So poor sending error message and the customer service is so poor regretting downloading it being trying to send money same error message for a week

I have tried using the debit card that was sent to me and not working and I even tried to make a transfer and still doesn't work..really poor and annoying

The app shuts down as soon as I try and open it. reinstalled a few times and this app will never open so no way to use it.

Rather a shock at the fee amount . certainly not the cheapest as you state. like the app it is very nice & easy to use by what I have seen up to now.

This app largely works, it does sometimes have problems but due to Cesars great customer service I'm never stuck for long. He always goes above and beyond to help when I have issues.

They are very useless. Requesting for too many documents. People that are using them shouldn't get carried away because very soon they will be asking you for proof of your income. The moment you make a transfer close to €900 or £800 within a month then be expecting them to ask for you proof of income which is very ridiculous.

Am trying to send money with this app, and the problem is that I can only pay with a Visa or Mastercard... there is no option for an online bank transfer and it's really sad ...on like other app, I can transfer directly from my account to theirs without using a Visa or Mastercard... please try and work on it thanks..

Completely a failure. I opened an account with them on 18.10.22 as per the lawyer's recommendation. They said the card will arrive within 12-15 business days and so I did wait, passed the deadline it didn't arrive, they said they will resend, wait for 12-15 days again, passed the deadline again, the card didn't arrive. So now 3rd time, they said they will resend the card. My bills and online orders are being delivered at home without any problem. Very disappointed with their system.

All good! I have been sending money giros to my family abroad through this Company for many years now! I cannot recommend it enough! It is truly reliable, puntual and the fees are very low. Besides that, If you have any trouble with your giro, there is always someone on call to sort it out! Thank you Moneytrans!
