I am on a FMLA and EDD switched from BofA to Money Network. This has been the worst banking financial experience I have been a part of. The application is slow, and the user interface is not friendly or innate. I had to repeat logins, information sending, and the registration process was beyond frustrating as I had to do it several times before the servers cycled and recognized my login information. I have revertes to completing all transactions via my desktop computer.

Don't know if it is just me or is it for all android phones. I tried but was unsuccessful transferring money from my debit card to my bank account. Kept getting mismatch profile error without explanation about the error nor links to troubleshoot to resolve the error. Also had to press the "confirm", "verify" and every buttons multiple times to move to the next step while setting up my account. Had to call in order to transfer money at the end.

This app is so buggy that it's unusable. I can't copy and paste passwords (or anything for that matter). I can't transfer funds. My stored checking account for transfers disappears and can't be re-added. Oh, the list goes on. I have to resort to calling the number on the back of the card to do any kind of banking and find myself on calls with customer service constantly. The correct website is impossible to find and is almost as bad once you do.

This app is in desperate need of an update. It basically never fully works. Whether that is waiting endlessly for the login page to actually log you in, or your information just flat will not show. Sometimes I boot it up and it shows that I have no total, sometimes no transactions. Sometimes it shows all of my information before I can even sign in at all! Terrible app, and one that should be fully functional because it's the one we use for our money.

App is trash. I installed it to manage my new account, and it wouldn't even let me verify my email or advance in the setup process. I force stopped, clear data, cleared cash, uninstalled app, reinstalled it... everything... and it still won't work. Ended up having to go to the website to get it all set up. After getting everything set up, I came back to the app and tried to sign in, won't even sign me in. App is trash.

I like this app for features.....but it ALWAYS has ISSUES. You can't sign in, you can't sign out, if you lock your card and unlock it for paying it DOES NOT UNLOCK so you have to call. If you are out of town and try to use the wages now, you won't be able to... it's very frustrating for only being able to use or see my account IF the APP ALLOWS IT... I've tried different phones, the computer, but I always have the same issues EVERYDAY. I love this app for what it offers, but it's frustrating

This app sucks! It takes multiple times of entering my password to get logged in most of the time. The piggy bank, good luck using that! I couldn't get into mine for a few days a couple times so I quit using it. Only thing it's good for is the quick view which doesn't always work either. Don't bother trying to call customer service about the app. Got locked out of my account and when I called I was told it's not locked but the app was down. Was asked to give detail about it and was cut off 🙄

Thanks to the reviews, I know it's not a network connection or a phone issue because I've been having the same issues as everyone else. I have to click " sign in " 30 times or give up and try again later. I like the piggy bank feature it helps me save money but it never loads the amount or takes forever to show me the balance or allow me to send money to my main account which is a hassle when I'm trying to move money around. It's very annoying!!!!

I wish I didn't have to use this app. It only works 10% of the time. Logging in is a nightmare if I am able to log in at all. I sign in and it just stays on the sign in page. I've checked my wifi connection and even other devices with the same results. It is HIGHLY frustrating especially when trying to access for emergency purposes. Please fix because that one issue makes the whole app pretty worthless.

The only good thing about this app is that it tracks your purchases and that you can set aside money in "piggy banks", otherwise it's a buggy mess that barely works half of the time. There have been at least 10 occasions where the app just won't let me sign out or sign in, so I can't see my received payments. I've tried updated, reinstalling, followed countless guides, but nothing works consistently.

This app absolutely sucks. Everything it asks you to do, you have to do it twice. Set up external account do send money to? Gotta input the info twice, completely turn off app and relogin for it to take effect. Want to set up log in with biometrics? Gotta do that multiple times until it actually works. Looking for an ATM near you with no charge? We'd show you that if our map worked to do that.

The app is very unresponsive and lags every time I've used it. You have to re-enter data and click confirmation buttons multiple times for it to save/process information. The sign up process itself took at least 40 minutes with how many times I had to start over because the system crashed or ask it to resend verification codes. Many improvements are needed.

This app is terrible! Frustrating! Almost every time I try to log in it doesn't work, MULTIPLE attempts. Bio scan NEVER WORKS. It takes FOREVER to get into app. I have excellent internet, Starlink, so I know it is not my connection. I often have to uninstall and then reinstall just to get into the app and then it shows that there is no activity or money on my account when I know there has been. It makes me wish EDD didn't switch from BofA. You REALLY need to fix it!

Your app is horrible. It takes too long to load, cuts off my password when I'm typing in the box, doesn't want to sign in when I press enter, doesn't sign me out when I do, shows me wrong balances and the refresh take FOREVER!!!! Not only that I have to close out other apps I have in use in order to use this one! Even then it doesn't want to work. I have to then restart my phone. I'm really tempted to just changed credit cards at this point.... I never hear anything bad about Huntingtons app...

The app worked correctly previously, but unfortunately it does not work well at present. Its worst weakness is at startup, for example, it takes forever to enter the application; It takes forever to transfer money, it doesn't matter how fast your internet is, the app works very slowly in every way, I've been trying to log in for almost an hour and it's impossible

This app is absolutely useless. It won't open up when you sign in, it just remains on the sign in screen, Always at the time in need. It doesn't give you accurate balances on quick view, don't trust the quick view IF or WHEN it actually shows numbers. When you actually get signed in it doesn't show you transactions when you click on "show transactions" it so slow to react. This I even after the update. Right now I am unsure of what my balance is due to this app being inoperable.

This app is absolute trash!!! Trying to sign in is a nightmare which will have you entering your password multiple times to no avail. When this garbage app finally does work, it fails to allow you to see your transactions 60% of the time. Being connected to wifi doesn't improve its performance whatsoever. There is no troubleshooting, it's an inferior product in every way.

I've used this app for years with no trouble, but the last few months have been awful. It's constantly telling me an error has occurred OR simply does nothing after using biometric or even manually signing in. No error code, just nothing. I feel like I'm back in the 1980's having to call for my balance. I've tried uninstalling, checking for updates, even changing my password. Nothing helps, but then one out of 20 times it will suddenly work. Very disappointed.

If I didn't need it because my job uses their cards, I wouldn't have the app. It constantly crashes, it take 7+ times of me trying to sign in before it allows me to, and the quick view only works once before you need to sign in again to see your balance. As of today, it won't let me sign in at all and keeps interrupting to ask if I'm human. I answer yes, go through the steps, and click the log in button, then the human verification starts over again.

Does not allow me to sign in most of the time or takes multiple times. I uninstalled and re-installed. No Help. When it does finally sign in, it occasionally does not give me the option to receive a verification code via text. The option does not even highlight or takes a long time becoming available. Honestly, the app makes me feel like my account is compromised. I am a new user of the app but 10+ years an account holder. This is not a stable app.
