If I'm to rate this app, I would rate it a lesser one because this app frustrates my alot, imagine going to a store and unable to make payment. The worst that happened yesterday that got me so frustrated was when I got to a store my Keyboard was no longer coming up on the app again. So sad

The first time I installed the app. The app couldn't take my selfie. Several weeks later. I tried again. I completed all level of authentication then I'm not able to enter dashboard because they keep saying Account Creation Failed

Its just so nice. Another thing I want moniepoint to do is to add the hide balance icon (slashed eye) close to the balance amount. Another thing is that the app takes too long to load my dashboard despite my high speed internet router. The app deserves a solid 10 star rating. Thanks.

I would love to give 5stars because this App is amazing until today after upgrading to level 3 am experiencing malfunction on my personal App, the keyboard takes too long to come up and once it comes up it disappeared immediately making payment very difficult. Apart from this currently Experience this App is Good 👍 and security intact which makes it easier and reliable. I hope this issue is fixed sooner, thanks MP TEAM.

I don't get the operation of this app. For the past 5 days. Always bringing account creation failed. And I had my wallet saved der. And I can't withdraw it. And I need it for medical urgency. Please do improve on it. It is that I can not longer create or connect my business account using personal information. Please I need to get my wallet saved in there

The app and account is total garbage, ever since the day I have created the account I have never been able to deposit money to my account, it always says transaction failed and I have contacted them through call and mail but nothing has been done to it... Do t download it, it's a waste of time

Downloaded the app and I can't even register its saying validation error or so Had to come back and download the one for business and it's still the same It's so frustrating wasting my data You guys need to do something about it because if we can't register what is the point of having it on play store? I can't give any star for an app I haven't been able to register not to talk of try using it

I will rate this app zero. This app is frustrating, and I regret using the savings option, my locked savings is matured but I can't find a withdrawal option, the although the first savings I made was smooth and I've been recormeding this app to others not knowing that it's a scam.. I've called customer service but they don't answer, sent an email countless times but no reply.... My money is stocked 😭 and I am desperately in need of it. How can I save money just for the app to seize it???

This app is so difficult for new members to registered . The issue of face verification fall, without as you for face verification , is soo bad & alarm. Others are not like that. Too bad. Since I posted this message on 24/2/24. I was unable to have an account until now. Customers are failing to answer my calls, and I have not received a response on Whatsapp, so I sent an email. ( this The massage ma reciving as to do will too much attent for the past 4 months) . I had no idea what my offense

This app is worse I downloaded the app,fund the account only for me to discover that whenever I tried to make transactions the pad doesn't pop up. I have uninstall and reinstall the app severally it's still the same thing...

If possible I would've given it lesser than one star. This app is frustrating me. I installed this app going to like 24 hours now and I've been trying to create an account but when I put my phone number it shows verification failed. Someone tried it for me too and it's still verification failed. So I recommend that this app being upgraded and fix the verification issue. If I wait for 48 hours and it's still not working I'm uninstalling the app ASAP without wasting time.

I updated my app as requested, and it's again asking for an upgrade. I clicked on upgrade, and it is taking my back to playstore, where I just did an update with no option to upgrade. I can't access my funds because it is not allowing me to get into the app. This is frustrating, to say the least.

It's not about cache I have cleared the app cache several times. when you go to settings to enable fingerprint login it's not saved. Fingerprint login not working in the latest version please fix it. Auto disabled itself when you close the app, therefore prompt for password each time to use the app.

The app has been good but there are three problems. First, the one that just started happening, i cant buy airtime for my number and it keeps saying there's an error. Second, viewing my card details is confusing. The number is 19 digits on the card instead of 16, so i cant make online payments with my card info. And third, i can't even login to my account anymore, the app keeps closing after 3 seconds. This is a big freaking problem

I really love the app it's user friendly, but my only concern is the 10 naira for transfer, it should be like palmpay 3 free transfer a day with charges. Also the colum for amount it should be straight forward cos that kobo is frustrating when writing, lastly i don't use to see notifications for credit or debit no alerts.

The app interface is quite nice, but your customer service is terrible. It is very hard to reach and not helpful at all. Responses are always delayed, and the staff are often rude. When calling, you waste your airtime while being told to wait for a customer agent, only to never be connected. It's a complete waste of time and resources.

This app is turning to something else. I can't access my savings in my personal account again, if I try to open it, it will keep telling me something went wrong. What Is that thing that went wrong that cannot be resolved. I try contacting the customer service the number is switched off I sent an email no response till now. Now I want to use my money no way. You should try do something about it oo. What is happening to moniepoint customer service does it mean they can not handle a simple is issue

I haven't used this app up to a week and my account has already been blocked, I've contacted their support but I only got responses from bots. Sometimes, when I try to log into the app, for some reason it fails, I needed money urgently and the moniepoint app failed to log in.. what a joke. If chance permits me and I'm able to withdraw the money out. I'm done, I'm not taking anymore chances

The app needs work, it runs to slow, it takes too long to load, when you open the app it'll take time to display everything, when you want to do any transaction it'll load alot before it now pick, it is a good app o, but you really need to work on the speed it's just too slow, and this is not a matter of phone, I know what I'm saying it's been like this for a while and my Samsung is very fast normally so it's the app. please work on it, thank you.
