Logging into the app has proved impossible. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but that didn't change anything. Secondly, why is it necessary to have a separate app just for Mobile Money transactions & a different app for every other MTN service, as opposed to having one app which has all features for convenience?? 🚮

The whole idea of using the app over the normal USSD codes is that you can use the services conveniently over any network, moving to a new country I have found this to be utterly useless. One has to only look at the Mpesa app, provided by Safaricom, which works even when you don't have its simcard in the phone thus can use it abroad to transact, while also having a modern and much better UI and UX. DO BETTER MTN!

This is revolutionary, I had doubted using it before but just integrates seamlessly and sure is quick. I applaud the WiFi restrictions actually. A very good feature to implement. MoMo pay is great. Just hope lots of business will start using it. Transfers to integrated banks is perfect. That's enough so I don't sound like a scam. But this is it. Good job MTN

Interface is okay, however it's irritating that everytime you have to enter your pin and wait for the otp, it's could be better if once you sign in you're signed in and only have to enter the pin when doing transactions. Also the loading time need to be improved it's taking time to load on every option starting from the login time to selection of options. On bets add also all the affiliated bet companies. Its lagging too much improve on that. I rate it 3/5 stars.

The app doesn't login anymore, It used to work a few months back but whatever happened with the update I can't tell. Please improve the app. It doesn't send the OTP anymore to login into the app. This is very frustrating

This app is messy. It does not work on my device "Huawei Y6". When I select my country and click next, it displays an error massage and it freezes (that is cannot go back or further). Even when I forcefully close the app window and repon the app, it displays just thesame error message. Also, the app requires that u must have only mtn data activated, and does not even work on Wi-Fi.

The app sucks. How can I be getting the response "An error occured, your password is incorrect try again" when it's the correct password. Try to work on your application and Copy some ideas from your competitor(s) where only one application contains everything unlike having more than 1 with different services. Am sorry but am uninstalling the app. It's better to use the codes at least I know they won't eat up my phone space.

Great initiative 💡 but it's rather unfortunate that the app doesn't function on WiFi nor MTN data. Why should you limit the user to MTN data when there are lots options to stay connected. Besides MTN network is really unstable in most areas and that alone is enough reason to diversify users options to stay connected. Please take this into consideration and keep up with the good job.

So far, so good, but it will be better if the option of sending OTP through email be added. As such, people can use the application worldwide without necessarily having to carry the sim around especially when travelling to another country and been unable to receive direct sms

Guy this app has been the worst app I've ever used, has never given me a seamless transaction experience always one problem to anoda,how can I deposit money and be unable to use it for airtime/data subscription or even transfer it out,what I kept on getting is an error message and it's not even the first or second time,this app looks fraudulent fr 😢

Whoever designed the recovery of forgotten password did a very half-assed job. Unlike most system that use emails, they ask for an alt. Number (as if a normal person would have 2 mtn numbers at d same time). The ussd fnct is even more limited in that regard and customer care service is not free and is a coin toss. It's been d most frustrating experience with an app I've had in a while.

Most Useless Mobile Money App ever cant even compare to the Airtel Mobile App. I Hardly use this trash app. Operates like an app made by coding students doing there first project. Wouldn't recommend it at all! Has very few options for transactions and the whole log in process is just irritating.

Would be a great app, but there are glitches. The app has a glitch that causes it to return to the transaction confirmation screen, causing multiple confirmations of the same transaction, after the last transaction has been completed, before an SMS notification is received. This causes one to send the same amount multiple times thinking the last one was incomplete.

Dark mode would be much appreciated for my eyes, more bank options too. Thanks And oh, about the hide balance function I think it's state shouldn't have to be changed evertime I launch the app. Excellent momo service, love it. Very stable👍and secure. Tho I think screenshot should be an option. I'm giving a 4 for serving it's primary function excellently.

App works internationally. It is not true that the app does not work internationally or that it uses only MTN network. I'm using it in America and it works. Only thing is that it doesn't work on WiFi ( I guess that's for security reasons to prevent hacking and protect our money) though I wished it worked on WiFi . Interphase is modern and easy to use.

App is not working from the last 2 months. Very poor service. I don't like MTN Afghanistan. Their 4g internet is equivalent to 2g network and also it is expensive. 👎. I am editing my commnet after a month. Very very poor service. Momo app is still not working. Very disappointing.

Please improve your App. It only has a few options on the first page (home page). Add more buttons on the first page to make it less confusing. Also add some more Retailers or is it Merchants to pay bills to (more options to pick from, eg I can't Bread of Life Church Int'l). And please it's annoying to have to keep logging in with the OTP password, every few seconds of leaving the App. Most annoying thing. It logs you out everytime you hit back button, no option for "exit" or "cancel".

I feel the App needs more work. The user interface needs refinement, making it more user friendly, and easier to navigate. Also the login process needs changing, cause constantly having to get the code from the SMS, sometimes it brings an error even though I've entered the correct OTP code. Please try to take some ideas from the Airtel app, or Zazu, those are more robust and logging in is extremely easy. Even using biometrics like the fingerprint as a means to login would be very helpful

Everything is perfect, I have given 4 stars because for many business purposes, we need the option to send a receipt of some sort. At least by either allowing us to download receipts (pdf or any format) or allowing us to take screenshots of the transactions in the Application (this can be secure via biometric confirmation or password confirmation if you wish to protect user data). This would be really helpful for a more user friendly interface and functionality.

Great improvement. I used this app two years ago and it wasn't as flexible as now. During that time, the app would not let you log in if you're not connected to MTN data network, that's to say one couldn't access the app if connected to WiFi or other networks but I see it's now possible which is a big plus and improvement. I must say I'm satisfied so far but MTN should see that they satisfy others who're critical of the app so as to give users the best experience!
