This app worked great for me for a longtime, and now I get the 401 error everyone else is talking about. I'm uninstalling and re-installing for the third time. Our parish uses this app so it's important for me to have access to it. I wish they would fix the bug

Trying to make a phone app work like the full computer app is hard. I think they did a good job. Works great for me to track who is doing what on the schedule. I mainly use the web app.

The update states it fixed a bug with the Resources, however, I am unable to find the Resources at all now when using the app. It was really nice to be able to have a direct link to the readings for the day but that appears to be gone now.

Both bssic and confusing. I guess it's easier for the person doing the scheduling. Does not seem to incorporate the church calendar (e. g., no way to identify if you can never serve on Easter).

imeh. nability to accept sub requests in qualified ministries is highly irritating. i hit the accept button and nothing happens. the mobile web terminal seems to work much better in that regard and is quicker/more responsive. we have no restrictions on accepting sub requests for qualified positions (except cannot accept two positions in the same service, even if qualified in both). otherwise, everything should be fair game..i am an admin so i know the rules we have set up.

After update, it will not allow me to change churches on sign-in page. It defaults to St Jude Thaddeus, and there's no place to change this. It will not accept my sign-in credentials that worked with the pre-update app 5 minutes ago. It also forces "Remember Me" on the sign in page. Update: Finally got a new parish. Uninstalled/reinstalled twice until I got the opening screen asking parish. Entering parish then allowed me to use my sign-in credentials. Still forces "Remember Me"

This app worked great for over a year and now I get the 404 error message like others have described. If you un-install and then re-install it works for a while until something (I'm not sure what at this point) trips it up again. I am once again reinstalling (4th time in 6 months).

not ready for primetime in my opinion... first off, it never remembers the church I am associated with. If I try to search for it by city and state, I can't find it, because my city is in A PROVINCE (I am in Canada) and the app doesn't list any of the Canadian provinces. Minor bugs to be sure, but the devil is in the details! (pun intended)

Very easy to use. It would be nice if the app on the desktop were named Ministry Scheduler Pro rather than MSP to differentiate from other apps, especially when you don't use the app constantly. e.g. "MSP" could mistakenly be thought of as Michigan State Police.

Ministry Pro is a clean app, with decent organization. I remember at one time receiving an email that, when requesting one, I had substitute to fill in. The same could be said for a confirmation, in which I had picked up a ministry to substitute for someone else. It's quite possible the Church or parochial administrators are the cause of discontinued emails for the parish account. It's also possible no one had accepted my request for a sub.

I have the same issue as Mike Seim. Not fixed I guess. I've set my contact info and service preferences multiple times, but the app doesn't accept. Instead it warns that I have unprocessed changes and the fields I'd filled in are blank.

Never changed my password or log-in info but it refuses to send an email to reset my password. The only way to get into it is if I get an email requesting a substitute for someone and I click "volunteer". I've checked my account info. My email is correct, but it tells me there's no said email when I ask to reset the password. Ridiculous

App no longer works with most recent updates.

As an admin for our parish we haven't been able to log in via the app for over a week now. We've became logged out after the update on April 22, 2024 and our password has been reset and still no access to the mobile app.

This app is ridiculous! I use the same name and password I've always used and also use my fingerprint. It won't let me in and when I try to reset password it says my email is wrong. What's with that??

since the last update the app won't open on my phone. it worked fine before the latest update.

I just downloaded the app, and I can't pass from the select my church screen. The app closed automatically, and my phone gives me an alert saying that the app have a "bug".

The app is not syncing my schedule to my Google calendar (Android-Pixel 8). When I set up sync in MSP, it says, "calendar no longer exists," which is obviously wrong since my calendar and Gmail account are both right there on my Google calendar. Otherwise, this is a great app for coordinating schedules. UPDATE: I used my computer as you suggested and that seems to have done the trick. Thanks!

This app is a perfect example of how not to make an app. Every single time I open it it 404s (or was it 401?) and I have to sign in again. Tip for those people who have to install and uninstall it, try clearing the apps data instead. The design is incredibly old looking. It also feels incredibly slow because when you click something on the bottom navigation bar, it takes a couple of seconds to respond with no feedback that it's doing anything. I could literally design a better app than this.

Syncing issues. I change values and it doesn't seem to take. Just confusing. Also, no obvious way to change a password. Also, I don't like that I'm auto scheduled. I prefer being able to work out the best possible date to lector with my family before saying yes. This model is an assumed yes followed by a no if it doesn't work. I don't like that. I wish all slots were open to first come first serve and then after a period of time has elapsed then it auto selects.
