They do payout. The problem is they don't credit the right amount of points to you. I played one game for an hour and got credit for 5 minutes. I have referred someone who has gotten quite a few points and it says I get 25%. I added up what I'm supposed to have received and it's nowhere close. I have emailed them about this and no answer. If you fix it maybe Ill change the rating. You've misrepresemlnted payouts..not cool

It started out great. I have cashed out at least $30. You just have to convert the money if in the USA. Now, my points won't add up because "you're not on good internet" even though I am literally in the same spot that I am always in when I play. Also, the notifications have recently begun taking over my phone to the point that my important apps are being shut off. I have to delete this app since it is LITERALLY a matter of life and death.

At first everything was fine! App tracked playtime and rewarded accordingly. 5 stars easy! Now however 2 stars! App is NOT tracking playtime! I have contacted them and nothing! Really? Come on people! There are many of us that don't complain about all of your ads! We do our part, you should do yours!!!! I'll update my review with results in a few days. If there is no solution to this issue then I'll rewrite this accordingly 😌. Still same issue. Uninstalling! WASTE OF TIME!! DON'T INSTALL 🤬🤬

Games are easy. But payout is a pain. So at this point I don't even know if they payout. Everytime I hit the one I want to cashout it says waiting for verification. I have checked both email accounts and spam folders but nothing there. So far I have sent them 3 messages but haven't heard back. So 2 stars are for the games. It is now September 2, and still waiting for verification. Been waiting since August 15

I just lower my rating from 5 stars to 1. At first, everything was great. I played my games and I earned my gift card, which they sent almost immediately. I was almost to the point of being able to get my second gift card, when I opened the app and all my points were wiped out. I contacted support and got a couple of "we're looking into it" responses, and then I never heard anything again. All those hours spent playing games, wiped out. So, scam or glitch. Either way, beware.

Does EXACTLY what it says it does. I first tested it with a .50 credit to PayPal which hit. I recently cashed in a $5 credit and a couple of $2.50 credits as well. Great if you want to be competitive but on a budget. Update: App caused issues with my PayPal account which was closed due to "Suspicious third party activity" Only thing that posted to PayPal was Money Well. AVOID IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Thus far I have cashed out 2 times successfully to my Paypal. Down side it take forever to get through the suggested games. For example I've downloaded and play a couple of the games religiously the down side it the ads required in those games are constant and total scams. MONEY WELL is not a scam although it does take a rediculious amount of points to cash out. IT DOES cash out. Soon that note I'll continue to us it. I would give 5 stars it the amount of points required wasn't so high.

Was okay at first, but then once I got to a certain number of points, it just stopped loading up the app altogether. Tried un-installing & re-installing, and it did nothing. You know the drill: too many adds, no proper payout, and let's be real, who uses PayPal gift cards anymore? Won't be downloading this again, and warning all my friends about how janky this was. Good luck.

I have used this app for over a .month now. Love all the game choices and cashed out 2 or 3 times. But since the recent update, it doesn't want to keep track of my game play and issue my coins. The first time I contacted customer service, they added the coins to my account. I just had to contact them again and hope they will add what I am owed again. The bug needs to be fixed so that the app can once again keep track of game play and issue coins. Once this is done, I will change my rating.

Waste of time and space. Payouts in euros and that's when you can get the app to track. About 3 out of 10 times it tracks. Can't even get a decent amount . Takes forever to earn above 2$ and then with euro payout it's less than and when trying to transfer to a bank it won't unless you have over the minimum amount to transfer. They should compensate for wasted time. Not enough games that I'm actually interested in playing.

I had nothing bad to say about this app until out of no where, I get a message saying that I was doing something suspicious. Now I can't get into the app or even get a email reply that's not computer generated. I had an issue with a new game from money Well, it wasn't tracking my usage. Opened a support ticket, no help at all. Google support recommended Uninstalling play store and reinstalling. Did that and money Well locked me out. Don't waste your time with them, it just ends in frustration.

It completely stopped recording my game play therefore I can't get rewarded anymore, no matter how much I reset it, update it, permissions are all on, I even turn permissions off, then back on again. I'm not sure what to do anymore. I used to be addicted. It was perfect. Idk what happened or what went wrong. If someone could fix this horrible problem, it'd be back to being perfect. But it's awful as of right now. Please, PLEASE FIX IT. 🫶🏼🖤🖤

This used to be a great app. I use it for years. I lost a couple of phones so I had to put it back on a different phone. A couple times now for the last couple months. I've been sitting with $5 waiting to cash out. Refuse to play until somebody verifies me and catches it out. It keeps saying waiting for verification. Emailed twice All I get back is automated. If you get this fixed I Would gladly give 5 stars.

When I began using the app, I received the proper credit at first. I was even able to receive a couple of small Amazon Gift cards. As you get to higher levels, you earn less, but the big issue is that they stop giving credit at all. I contacted support on several occasions, but received no response. When I tried to cash out for a gift card recently, they subtracted the points but I never got the gift card. I do not recommend.

It was decent. I did cash out. And then they said they needed face verification. Okay cool. I've yet to fail one. And it fails. So you contact customer service because there's no other way to verify. Customer service responds with a bot... And then no one helps you. Wouldn't be so bad if you could actually reach. Just dice customer service because if you have an issue it transfer you over to the just dice page.

I like the game options they offer and it doesn't take long to earn the points to cashout. However, my only issue is the last time I had the app installed and I went to cashout a paypal giftcard--all the cashout options (except for the $0.50 and the $1.00 option) disappeared...When paypal charges a $0.25 fee for each money transfer, it doesn't seem worth it to play the game at all.... I really do hope they fix the disappearing giftcard issue because I really like the app and the game selections.

Waste of time! I just can't! This app drives me absolutely nuts. There's absolutely no way to track your came place, no progress indication. You just have to trust that it'll credit you properly And it never does. Some games don't credit at all. I can't play games I dont enjoy and hope it'll credit. I'll play until I have enough to cash out 1 $5 reward just for the time I've wasted, them I'm uninstalling. Going back to the ones I can see my progress on crediting and levels.

Not a scam. Money went to my PayPal within a few hours. I did notice at times maybe there was a connection issue for the app to track (not on my end). I'm not sure if it was random, or happened when closer to being able to cash out $10 paypal. Also be aware that the longer you play a game, the more the payout rate decreased. I stopped opening the app to check progress, so I hoped I stayed at higher rate, but can't be sure if it works that way. Overall, I liked the app, and it did what it said.

This was one of my favorite apps to earn money on. I liked the game selection and if you played often, you could earn points quickly. I chose to save my points for a larger PayPal payout. Then suddenly that option disappeared. Now the only offers available are "special offers" coupons. So, pretty sure I just wasted my time. I'll be uninstalling if they do not bring back PayPal as a payout option.

I was about to come and improve my review because it seemed to work better for a few days and I even earned a gift card. But then suddenly it kicked me out and quit working altogether. It keeps saying my email is wrong but the password resets are getting through fine so I know my email is in there correctly. I get the new password but when I try to use it it says the email is wrong. The one you just sent this password to? Frustrating.
