the app will occasionally let me log in. even then, you can't see any information. it just gives you and advisory to contact customer service

Single point is truly an awful experience when it works well. This newest 10/20 update bricked the app altogether on my S23. Would never have chosen to use this, just got forced to by my billing company. Terrible.

Corporate client: Hey this used to work really well for me, but the 10/20/23 update made it so I get stuck in an endless login loop. Latest Android for pixel 3A, no special considerations

This app is constantly crashing and throwing error codes. It frustrating when I rely on it to submit payroll for my employees and it is malfunctioning.

So frustrating! UI is terrible! OTP works about 50% of the time. Whoever is leading the development effort should be fired, not demoted, fired. It's the next level of incompetence. Amazing that such a large company like US Bank has a product like this.

If you're going to have an app like this then it should mirror what's on the website. What you can do and access here is too limited to be worth my while on any shape or form!! Really wish it was better!

Using version 1.5.2 on my Samsung s22+. This version of the app is totally unstable. Half the time the app will load but only to be notified if issue persist to contact customer service, no content loads. Per my service banker, there's no know global issue impacting the Android app. The app thankfully seems to be good at least for mobile token. My mobile token usually delivers in the first request with no delay, as long as my phone is awake or actively charging, otherwise the OTP doesn't reach.

SinglePoint is absolutely the worst. It almost never works, and I have to spend too much time on the phone with tech support just trying to get signed in. I'm a former IT guy, so this isn't user error. The software is poorly designed, unreliable, and a complete disappointment. I expect better from one of the nation's largest banks. If you need to use SP, get the hardware security fob and save yourself the headache.
