Had ordered a veg pizza at 11:45pm through the app. Had got a confirmation saying your ordered is being prepared. Waited for an hour and contacted them again, they said "due to a lot of orders its going to take another 30-40 mins". 45 mins later and my pizza still wasn't delivered. And 10 mins later i.e around 2am I get a notification saying that your order has been cancelled as it is out of stock. Very unprofessional. Horrible service. Worst experience. Wouldn't order again.

why do you create unnecessary features? First, the app itself adds the 3 month membership in cart and then it is not available, but I can't remove because the cart is not able to load and now I can't order pizza. customer just wants pizza that itself should not be complicated process

this application is fraud application never delivered you full items and not giving full refund after raising issue of their missing delivery of the items .

Never delivers on time, items are always "sold out" because of silly reasons like the pizza has olives and olives are out of stock.

Food is awesome,, really this quality should be maintained in future to beat Franchise like Dominos Pizza hut... Extra topping makes extra taste and really the pizza base is very good quality.. Delivery timings also perfect.. Delivery guy behaviour was best. Thanks Satyendra..

horrible experience. there is no way you can reach out to customer support if you have placed an order for late night cravings. I am writing this review while waiting for an order, which was placed 45min ago. I can't track, can't speak to a customer care executive nor can I chat with them. if you can't deliver at night, stop services.

Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered from Mojo Pizza and it took a ridiculous 1 hour to deliver — for a pizza. By the time it arrived, it was cold, soggy, and barely edible. If I wanted to wait this long, I would’ve just cooked myself a meal from scratch. Never ordering again.

I ordered italian stuffed garlic bread and got only garlic bread without any stuffing. Even after complaining to the customer support, they forcefully gave some credit points in my wallet, rather than returning it to the original source of payment and then they ended the chat also.

Try to add tip to your delivery guys options as well... rest all is awesome... this is in 2019.. since 2023 to till now... things are only going down... Kharghar branch is worst... I have complained so many times... still they charge for cheese burst and will never deliver cheese burst.. lost hopes from management as well as after so many complaints things are still going down for Kharghar Branch

Sharing my frustrating experience with the Globo Dry Fruit Overload Kulfi you ordered through Mojjo app. It's disappointing when a long-time membership doesn't translate into satisfactory service, especially when the quality was pathetic and the quantity was less.Also it feel let down when customer care didn't even care to look into the matter, stating they "can't help." This kind of response, after being a loyal Eatclub member for so long is certainly a strong reason to discontinue with it.

The food is amazing and al. Don't have a complain about that. But the Payment portal seems to be an issue for me. I find it a little bit of hassle of separately opening my paying app for approval. I also experienced the delay/lag in the payment approval by the app itself when I have made the transactions minutes ago. That is all.

"Ugh, this is so annoying! Every time I try to order from home, your store shows as closed. I have to waste time going out just to place an order. Why does this keep happening?! Can't you sync your timings or update your status correctly?! It's frustrating and inconvenient. Fix this issue once and for all!"

Food is okay, the toppings are good but the overall taste is still okay-ish and is MUCH MORE costly than other brands But what makes this app the worst is the UI and customer care. There is no way to modify/change the order, and you cannot cancel the order within even 1 minute after placing order Customer support is a joke, they take over 2 minutes to pick up the call and do not resolve anything, just say "I'll try my best" Do not fall for any ads or promos, their coupons don't work as well
