Between the ads, some of which were clickbait viruses, before the update, the lack of functioning after the latest update, and the fact that uninstalling & attempting twice to reinstall last night caused my phone's temperature to go up so high I couldn't touch it, had to cancel the reinstall, & turn it off to cool it off, I think this app & I will part ways for a while.

I agree with these latest reviews. The app used to be great, now it's not even a decent app. Please fix it back to the way it was. It's just horrible now, no charges are listed, no bonds or releases are listed. Basically it's an app that only shows thumbnail size mugshots and that's it. I really want to love this app again, but until it's fixed, it's a total waste of time and space on my phone.

This App SUCKS!! It will NOT work properly unless you allow it to know your location and access your pictures, phone calls, text and files in your phone. Also to allow it to make phone calls and texts!!!! An absolute invasion of privacy. I deleted it and advise everyone to NOT install it until they change the required permissions!!

I used to love this APP to keep updated on local arrests in my area. But for the last several months i can't even get my app to load anything! Not my zone, news in my area, arrests...ANYTHING! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP and nothing changed! I really would like to be able to use this APP again. I know it works in my area, due to several of my friends have it installed. Please Help!

I loved this app. I really did. Then I read all these fabulous reviews and was a little put off that half the things you all can see, I can't. I can't access the charges against the inmate. The only news alerts I get are for the weather. Etc...etc...I've contacted everyone it says to contact for help. No reply. So no two enthusiastic thumbs up for this app.

9/22 deleting 12/2021- someone fixed the nonshowing photos for about 2 weeks. No photos again. Inconsistent and frustrating Bottom line: This app has gotten worse over time. Problems mentioned in reviews do not get fixed with updates. Unimpressive. Notification "features" don't work: it keeps saying I'm not connected to the internet. Um. . . I am using this on my phone. App goes offline for a week at a time. Update 5/2021 Even less impressive than before. No photos. Descriptive info sporadic.

App is completely unusable. Absolutely will not work whatsoever. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but it just refuses to work. EDIT 8-5-19: still doesnt work! cant get past the "please wait" while it's searching for the neighborhood. this used to be a great app, not sure what happened.

Ads in this app have become ridiculous and intrusive. They pop up after every single click and now the ads have no option to close after viewing. Your only option is to completely close the app and restart it. Then rinse and repeat after every single click. This app used to be decent but now it's just click bait. I was a long time user but now I'm done. Zero stars if I could.

About 2 weeks ago suddenly I cannot see any inmate information at all. Each county in my state that I tap on it gives me a message saying "You've viewed all the information, check back later". .it won't show any names or photos at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times hoping that would fix the problem but it hasn't. I have a Samsung phone.

When I first started using this app about a year ago it worked flawlessly. In the last month suddenly every county I followed begin showing offline. I asked around to some friends and they are not experiencing this same problem. I'm going to attempt the uninstall/reinstall to see if that will fix the issue. If it does I will update my review. If not I guess I will chalk it up to a loss of an all that I literally used 2-3 times a day.

This app used to be great, but charges shown are spotty, and it's absolutely covered in ads. I'll click the X on one set of ads and then a similar set of ads show up with the X in the opposite corner. Then I'll click an offender, back out and have to watch another spammy ad. The app is too bogged down by its own greed. I've had this app since 2018 but it's time to delete it unfortunately.

This app keeps getting worse. Now when you click on a name, occasionally an advertisement will pop up. When you close the advertisement, then you might see the charges. The next time the advertisement doesn't pop up and you just see a blank screen. Also when you get to see the inmates picture, the Mobile Patrol logo is covering the inmates mug shot. I've been using this app for several years and it just keeps getting worse.

Went from poor quality but useful to utter trash quality and completely useless. There is nothing in the app any longer except for a new fullscreen video ad every time you click anything. It takes you 5 minutes to get to where you want to be only to find out that the app no longer shows anything. Apparently whatever database they were using has either kicked them to the curb or shut down. Don't even waist your time downloading it.

I've had this app for years. It used to be good but now, not so much. The ads are a nightmare, and nothing works right anymore. Last week, after almost 3 years, it started showing mugshots. This week none mugshots are gone. The neighborhood area I live in isn't listing anything. It says you have viewed everything. It's been that way for MONTHS. I can only view 1 out of 4 that I follow. Fix it back to the way it was, it was a much better app then.

First, why does an app whose job is to show pictures uploaded by law enforcement need access to my files to operate? That seems new, and absolutely unnecessary. Second, it freezes a lot. Third, if you're not premium, you get an ad every time you do something in it. Want to see someone's picture and description? An ad. Want to back up to the list? An ad. And they have sound.

It promises to show mugshots & a list of charges, but doesn't. It instead has a notification pop up that says "charges are temporarily disabled. We're working to correct the problem." But it's been almost a year. The only thing it's good for is seeing PD facebook updates. You also can't scroll through the inmate list without being bombarded with pop ups. Utter bs!

Please fix this app. I can use the app as a guest and search for my location and see results, but if I sign in with my account it tells me there are no results for my county or any of the surrounding counties.. all of those counties show up as guest though. And the ads are excessive. So many! I would pay for an add free version but I don't see that option offered. And even if it was I couldn't use it signed in since no results show.

If only the pictures decided to ever show up! Most of the time I rely on being able to see the person's picture, so that way I can figure out who they are! Definitely a major disappointment... I'm praying that hopefully this issue gets fixed (SOMETIME IN MY LIFETIME) &updates regularly!!! If it wasn't for that, I would definitely rate this app a solid 4☆'s!

Buggy. For example, a long time ago, the only way for the app to work was to go under guest. I just never stopped doing it. Also, when someone unfortunately has more than 4 charges, the rest are unable to be seen. I understand that the road pirates got to get paid and all that, but the ads are a bit excessive. I'm assuming alot that people complain about are probably the preference of each facility. One example being pictures/no pictures, some having warrants and most wante and things like that

App is so sickening now with all the issues. Way too many ads!! Freezes up too much!! And trying to find the info with the buttons are hard. Also, the "oops" and "something went wrong" and "Mobile Patrol has stopped" messages keep popping up. No inmate photos and doesn't show up in none of the jails. Also hard to pull up some of the jails..
