I have a money to cash out worth 250, so i transfer it in your app..this is worst cause i only had 150 on my transaction ! I was expecting to cash out the whole amount. What happened ? This is sooo annoyiiiiiiiing.

You removed coins.ph added gcash but it does not appear in the app. Used to be a very good app. Now it is useless. If I can give half star that is the rating I will give you now.

Not recommendable app. I got a message that my top up was received. But when I check my remaining balance it was still 0.00 Very bogus. Wasting money and time Karma is in your way

Im using this app for 3 years but now they wont allow me to type my OTP to complete my transactions? it is horrible, you earned a lot of me and now you prevented me from using this bloody app? how could you? do not recommended application poor service!

They took my money and they didn't trasfer my money. Also when I complained them, they didn't give back my money even they can't transfer. They said only we can't transfer my money due to regulations. And I said give me back my money then if u can't transfer my money several times but not reply me anymore. This company is so suck.

not good, too long to recharge, too many topup failure i tried to refund the failed topup it turns refunded but didn't recieve the refund and also i have a sucessful topup status but didn't recieve it. btw i am using this app for a month

This app is scam. They get money from my account and no load coming to my number. Not only one-time but most of the time. Don't download this app.

It takes long time to receive the top-up. It takes hours, and even nearly a day sometimes. Need to improve 24/7 chat response.

Highly not recommended this app, got scam earlier twice Ive tried to purchase once 350 baht got pending and tried to load it again with the same number , already paid but the transaction was pending and totally failed top up , please kindly refund the pending transaction thank you

I am trying to use the app and pay thru card. And Omise is rejecting it. I think that keep rejected card that are not from Thailand. I am using the app before. And im satisfied because theres no problem. But now what happened?

it used to be a very good app and good customer support, but now it is terrible, no one answers after many tries. The problem i cannot resolve my topup while i am abroad, too bad i shld have topup other ways.

I downloaded the app, and in attempting to sign up, it refuses to accept either of my emails as valid emails. I can't even attempt to use the app and see if it works, because it won't allow me to setup

Bugs!!! One of my top up is stuck at Pending status, when i clicked the Cancel, it was deleted in the history. I already paid for that transaction and no refund was received. Tsk

I paid for my Indonesia sim topup. Already my credit card used pay. App message is topup success. But actually my simcard not yet topup. My money lost. After I contacted customer service team. So many emails sending after finally topup finished. Sometimes topup problem.

I purchased a load yesterday and I assumed that the transaction didn't go through since the app notifies me that the top up cannot be found but I got an email that the transaction was successful. The waiting time for the app to process transaction is too long.

Need to update your app so we can recharge with coin instead of adding the credit card number again and again every time we want to recharge. I Purchase coin or whatever the currency is the inapp balance but after removing my visa the inapp balance can't even recharge my mobile number..This is so sick and it really piss me off.
