Edit after dev. response. Followed instructions but there is no option to turn off NFC. But there was an option to activate biometrics! Bezpeka stops being security and becomes inconvenience when it is too intrusive. The best, 100% Bezpeka is not to have an app or even a bank account but we don't do that, do we? There needs to be a balance between security and usability. Why not just designate devices as trusted and allow multiple sign ins from trusted gadgets. That way it's win win situatio

Mono is awesome for everyday easy banking, it's lightweight, simple and fast. But I'd really like to have the following feature: I know that there's a limit for card2card transfers, it's 60k per month as far as I know. I want to have a progress bar displaying this limit to me. Like "your current limit is 45000 out of 60000".

Probably, the easiest bank app to use nowadays. Benefits from investing into a Dev team rather than the actual physical office bring results. No need to go anywhere, most functions are at hand and easy to use, clear and responsive interface which makes you use it more than others.

Very convenient and user-friendly service. It is quite comfortable to make transactions and application is fast. Support agents are always open for any kind of request, honesty - one of the main property while running the business, you deal with it as well as may imagine, thank you! Very easy to use. Comfortable service with card replacement. Will be more more comfortable to split credit and own money or add possibility to select in the setting how to display. And also cash back could be improved. But in any case 5 stars keep going!!

Great banking app. It's easy to use and has wide functionality. But I still feel lack of old good web client and extended open banking api. But the last thing (api) us present at least what's rather rare for ua banks. Also there're some features which are half done. Like you can add transaction tags and description but still can't get them to bank statement and you're forced to ask support to get it (what still works not too good). Still one of the best even with all those issues above

Update: used the fix that was provided by support. Works as expected now. Impossible to use my phone after I have installed this app. Any time monobank has a new message, app is the first thing to see on screen when you unlock phone. You have phone call coming through - you have to deal with the app first, you have nes message to check - close monobank app first. Sometimes it goes all day long and it doesn't matter if you already checked the messages in the app. The app itself is working great.

So far I like it. Opening and getting the card was a smooth and easy process. Support have been responsive and helpful both in social media channels and phone. Looking forward to using it more and discovering it's features. Suggestion: It would be nice if there is a way to add English language to the app.

Terrible. Completely stopped working and I was charged for credit due to inability to pay. Навіть не можу зв'язатись з підтримкою, тому що сервер не відповідає.

Great app (functionality above and beyond) and best bank experience! Advantages: - bug-free app (luckily everything has worked for me) & a very straightforward interface. - has more features than you could think of, so you have to study the app to find out what else you can do with it. - you receive all possible notifications with additional information like how much was a transaction/ withdrawal fee. - warns you when additional fees can pop up and by default blocks them. Well, fastest and best mobile bank I ever used. Regretly, no opportunity to make a payment for bills, as for example privatebank has. Also, would be really great to offer some interface customization, a bit of thems, personaly I will prefer a very simple (even more that it is now) pure black theme. Overall 5 out of 5, for me, whoever need to have to do a some governments payments as a bills, not really useful, still fastest delivery of money, most of secure.

The old interface stopped working at one point. Thank you Monobank, I tried to make a urgent payment for half an hour, restarted the app, restarted phone, nope, I guess I'll have to switch to the new "shiny" interface with limited functionality.

No competition, king of all banks in Ukraine. Dynamic card security, easy management of subscription services, easy payments, yes, all of that with no commission. You can also see deposit money grow every second, who made this feature is a genius. On the opposite side someone decided that it would be a good idea to change entire app design, anyone ever heard don't fix what is not broken?

Good experience. Competitors pay interest on free cash though. Also, recent changes are prohibiting some things which were supposed to work.

Best bank and banking app available (in Ukraine, at least)! Comparing monobank app to any other Ukrainian banking app is like comparing Tesla Model S to a horse carriage! UI is simple, fast and no nonsense, everything works whenever you need it (regardless of whether in-app or third party monobank services implementations), unlike in many other Ukraninan banking apps and there's 24/7 human support service available. Just try it for yourself!
