thought this was the first one. the second has no flaws and is stunning.)

I really loved this game, albeit not as much as the original. In many ways some concepts and the art has been improved, but overall it's much easier and shorter than the original. I feel that the puzzles areuch shorter and easier but still a good game. I think that it's roughly the same amount of money as the original, they should add some additional cont for free, or at least some low cost dlc

Love this new version (new to me)! This one is even more beautifully done than the original IMHO. I enjoy these games because while challenging, they are also relaxing with the graphics, music, and overall ambiance. Plus, as a mother to a daughter who is now in her mid twenties, the messages really hit home! Highly recommend if looking for a challenging game to play when experiencing downtime or even before bed. A+++

This game is phenomenal! It has a wonderful storyline much like the first game. The puzzles are more confusing but it makes sense after a while. I absolutely love how these types of games are based wholely on perspective. As I said with the first game, it is confusing due to its abstract nature, but once you understand the mechanics on each scene, you start to get an inkling of how it's done. Such an amazing series. I wonder if they're making a third one!

Beautiful game! My only reason for the 3-stars is that some levels have a really really bad framerate, to the point they are nearly unplayable. Specifically, level 9 (Men-an-Tol) was extremely stuttered, and some parts of the final level also stutter. I am on a Pixel 6a, which came out well after this game so there shouldn't be an issue.
