I haven't placed an for the item received today very thin like thread small chain so i had to pay rs. 758 n took the parcel kindly refund the amt n send ur man to receive the item i placed an order for long chain 30.n paid also online by mistake somebodies has come to melwt me the status of my long chain 30m Regards Veena prasad

Horrible customer experience. There is no confirmation of order provided via Mail or on Mobile number. I Ordered on 1st April and expected delivery date was around 4th April. The order is still not received . I cannot track the order as it shows invalid . Cannot connect with the customer support. No revert on mail. This is completely unprofessional/pathetic user experience. Feeling like this might be some SCAM. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

Mirraw have over charged me. They say that when you spend £79 and over, you get free shipping. I did spend £79 and over and they changed me for shipping. On top of all this, they are not answering my emails and not answering my WhatsApp messages. How bad is this company?

I would have given zero stars if there was an option. when I placed an order with delivery address in India, it took the default address which was US. I filed a ticket. The first response was fast but not good there after. Once the order was placed, the confirmation email came with three unclear tracking numbers but no mention of carrier(somewhere it said speedpost). Pathetic app and service. Now i dont even know if the order will be delivered to India or US.
