It's easy to use, needs very little time to learn the different features, and allows you to keep your work clean and organized. Really, all you could ask for this kind of app to do. And no subscription service either!

seemed very unintuitive, not so user friendly, In theory it could be a great platform.

Earlier three different boards can be opened Now they have restricted it to just Two. They don't take suggestions. It was suggested to give atleast two options ( arrow and dot) for "cursor sigh "

I hope you can make it load faster. And BTW, I can't exit the app when I click the back button even if I click it forever

It is an amazing app. But unfortunately I lost control on my account. I tried a lot of way to get it back but in vain. Unfortunately customer support doesn't provide support to free account holders. Whereas I provide only design services to the clients all over the world as a freelancer with 5 stars reviews. Wish that customer support help me to get my boards to me.

I needed an alternative for pureref that would sync across all my devices and, after trying all sorts of reference viewing apps and mindmapping apps, I eventually found Miro, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed

After one of the latest updates scribbles' display depends on the scale, i.e. if you are on lower scale and are writing sth, it disappears right after finished and can be seen only on 200-300% zoom and you should always zoom-in to read something. Not sure if it's a bug or a performance feature, but please make it optional, so all the scribbles can be seen on all the scale otherwise it's making work from smartphone a torture

works great. a little getting used to with the double or triple tapping to type but it does a great job. I wish there was more color options for sticky notes and changing the background from white would be nice but those might be premium features or something. from my free use i have loved it.

I used it for a while, however when i cancelled my subscription they insisted on one last payment. Two months later they try to charge my card again. I go back to the billing page and it's as if i never cancelled my subscription, and now they won't let me because of I've got "unpaid" bill. Absolute garbage behaviour and borderline theft. Stay away by all means.

This could be a very good app, but the main use case for me would be to create process maps and wireframes. I don't understand why you don't have access to "connectors" in the mobile version but you do on a PC. Tried to look through help and it says nothing. Developer reached out, but their support steps didn't work and the link they gave me for further help just led me to the general help database I already looked through. I think the mobile version simply has limited functionality.

**This is a temporary/editable review. Feel free to DM a reminder to update it if/when you made my wish possible.. . . . . .**Thanks for the feedback on 5/4/2021. . .My response: Still keeping 3*** till able to directly drag stickies. It would seem to fall in the category of "basic user expectation", rather than "feature". But, hey, your web version rocks, so I have good hopes I'll soon be able to "touch and drag" :-) . . . . .End of comment on the response, here is my original review: It’s still too early for me to leave a well-informed review: I only just started using miro 2 days before writing this, but ONE glitch (IMO) that immediately jumps to the eye/finger and that caused me to abandon it for the project at hand, was the puzzling inability to simply intuitively “grab and move” a sticky note by touching it, just like in the web version (I’m really loving that). Nope, in order to move stickies around in the app, you have to “select” over the note (not easy to do), to encapsulate at least a good portion of it, before you can move it around. Compared to its web equivalent (yes to point and move), doing this in the mobile version is inefficient/time consuming/frustrating, which is made even more difficult by the fact that you are scaled down to micro-movements over a tiny screen. I would probably want to use the web version to create boards, but then I’d want the ability to edit and move things around easily on the fly, while away from the computer. This is where I got disappointed, when I tried simply re-arranging my sticky-notes and found I had to work around and drag and all that, just to move one from here to there. NOT worth my time, so I made a quick switch back to Google Keep’s handy check-list and finished the project with that . Hopefully you will improve the usabilty. Then I’ll improve my review.Thank you! :-) PS: Loving the web version so far!!!I started testing how I like Miro after attending the Clickup-Miro integration webinar on Sat 5/1/2021 :-) So yes, you got my attention!

Overall it's a very good live whiteboard app. I would give it 5 stars, however I have an issue with the way the app zooms in and out. Instead of zooming out, and showing more of the grid your working on, it moves up to progressively larger grids hiding the grid you were working on. The converse is also true. When a selectable option to zoom without losing the current grid is available, I'll give 5 stars.

The app almost immediately renders my phone (pixel 5a on latest Android version) useless. All issues resolve immediately upon uninstall. Swipe gestures stop working so I can't close the app. The power button becomes unresponsive. Eventually I get a pop-up that "system UI has become unresponsive" and I'm forced to reset it. I get graphical artifacts on my screen (black bezels that look like they should be in the corners positioned in the middle along the side.

I came to the mobile app expecting a similar experience to the excellent web and desktop versions. I was deeply disappointed. I encountered serious pain points including my phones locked rotation being ignored, shape elements not saving text, and no option to disable autozoom when creating new shapes. As it stands, this app does not meet my expectations or needs.

+ Can see and edit my boards, created from pc text in a block. - keyboard not opening when I want to edit. - Still no ability to create arrows and elements from the selected one. - still no offline mode. - web version of desktop site is still more functional than app, and has all familiar flows (try to extend arrow from a block for example)

I would recommend this app for anyone who is a very visual creative person who needs to see their ideas all arranged in front of them. It has a very simple toolset that is easy to learn and use, so you can get started right away. The best perk is an infinite canvas space! It may not be too detailed but I think the app works for its purpose. The fact that it is free is a major plus, although you can make more separate boards if you want to pay for pro, it doesn't limit you too much.

Great app I use to draw with my friends, however, specifically for drawing, the biggest thing I would recommend be changed is the eraser tool, it's very annoying how it erases the whole line. Also, I'd like custom colors to be accessible for mobile. Maybe being able to change the color of the background. Also, I know this isn't only for drawing, but that is what me and my friends use it for.

Very well done. I really like this app. It doesn't infinitely zoom unfortunately, but it works with my Wacom pen unlike OneNote. I also wish it had dark mode, but for now I just make large black rectangles to simulate the effect. I add key words to get around it's lack of OCR search. But all in all it's everything I needed: an app that doesn't suck on Windows/web/ Android like Concepts does, infinite canvas, links to drawings, and works well for notes/simple sketching.

Love Miro on my computer, but on my Pixel 5, it crashes so hard it literally requires a phone restart. Sometimes two restarts back to back. Never seen another app crash so hard, and it's very frustrating because it's great when it works. Update: They just released an update that seems to have addressed this issue. No more performance issues, and we're back in business! \o/

Won't Let Me CANCEL! Without my desktop for a while, so tried to cancel from my phone. Won't "rotate" on the web, so downloaded the app. Surprise, surprise, no way to cancel. I probably would have eventually upgraded again, but now no way. I don't want to do business that causes this much frustration to cancel your subscription. And it's STILL not. I sent a message on their contact form, immediately got a robo email, saying my inquiry was low priority. Lmao. My recommendation: keep looking!
