Struggling to find a way of loading money onto the VN version. Most pages/messages revert to Vietnamese despite selecting the English language option. Sadly card payments are few and far between in Vietnam - unless you are at a busy with overseas tourists. Domestic tourists can of course use QR codes at virtually every sales outlet

First i agree with all the other reviews about it has too many unnecessary things going on it slows down the payment process. And as an introvert it's really a stressful experience for me. But I'm here to beg for a change about how it always shows how much money i got left when making payment so everyone around can see it and i really HATE it. Please enable auto hide like in the homepage. Pleaseeeee. No one want to show their wallet for everyone to see.

Tried everything but throwing the kitchen sink, and none of the referral promotion for first-timers was applicable, regardless of my status as a newcomer to the app. Ended up with meager, bog-standard coupons that expired every time I blinked instead. Absolute hassle trying to get account removed from the app and personal data private. Users awareness is advised.

I'm a software engineer, and to be honest, I've never used such a laggy and bad UX app like Momo. They are adding hundred of popups and addons that nobody care about. It makes the app become very slow. If on the world have a competition about the slowest app, Momo must be the winner. I've just updated the latest version, and it keep asking me type in phone number and then verify again after I closed & reopen the app (didn't logout)

So easy to use. I wish it had integrated language translator so I could understand all the other great things in the momo app.

Slow, lagging, dropping every time I wanna make a trade. It's been for about half a year but nothing changes. Whenever I have to make a transaction on Momo, I have to use my mum's or my friend's phone :). Moreover, the transaction fee is way too highhh! But I have to use this one because all of my college friends had to downloaded it when we first went to university. I'll never ever recommend this app to anyone.

sometime the app will turn back to you and wont let you making any transactions and you couldnt do anything about that to fix it at moment.

Used to love this app, but now it's so laggy. AND I CAN'T VERIFY MY ID, and the worst is their support center - I try to send them email 4 times, they reapeat the same idiotic copypasta 4 time. I have already sent them email with screenshot and details of the issues. 4 times they replied back with "Please provide images and the information", like they don't even care anymore.

A terrible app, you can’t use it without verification, and verification cannot be done with a foreign passport. How then to use the application if you are a foreigner?????? There is no support service in the app at all. I’ll add to my comment by saying that this is the most terrible application for a foreigner. Somehow I found how to write to support, but support simply responds with standard messages and does nothing, but why is it needed at all?

Liar. They will not give you what they advertised in ads. Really annoyed and dissapointed. They charge for calling the hotline but two times they said that it was busy, and I lose money for 2 seconds per call. They give me the worse experience I have ever got, I will never touch their service again.

Too much useless notification. Please add the notification categories so that I can turn off the promotion notification and keep the transaction notification

It used to be a good and quick app. Now, with a lot of add-on features (I use none of them) and pop-ups (who cares?), the app has been dramatically slowed down, it even cant do basic stuff like logging smoothly, making transactions via food delivery apps etc. I wish it would be lean and fast as it was. Let's look at how quickly ZaloPay could process simple yet fundamental transactions.

Surely, this e-wallet is convenient, but only when it works properly, which isn't the case most of the time. The developers were very ambitious when they added non-related features. As the result, the app is slow and unstable. And I highly doubt whether the updates are actually improving the performance and speed; or do they only serve the purpose of showing off?

Extremely buggy. Used to be much better but with their 'enhancements' they go from better to worse. UPDATE: getting considerably better and more efficient, smooth top-ups from bank accounts. My only complaint for now: the app stopped remembering POS's so there's a need to ALWAYS scan the QR-code. Also, repeated amounts no more stored, need to retype each time. Other than that, a truly great progress.

In theory foreigners should be able to use this app also and in English (for major parts). But it rejected my passport 3 times and support was not able to say why it did that.

Total useless app. Select English as a language and still majority of the app is in Vietnamese. Even getting a phone call for otp is spoken in Vietnamese. Vinlogic at its best.

The dumb app's been preventing me from topping up with my MSB card. This was the last straw. I paid my FastMoney loans (20 million in total) in time, even early and never missed a single day, yet they kept randomly decreasing my "trustworthiness point" while my credit score in CIC is still high. What's the point of a minimum payment option for the Wallet if you're just going to subtract points from your users anyway? The longer I extend my debt, the more profit for TP bank. Basic Econonomics.

The app does not let me link my bank account and it had been 2 months I'm still begging the support to close my account and send me back my money but they don't!! Support team only answer on Friday at 8pm, I cannot imagine how badly managed this company is!! 😨

The app is super heavy and slow now, uncomfortable to make qick payments or add and chat with people. You need a lite versions. something fast!, even if you are in Wifi is horrible!
