Can be a little tricky modifying stuff when you don't have a gym set up but the quality of information is outstanding.

Absolutely terrible. Had the old app, which completely stopped working. Didnt even know there was a new app, yet I've been charged monthly for the past year and a half. Sucks because I used to be a huge fan; wont go near this company again

Chromecast is broken, download is broken. If I want to pause/unpause a video, I have to hit a tiny spot on the video player, which is nearly impossible to do

Virtual Mobility Coach is a brilliant service/tool to eleviate pain and maximise performance. Unfortunately it's also way beyond my student budget. The Sam Harris payment model would be a dream, but I see that it's not realistic to expect that for every service.

The mobilizations are great. It's missing the ability to filter by equipment type ie. No equipment, lacross ball only, etc. Autoplay on videos should turned off as a UX best practice.

I'd give this app a 2.5 stars. I have a great respect for Dr. Starrett, but this app feels quite minimal to me especially at $15/month + taxes. Videos for mobs seem minimal compared to his book. A lot of the suggested mobs are recycled a lot. Many videos are great but way too long (over 10 minutes). I'd rather keep them but also add on a shorter follow along video that's maybe 3-5 minutes per mob. Also, be able to stitch them together. If it were half the price I'd keep it and show it to clients

I became certified in TRS Mobility 101. Valuable training, I decided to purchase the app following the two week trial. Unfortunately as soon as the subscription started I've started having difficulty with the app. With videos not playing and freezing. Frustrating because cannot follow along

Absolutely brilliant - I love it. I use it to target pain related to arthritis and it works wonders Everytime. I love the really thorough videos, the navigation is intuitive and it's easy to use. Nice work guys.

The old app is being shutdown, and I can't login to the new app. It keeps telling me it's sending a temporary password to my registered email, but it isn't so I can't login to the new app. Kelly Starrett's content is always great, but both apps have been very disappointing, frustrating, and less useful than the original mobility WOD that I signed up for and have been paying a monthly subscription for.

This app is horrible. I paid for a month, but i cant get past the initial screen i was on. Then when i try to pay again thinking it was an error, it says I already own the product yet I still cant get past the initial screen. I tried for a refund but google says it doesnt meet the criteria....

The app displayed a free 14-day trial offer, yet upon subscription I was charged €14.99. The support person told me no refunds were possible as I already had a free trial a few years ago. This is in direct contradiction with what the app advertised, which was a free trial for the account with which I already had one. This is false advertising and dishonesty or incompetence. The support person showed very little motivation to help.

I have tried all the other similar mobility trainer apps for considerable periods of time. The Ready State is by far the best I have tried. After each session I feel looser and after a month of daily use I can feel the difference. I love the simplicity of the app, the ability to filter to time or body area and the creative methods of using the mobility tools. The only improvement I would recommend is during the demos if more simplistic language was used as it can get a bit scientific.

I'm disappointed. The content is superb but the app is like it was a high school project. There's no search function even though there's a lot of references inside videos to other exercises. There's no flow so you're stuck with your imagination for what is good to do next. Full-screen videos are forced to single position and challenges are auto-played (with no possibility of preference). I hope they get some UX experts on this otherwise I would recommend the app to everyone.

Great app, and I would love to keep it, but it seriously isn't affordable for other currencies besides the dollar. To illustrate, the monthly fee is almost the same price as my gym subscription. On top of that, even though I am an educator, the discount is only available for teachers in the USA. I hope the developers can rethink this and adjust the price better for other countries.

I'm uncertain as to why these routines were recorded as videos: the information expressed within would be better in a PDF format since these aren't follow alongs like most exercise videos... a massive benefit of the video format. It's liken to showing up for a Spinning or Aerobics class, being told what to do, then sent home to perform the exercises. With so much better available online (and free) and what other stretching apps are providing this app is a huge disappointment.

Exactly what I need. Clear diagnostic tools to figure out my personal limitations followed up with mobility work given to address those areas. There are challenges in the app such as achieving the splits, which is a fun way to spice up the work I'm doing. I also, enjoy the warm-up/cool-down section. It's an easy way to figure out what I should be doing that day when I hit the gym or the ski slopes. Can't recommend this enough. I value and appreciate the work that went into this product.

Good upgrade from the old app, needs search function. Some of the protocols refer ri "follow along videos," but it's hard to find those videos. Example: doing the squat challenge, Kelly says "these videos are just to give you an idea of what the day is. If you want the follow along video, you can find it in the virtual mobility coach." But there's no way to search or go directly to the referenced video. You have to go searching in the Pain/Prep/Recover sections, sometimes with no luck.
