I have been using this app for more than 5 month I Neve had problems,but now my account was restricted for more than 4 days now, that is a very bad experience,I will not recommend anyone to use this application again,they don't pick calls . This the worse experience in this app this app is a very stupid app,they don't care about there customers rubbish

What a useless app/online bank. I heard about them, and decided to create an account with them. I can't even sign up for a new account, I keep getting this "Validation failed", time to uninstall this rubbish.

I enjoyed using moniepoint for my daily transactions,its network is fast and reliable. I havent encounter any issues until this week that i wanted to make a transfer of #292,000 and i realised i could not do pass #100,000 in a single transfer. This made the week so stressful for me because of limits.

My account got blocked I tried upgrading and nothing is working My date of birth refused to pop up Now , after uninstalling and installing, I can see my profile on the app.......it's a terrible experience and I even call, WhatsApp, emailed and went to their office but nothing is working , hauling my nysc preparations ......it's sick It's still giving me issues and my profile is still not showing ...29/05/24 It's 3weeks and my issues are yet to be resolved , and it is affecting my final year

The app is really good, but I an have issue. I submitted all required documents for upgrade,they were approved and verify,but am still stuck in level 1. please work on it and I received a message earlier that my account will be blocked in the next 17 day if I don't upgrade my account even after it as been upgraded

I rate the apps with 4stars for its prompt action in terms of transfer, crediting and debiting. I reserve the remaining till after understudying its other functionalities. But the issue I have is that apart from my email, both debit and credit alerts should immediately and instantly be sent to my inbox. This issue has given me tough time beckoning on my creditors till after getting strong network or data to access my email. Again, I'm scared the rumour btw CBN and online banking institutions.

your app is not working well with my Xiaomi Note 13, formerly it worked well with my Tecno Spark 10,but I noticed some glitches when I switched devices lately,like the Back Botton not working on some interface,the Keypad dialogue not popping Up when I want to input digits like my Admin PIN etc.

The new upgrade is nice and okay but I wont be giving it 5 stars because when I log in to check my history and I click on any past transaction and then exiting, I have to go to back to the main page again before going back to history cause it won't show and then I have to continue scrolling and it is frustrating. Secondly I can't get access to promotion balance any more.

This app was okay for the first time, but Jesus Christ!!! I never knew this app can be so frustrating like this. If you people don't have enough agent to work on serious issues you shouldn't creat a mobile app because is been two weeks since I sent all my documents for username and password recovery and until now nothing has been done yet.

Was told my app is outdated and need to be updated then immediately come to the playstore for update and it was successfully downloaded and I tried opening it again but went back to saying I need to upgrade but when ever I click on upgrade,it will bring me back here with only uninstall and open options and when I clicked open,it will go back to telling me my account is outdated.

This moniepoint app is a big problem. I wanted to make transfer from the app to another bank no way, To recharge my phone number too is a problem. Their network is too slow. Find something to do about it, the system work is discouraging

I'm very disappointed with this business app. After downloding and installing I kept encountering app glitches such the app closing itself while navigating it. I've uninstalled so many other apps perhaps it's due to memory space from my phone but all to no avail. I even cleared my cache, deleted junk files, and did all I needed to do but nothing seem working. I've not even been able to successfully navigate this app due to this issue. Please do the needful thing or study how Opay did theirs

I have been using the app sir sometimes now. Recently the app stopped displaying keypad when clicked to logging or do any other transaction where by you need the keypad to type in contents. I don't know why but my app is up to date. Minus this set back, the app deserves 5 star because withdrawals and transfers are excellent. I had never been debited wrongly as does with some other apps. Fix this issue and I will come back with my 5 star.

This app is so unless, annoying I have not in my life time use a app so useless and annoying before After upgrade this stupid app It told me to upgrade to tie 2 I did After some minute with network issue it keep loading and loading which it always does I can't count that as my service provider fault because it always does I left the app after some minute I went which I need the money so bad now it say I should upgrade to tie 3 if I press the back option it will just go blank never using it again

I've seen that the app is great but for some reason I don't know if is my phone. It can't just leave the upgrade section of level 1. I click on continue so many times but is not moving at all. This app is used in my office and is great but is not working for me and is always starting again instead of where i stopped if I leave the app to another

Good morning,pls I'm highly disappointed with this upgrade issues. I have upgraded to level 3, why can't the app be open for transactions and I'm compelled to upgrade more which is frustrating. Pls I don't need this app for huge transactions. Let me remain on level 3. Pls can it be free for me to use. Some money transferred can't be reached. So frustrating.

I had been using the app for quite a long time, but accidentally post money into my mobile account never opened. I tried to open the account that I may retrieve the money back, sent the details to support, but it's a pity, since almost 3 months ago support never give me any response. As po is good secured and save. That's why I give 2 star, otherwise would have been 5 stars.

The app is really good. With the way it removes all the hassle usually involved in opening a full-fledged business account. I enjoy the experience so far. But now I want to ask how one can really get a working capital loan from moneipoint? I have searched everywhere online and the app. There is no tab or menu about loans.

This app is a wreck My account with them stayed for just a week without me going to it and when I finally went back I was told that I couldn't access it because I needed to update it. I quickly rushed to play store to do just that but there was no such thing. Secondly their charges for transfer regarding the fact that they are an online bank is relatively large. Take for instance Palmpay/Opay that have free transfers they have more customers because they give good offers. Business is strategic🌚
