It takes up space on my phone that I want to use. My phone has low storage and I can't delete this because I have to be able to use my lights.

Nice lights and all, but I wish that it the app/lights didn't forget each other every now and again. Have to resync the lights with app.

This is the most horrible UI of an app for lights. Why do you even need an account, internet, location, AND bluetooth to even control the lights. This is an actual security risk and asking for data leaks. Not even to mention, half the time the lights will even disconnect from the app causing you to RESET the whole process.

I'm so over these fly by night, scamby day type companies, small business whatever they call themselves. Just purchased these rope lights from Wally world and they are connected to a 2.4 ghz channel and Bluetooth is on yet I can't get past the dumb ready to connect Bluetooth location page. Nothing happens even turning on Bluetooth and location, can't even get the voice to mode activated via the push to change button on the rope light !!!! -0 stars.

Probably the worst LED app out there the app crashes a lot and takes forever to load it won't stay on one color and it allows screws up somehow I just wish they made more LEDs that had a remote to them🤦🏽🤦🏽

Works exactly how I hoped they would. I just wish there was a Widget for my samsung so I didn't have to open the app every time I wanted to turn them on and off. 5 stars if we get a widget.

I think the app work well but it would be nice to have some more options with the colors moving Add music mode is really slow.

I am very angry Because it is not on the app base I need it to be on I had to figure out how to download Google apps On my tablet it's still On my tablet it's still not working at that moment it had connected to my mom's phone I would recommend recommend not even getting these lights If you're in a rude rush I will keep the LED lights cause they're good LED lights but the app is not good Change your app Right now Not worth the money though You guys could do better at your software on this app.😠

Limited options with the lighting. The tracer is not easy to work with and is completely different for the DIY compared to the dynamic.

Won't connect to monster lights. Requires you to set up an account with your email, why? Requires you to have location turned on, why? Answer, so they can sell your data. Even after jumping through these hoops it will not connect. They are more worried about making an app that tracks you and sells your data than an app that actually works with the lights that they sell.

Terrible app, needs numbers assigned to each color to color match different light settings on multiple light strands. That being said. Get ready to set your custom setting EVERY day. The app never saves user settings....

I didn't really know what I was getting into when I bought the lights at Walmart. But they work great. Do more than I realized they do. I downloaded the app. It was very simple my lights linked right up and capable of doing more than I expected. Plan on and have been looking at other lights options they offer to expand my outdoor lights.

I am giving it 2 stars only because I don't know if this buffering thing is just my internet, but this delay is absolutely awful. I have been sitting here for like a solid 10 minutes waiting for these lights to change to what I picked, and they aren't making the slightest change at all. If it isn't my internet, then this is just bonkers and you shouldn't download. 😵💫 Edit, itsa lot easier to just exit the app when it starts not working and just go right back in, switched it to 3 cause of it

I'm giving this a 3 star rating. I'm only giving this a 3 star rating because I really like the way the LED strips look and how they light things up really well, but as much as I love how the coloring looks so good on the strips, I'm pretty disappointed with the app that I need to use in order to change the lights because it just doesn't work. Again love the lights but it doesn't really matter if app doesn't pair with the lights properly on a 2.5GHz connection or with any of the "helpful" tips.

I have two strip lights in my house, and now only one strip is connected. The one in the bedroom is now all of a sudden not compatible, and will not connect to my Bluetooth. (It was working for least a month before) It still works but I have to control it manually ... hence my lights are high above and need a step ladder every time I want to change the lighting... I was happy and excited at first... now... they are just OK.

3/2 EDIT:Seems to work as advertised now. Only 4 stars because you shouldn't ship a nearly unusable product even with the intention of future updates. Fix the product first. The features included are the only saving grace for this app. When it works, it's great. When it works. It soft locks and won't further modify the lights until you restart the app if you go through more than one setting.

Once in a great while I have to reset the lights, meaning that it doesn't register in the app and I have to do the process over. Which I do not have a problem with. There are many things I have to reset often anyway. However... I had tried to set a time on the schedule for my lights to turn off. Everytime I had set it to 12:00AM, the whole thing disappears after saving and it seems I cannot delete it, even if I reset it. No update and suddenly tonight, 03/24/24, they didn't turn off at 12am.

The lights themselves are awesome! The reason for my 3 star rating is because they freeze if you switch the color too much. Sometimes I let my son play with the app and the lights will stay on one color no matter how many times I restart the app so I'll end up having to disconnect them. Also, it's been a few nights where they turn on by themselves randomly in the middle of the night! It's annoying! So I've started to unplug them at night when I remember which is very inconvenient!

The simple fact that I cannot control my lights without an internet connection (just being on the network isnt enough) is absolutely ridiculous The device itself HAS BLUETOOTH CAPABILITIES. However, if my internet goes down (which happens frequently due to me living in a rural area) I have ABSOLUTELY NO control over the lights. The GUI is mediocre at best, and its laggy from time to time (I'm on an s21, which is not that old of a phone). And finally the colors in the app are off from the LEDs

Its good and easy to use but for months now when I try to pair it it'll get 2/3 of the way done and then the product will switch out of pairing mode into a different color and it'll stop the connection and I'll just have to sit and wait to see if it works, it never does, I've been doing this continuously for 3-4 months and because of it I haven't been able to use it for a while. It's been frustrating and I've tried everything to fix it, nothing is working.
