App is completely unstable and behaves like it was built by a drunken intern after being told they were getting fired. You can save favorites to the app but they disappear about once a month. There is a good chance to get an error that gives no specific info on what went wrong. Is the location you are ordering from down, is the app crashing, is it the taco-pocalypse, who knows it's all the same unspecified error. They need to pull the app and rebuild from the ground up.

All of that snazzy new look.....same broken options. No pinto beans option even after the big update; still have to call once you make the order to request them. Honestly, I was expecting more functionality than this, considering all of the big "announcement" emails I kept getting. You need to add ALL of the options to the menu, put in a place to easily request things like a MIX of rice (or beans), instead of one or the other. It looks nicer, the points make sense, but it still isn't there yet.

This new version touts customizable orders but it actually lacks features the old app had. It needs a note field for special requests, like a topping on the side instead of in the entree. Also I do not like that it automatically applies a tip to a pickup order, and you have to go in to remove it. You should have to take a step to make a tip, not remove the tip.

I can't even create an account. Every time I try to enter my information, nothing is stable. My phone's keyboard never stays up to where I can actually enter anything. The one time I finally got my information entered, it said my phone number was invalid, but nothing else. Not sure how to correct that when I entered my actual phone number. But even when I am on the order page as a guest, every thing is constantly blinking and jumping between options. I can't ever use this app.

Totally useless app in comparison to what it was. At one time, each person had their own scan code. With it, you could see and accumulate points (for free food) as you made purchases. Also, any deals sent via email or advertised could be accessed via the app. All of that is gone now. The My Rewards section and all of my previous reward points are gone. I don't think the marketing and ads team know that the app doesn't correspondence to anything they communicate. Ridiculous.

After many failed attempts I had to reset my password to login again. No stranger to this with the Moe's app, it happened a month ago. Maybe they are forcing password changes every x days?? The UI keeps bouncing around to different websites when trying to manage your account, probably third party handling some of the basic functionality. It's just really confusing and not cohesive. I'm finally in and can see my rewards..Exhausting, makes me not want to eat at Moe's anymore LOL

Compared to other food apps, this one is severely lacking now. At first, there was usually a deal always available, and now they are incredibly rare. On top of that, this is the only food app I've seen that actually upcharges you for ordering through the app. It's less than a dollar, but still. I'll still give it 3 stars since it's convenient to use and you can bank some reward points to help offset the convenience fee they added.

No, I will not call customer service. Just fix your dumb app! Unable to sign in because Moe's app is broken or something. I used Facebook to sign in before, and when I move forward with my Facebook account, an error code pops up saying the link is broken and the task was unable to be completed. So I try to make a new account not tied to my Facebook, but it won't let me move forward because my phone number is attached to my account linked to Facebook.

idk if I'm just stupid, but its literally impossible to use my points now. I go to checkout, I select the reward that aligns with what I have ordered, a pop up comes up saying I need to add the item to my order and then the reward will apply. OK, so I delete what I have, follow those instructions then get THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. no matter how I do it, no matter what the reward points are for. it just takes me in a circle and is literally impossible to apply the points reward

Hard to imagine a worse app. If you are lucky enough to be able to sign in, you will be greeted with a slow, janky experience. Issues with coupons, payment methods, locating stores, basic menu navigation, etc. It just struggles with the most essential functions of a restaurant app. Love Moe's, hate the app.

Just updated the app, and it's unusable. It keeps forcing me to the home page no matter what action I take. I can see the menu for maybe a second and then booted to the home page. EDIT: This may be due to my selected location reporting as temporarily closed on the website? Please communicate this better through the app.

The app is pretty worthless for ordering ahead. Even when the store has a drive thru you can't select it then the miserable employees treat you like you're an inconvenience for asking why you need to come inside and why your order wasn't ready at the pick-up time the app gave you. An all around horrible experience. I can't find a way to unlink my card from the app fast enough.

Was not aware that delivery was done by doordash or I just would have went and picked it up! Tried to use multiple discounts that I have in my account and they would not work. I usually use the Uber eats or I go into the store but wanted to order from the app tonight. Didn't realize they had delivery so I did that and now it's been well over an hour and the guy is driving around in some neighborhood with my food

The worst app I've ever used. Slow, email resets are never delivered, and Moe's offers deals on Facebook and in store that are app only deals, but impossible to redeem. And don't reply telling me to contact customer care. I have, they don't hellp and in store are just as frustrated and tell me there is nothing they can do, coupons don't work in store, and they admitted to me the app never works. Stopped going to Moe's, even in person without the app because they just don't care.

This is seriously the worst app I've ever tried to use. Can't say how many times I've tried to log in to place an order and it tells me my password doesn't work. And the reset option is ludicrous. Doesn't work at all - never sends an email to reset. But if you try to sign up again, you can't because it tells you you already have an account. I've completely stopped eating at Moe's, now, as I can't access my rewards and it's incredibly maddening to go through this over and over with no success.

Update *Can't log in. Says Recaptcha failed bit it never shows it.* You are now charged for ordering through the app! This is unbelievable! Also you can't easily specify if you want a lot or a little of the ingredients you select. This app is not worth paying to order from. Make it to where you can specify if you want a little or a lot of an ingredient and remove the "fee" and it's 5*. Until then it's -5*!

I've had Moe's my entire life and never had an issue aside from one of the locations closest to me closing but what the latest update is, it's terrible. I can't add anything to my cart and I tried on and off wifi. The website doesn't like logging in and now th app isn't showing the rewards I was trying to use and it is still in my web browser trying to add it to the cart and its stuck on a loading screen.

App works fine generally, but does NOT work with rooted phones. Google doesn't like rooting, so their recaptcha service deems rooted phones as potentially fake and does not let you log into the app. There's no logical reason why rooting would extrapolate to dangerous logins to a restaurant ordering service, but that's google. Moe's should use a different authenticator. Otherwise there are workarounds for rooted phones, but people who don't find those won't be able to use the Moe's app.

The worst food ordering app I've used, my suggestion: deactivate your location, that might make it easier to select location you want, you have to look it up by town or whatever but it's better than literally not being able to do anything. I'm not going to talk about the quality of the food because that's not related to the App it'll just decide whether or not I keep the app. it took forever to do simple things, I'm disappointed in the desert selection but that's probably just a menu thing.

the past few versions of this app have been in a constant refresh loop on the location choice "list" view. doesn't matter if location services are enabled or not. only seems to stay put long enough if I switch to map view. my device has also been updated to Android 15 with no resolution.
