It's a fun little game, but one mechanic kinda ruins it. Half the time spent playing this game is spent waiting for the AP bar to refill. It serves literally no purpose except to make the player wait for no reason. I could understand having it if it affected combat, or if there was some strategy involved to managing it. But the isn't, it's just waiting.

Fun, simple, & good gameplay. Removing ads still prompts you to watch them, but when you click watch it just gives you the reward now. Other than that, there have never been ads in this game, only to unlock rooms/rewards. I have no idea what RCV is, no explanation/tutorial for that stat. Adventure mode isn't explained either. Found 2 towns/campsites. Not sure how to go between them?

Love it! For those that say it needs better graphics, this game style is for us older folks. Back in my day we didn't even have graphics, we had text and we loved it. Don't believe me, search nethack. You want early graphics, search dwarf fortress. Developer, I love the game, the puzzles and the story. Thank you also for the option to buy ad removal 😻

Great game and finished it, but it needs more content. There should be something you can do with all your keys that you have saved up. As well as event bosses that occur in the town. Perhaps even ways to fight bosses you have faced already. Another idea is fixing rivers, as well as the sub-dungeon system. It feels too basic to just enter a small room an come out. You should be able to teleport somewhere else on the map. Also, the combat is alright, I think playing with the tapping could be fun.

Just what I needed. Graphics, who needs them? I don't, and with this game, neither do you. This little gem rests on its mechanics and game play. It's UI is clean and simplistic. The lack of graphics is not missed, allowing your imagination to fill in the gaps. If you where always intrigued by text based games but dislike reading, this game hits the mark. Thank you for giving me a reprieve from the lackluster games coated in glossy paint. Very little ads. 5 stars if it had cloud save.

All ads are a choice you don't have to do them.. I feel that is important and chose to see ads because of it.. now about the game. The game is fun for what it is. It's a simple rpg and frankly I as someone with adhd and who doesn't typically like phone games find it enjoyable. I did get 1 add that didn't have an X and I got stuck and had to shut the game down to get it working again. But outside of that it's fun. 4 starts instead of 5 is because of the add. If I don't see it again I will fix it.

A fun concept that could be really good if it weren't for large (and seemingly increasing over time) number of ads, and the cost to remove them is insane. A weekly charge that comes out to $16/month. To put that in perspective, I get unlimited access to virtually every song ever recorded for $10/month. Lower the subscription cost to something even in the ballpark of reasonable and I might give this game another try.

Well, here's my updated review. On my second playthrough, I had to start from scratch. It's still a fun minimalistic rpg game with tap and click where you can get hooked for hours. Ads are optional (although I purchased the one time no ads back then). What I'm more disappointed in this game is the lack of cloud save or something. I lost my first playthrough because I had to wipe my device, therefore losing all my progress. Although, second playthrough is still fun and enjoyable.

I was so addicted to this game, I ended up getting all the way to the end. I am anxiously awaiting new content to be added so I can see where the story goes next! I hope that is updated soon!!! They only other thing I can say that would make the game better is having an option to sell or trash items from the inventory that are useless. Items that were for special quests/tasks on a map that get forgotten and unused take up space on the inventory with no way to be rid of them

Overall, a very relaxing dungeon crawling experience. It has a story that isn't super heavily involved so you can choose if you want to immerse yourself or just ignore it. In the beginning it isn't super intuitive and I was very unsure of how to get weapons and whatnot. But I kept exploring and found some and it kinda just all started to make sense as I kept playing. It's a pretty good game, the beginning I just was rather confused

This is an amazing concept. All the intrigue of a classic D&D style RPG, with a simple interface and navigation system. My only pet peeve is the difficulty of the bosses becomes exponential after a while. You have to grind like crazy to beat most of them. Not to mention the drop on armour is set in each area, so even if you've had to level up to 120 trying to move past a boss, if it's a 90-110 area, that's the only armour you get, which slows down your ability to level up enough to moveforward

I adore this game! You can play throughout the day and never lose progress. It's simple, quickly understandable and enjoyable. The way the graphics were created makes it something just a bit different. I imagine it's a great changed from you average game. I'll keep playing, and hope for pleasant additions, even though it really doesn't need much!

Amazing, addicting, creative. Only issues is, it's very repetitive. For example, after you kill a monster once or break stone once or explore, you've done it a million times. Even with adventure mode, dreamland, story mode, it's all pretty much the same thing over and over. Also it's almost impossible to die. I'm level 69, chapter 12 and have never been defeated in any kind of dungeon because all you have to do is stop attacking when your health is low and wait for it to regenerate or just leave

Seems like a cool concept on the surface, but eventually every level boils down to "click on everything". There isn't any strategy on how to clear a room. Also, there's no explanation of what any of your stats mean, so choosing equipment and spending skill points is just a shot in the dark. Made it to lvl 30 and the story and mechanics never get more interesting.

I LOVE the premise and graphics. Love it. I wish I could give it five stars, but unfortunately when I reached around character level 100 I started having to grind 5-10 or more of the dream shards, replaying levels I had already played ad nauseum just to level up enough to clear one more stage. Very boring. Maybe if dream levels dropped better items sometimes? The only way I can get gear that matches my level is to buy it from the premium store. Super appealing game tho!

Nice interface, design and gameplay, but the progression is almost entirely linear, and there's very few decisions of interest to make. No class specialties, no true sub-quests, no puzzles... no real challenges beyond the glaringly obvious, which usually just involves doing things to level up in order to defeat the next enemy. -//- Now if you're fine with all that, then you can enjoy a nice little time-waster of a game with clean, effective design. OTOH, I believe this could be a really 'next level' game (maybe in the form of a sequel?) if more true RPG elements were added. -//- Granted, the storyline is fun, but after a couple hours of play, it pretty much becomes meaningless window-dressing. At the very least, why not tie in some quests and puzzles to make it more relevant?

Good casual game. You can pick it up and put it down at any time, play it at any pace, and no real waits or paywalls or anything except an occasional room object being locked down until you view an ad, and ads are permanently removable with $5. One note I would like to add though is that it doesnt feel great if you encounter multiple ad objects in a single room and it especially feels bad if you dont have any ads available for viewing and you RNG into an ad object. Great game other than that!

First off what a great little time sink. I found myself wasting hours just plowing through the story and end game dungeons. It's light hearted but that doesn't make finding that new weapon upgrade any less exciting. I recommend this to anyone that likes a simple old rpg style game. Would love to see more features such as events, stats pages, more diversity in gear, and just harder challenges. Balancing was an issue as I mowed through most the content with no effort. A+ game!

Fun art style and take on a dungeon crawler. Feels very satisfying to clear rooms and defeat enemies. The campaign is nice, but leveling up doesn't increase your power enough to play trough it without having to wait to heal for 5 minutes between every enemy. The increase in power between high-level equipment is barely more than the lower-level stuff.

Repetitive. I played for awhile and didn't get much sense that I was getting anywhere. Because of the minimalist nature all the maps look the same. The gear gets better and your character levels up, but so do the monsters so every level feels the same. The story was good, but not enough to keep me interested since the gameplay was so repetitive.
