The easiest experience and interface I have ever came across from a wallet.Would surely recommend it to anyone.. wether you in to crypto or not. it can send money across the world with the lowest cost.also you can receive money at the lowest cost. on top of that they have a Virtual Us bank that just launched and it's working great with my paypal

I initiated a deposit with my minipay just now, using the tron usdt method, and after i made my deposit and returned to the app, the deposit page disappeared and i have not been credited ....

having a very bad experience with this app. after crediting my account to purchase USDT, the money didn't reflect, and i have been unable to login and no source to lay complaints.. this is a finance app and it should look authentic but reverse is the case.

Getting an OTP is a problem. I tried several times, but it wasn't sent to my phone. How then would I be able to transact if I don't deposit? Maybe I should uninstall the app, but I do love the interface. Please fix the issue if your team wants me on board.

Deposited money using their recommended method. After 4 days, the money does not reflect, and the app keeps on telling me to contact the bank they use. I get no feedback from the bank at all. There are better apps to transfer money cross countries. Don't waste your time with this app.

I heard people saying this is the best wallet, I wonder if they have never had depositing problem. It has no customer service,it have a problem of two account on one email address. The app information differs from opera minipay wallet. When you do deposit with opera minipay wallet you can deposit anymore with the minipay app wallet. Sample and easy is for some not for all users.

I never meet a dollar account like this,there currency exchange it instantly without deley plus daily rewards and discuss on purchases like data , airtimes and tv subscription. but my issue is that why bitgifty are not keeping there words,for instance there show you if you pay cable subscription you will get such $0.28 cash back but there will give you $0.14 instead, I just experience such issue, please try I fix it.

the app is easy to operate but when it comes to withdrawing your money you have some issue with it mine is not working is always shown like transaction failed I don't know the reason why it always pop up that thing I wish you guys can walk on that thing I have money more than $2 in my account but it's not working I'm not able to withdraw it. I'm very very disappointed

My wife introduced me to minipay, and I guess I'm kind of loving it. More payable features in games expected. And for the past one week now, I've not been able to get my diamond converts credited such as from Tank War, Daily treat Spin and other game on. help rectify that please

The app is great but there's something bad about it on their " daily treat" the only automates the the game bot to stop on no win, extra spin and 0.01 but most is "No Win" Another problem when click on daily check in I must click 2- 3 times before the give me 0.01 which is 2-days but sometimes 1 that's not normal please check it out and reconsider if am wrong or am right Thanks.

It's a good app... until it isn't. The Pretium service is seemless and effective in transferring money, and it's usually reliable until the money is not credited and you are left with no reliable source to reach out to. My account was debited, but not only can I not lay a complaint, but the receipt of the transaction is nowhere to be found almost as though I never had any funds to begin with. It is not only disappointing but also heartbreaking. I genuinely expected better.

It's okay. It's just not a direct competitor to Paypal. Would love an app that would provide an alternative international payment method for us whose country is blocked by Paypal from receiving money and this app doesn't provide that. Hopefully with time i guess.

The app is really good in some things but the issue of depositing,my funds were just taken like that saying my order was rejected and I tried to contact them but the fondbank customer support doesn't reply when you ask for support on email you find there automated machines to reply things that can not even help you, please in good faith why is this happening I even fear to initiate a deposit again
