When it's come to offer or something special the app doesn't work very well. Always asking login details and it never logged in. Nice trick btw. Looks like a scam I noticed this several times now. Other than that nothing to complain easy to go through.

I have been using this app for the past year and purchased a bunch of stuff i needed. Best app among the competitors in my opinion. Clean app template and easy to access stores with minimum lag.

Non existent customer service. Emailed them two weeks ago regarding an app malfunction which caused me to get charged extra on a purchase, chased 3 times. And still no response whatsoever. Horrible service. Shame on you

Service is good but I really hope there is at least 3 days grace period before they charge late payment fee... Cause sometimes salary dates change due to Weekends and public holidays..

This app doesn't let me sign in. Even though I give my credintials correctly it says "username and password didn't match. Please try again". When I use my fingerprint to log in. It says the same thing. It's very annoying.

It's not working at all. I have tried 4 to 5 times to add my card to this digital wallet. I was using a sampath debit card. One of my friends was also not able to use this application, and he is using iOS. For something like financial transactions, I am expecting above average security and bug-less application to trust and save my financial information. May be this is a sri lankan product. I'm not trying to discourage developers. But please don't use this application yet.

Everytime open the app, we have to type the password. The worst part is password managers like Bitwarden doesnt recognized login screen as well. Since my phone dont have any fingerprint sensor, I cant enable that feature as well. It's very inconvenient. Better to implement a PIN based login system like all other financial apps.

There's no notifying you for payments before due dates, the app just gonna stay silent. You have to check the app your self everytime to see if u missed any payments. I had to pay twice the amount I had to pay because of this. It's almost like the devs doing this on purpose to snatch more money out of you. Unbelievable!

I don't understand why apps such as this, that are only available in a certain country, don't state that in the app information, I mean that would be the obvious and logical thing to do, but instead they don't mention it at all and people end up wasting their time installing the app and trying to sign up.... But Google is also to blame for allowing apps that aren't available in your region to be available for you to install on the Play Store.

Great app. User friendly. Ease to use. Looking forward to seeing more businesses on your platform. Suggestions on Security features: Everytime you open the app, make sure to ask for finger print or a pin to login. This will help with having a better security. Apps that have our cc/dc details stored is just a big risk. So this is a Must Have feature. Also, another security feature would be to enable OTP whenever we make a purchase/click pay. (Cannot remember if this is already available)

Really disappointed.... They ask for more information and even there isn't any option delete your account and information...I tried to input a photo of my driving licence because they asked it ...however they don't recognize it...now I only can uninstall this app and don't know what they will do with my information...trash

Even though I tried several times, still I can't sign up. bcoz the app shows that my "NIC number does not exist". I double checked my NIC and there wasn't any typing mistake. So, dissappinted.
