Everything was good until I got a new phone, they said to approve from my old phone which is stolen. And now I can log be in to my memory account. please tell me how to fix this, the app is fast, and too much secure. 😅 please help out.

This app is dangerously inaccurate. I just maid a payment for a prepaid ENEO bill using the "recently paid" feature and the payment was made to the wrong meter. The list of recently paid bills is inaccurate!

MTN you guys are just thieves , first of all your data bundles are so expensive doesn't even last plus bad internet connection. You approve money from people's momo accounts but don't even active the data bundles . Y'all really take your customers for granted .Too bad! This new momo app is just another scheme to steal more

This app don't work on my phone (huawei). Here is the error message : "This app needs SMS permisions to function properly. Please enable them in SMS setting." There is no way to set SMS permission for this particular app. Can you help please.

Deleting or updating favorites on the app is complicated. You will have to try sending money , choose a favorite, edit and now delete the favorite. This is so frustrating.

This app is good, but I'd like to see a feature from the old app added back - the breakdown of charges under 'More', the 'Fees Calculator'. This helped me plan my expenses. If you add this feature, I'll fully switch to the new app. Hope to see it in the next update.

The app is very good but this requirement of having to approve the device from the primary device doesn't make sense. What if the first phone is missing or completely damaged beyond repair? Because of that I am not able to use the app on my new phone. And I don't have access to the old phone.

This upgrade is cool, but bud fixes must be checked. Not all features from the old app can be seen on this new one, for instances the savings... Yellosave and the like can't be found. MNT momo must be approved as a payment plan on all marketing platforms just as banks and cards are approved. I don't think it's appropriate for the app not to function without data for emergency sake it must work without data bundle. Thank you.

I love everything about the app just these two 1. You cant open your account on different phone without the sim be in the phone 2. You can no more open with biometric, you always have to type pin and wait for code which is quite frustrating some time Will be glad if u fix these two

the app works well but the last display after transaction Especially sending money confirmation page doesn't change after sending money, it shows the same values to confirm the transaction after successfully sending the money, you may end up sending money multiple times mistakenly.

Dear MTN, I received an sms notification to download the new MoMo app. I just installed the app after I tapped on the link. I've entered my phone number as requested but the auto verification doesn't seem to work as I don't receive any OTP code. it's really frustrating!! I uninstalled the existing Momo App after I received this message because the app wasn't functioning anyway. I thought downloading this would work but it's not working too!! Can you please reach out and sort this out for me????

The app takes too long to open, you are in a hurry to do transactions and this app keeps delaying you. I might say it's my phone but everyone around are also experiencing the same issue so could it be my phone again, no. Please do something about it, it really annoying MTN.. Apart from that the app is excellent.

Prompted to download the new app, which I did over 3 hours ago. Since then, I've been waiting to receive an OTP to sign in. To make matters worse, the app times out after 30 seconds and now says I’ve exceeded my attempts, even though no code was ever sent. The auto-verification feature appears entirely nonfunctional, clearly just for show. This is so frustrating, a complete waste of time and money for customers. MTN, it's unacceptable that such a critical system is this poorly implemented.

The search button is not tat powerful, you can set for cash in amounts then type the persons name but it won't show. If you set all transactions then it comes, even with that some doesn't. Meanwhile I have received payments from this number. so unless I scroll I won't find it through search

The App is a good one,however, when you sign in your biometrics on a previous device,you will not be able to sign in your biometrics on a current device. I made an enquiry at the Dansoman branch and I was told there will be an update that will solve that problem. Till now,the problem hasn't been solved . Disappointing.

I recently had an issue with my main phone's screen, so I switched to a new device and reinstalled the app. Unfortunately, I was blocked from accessing my account because the app requires me to approve the new device from the old one, which I can no longer use. Even though my MoMo SIM is in the new phone, there's no alternative method to verify or regain access. This is a major flaw in the recovery process. There should be a secure fallback, like SMS verification or identity confirmation.

I changed my phone recently, and I had to download the app on the new device, but I can't access my account because I need approval from the previous device that I had formatted and gave out. Also, the biometric is no longer available. I hope the upcoming update will rectify that. Great app though.

If you are operating this app from overseas, it is impossible to verify your phone number because the verification code takes two or more minutes to arrive and the verification waiting period is just 30 seconds. Beyond that, you'd have to resend the code. Very stressful.

Good experience so far. I like the new statements format. They are more meaningful than those generated in the previous app. However, regarding statements, it would be helpful if you also enable reference text for incoming transactions (as opposed to only the outgoing payments). Also drop in the tax amount while you're at it. Thanks.
