MINDFULNESS MEETS PERFORMANCE PSYCHOLOGY
MindStrong Sport is not like any other meditation app. This is about managing your mental health by building mental strength. It is built on the experience of athletes and supported by psychological literature.

We aim to offer a different approach to helping athletes manage the most important part of their game and life—their mind.

MindStrong Sport is free to download and enjoy a range of sessions, including our introductory course.

Created by Lewis Hatchett.

A former professional athlete, mindset coach, and mindfulness teacher, Lewis built MindStrong Sport out of the need for a resource he wished he had as an athlete. Meditation and mindset practices are what Lewis and his athletes have used to build a mind that not only allows them to perform in their sport but also to manage life.

If you select an auto-renewing subscription membership option, payment will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase, and your MindStrong Sport subscription will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your credit card will be charged for renewal through your App Store account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off an auto-renewing subscription at any time from your App Store Account Settings, but refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of the term. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Since I started to following sportyogi on instagram they way i approached my mental and physical sides of training,changed and elevated to a whole new level.I heard about the app that was coming out and i couldn't wait since i saw the impact those clips, ideas etc from Lewis's instagram n YouTube had done wonders,Trust me things u didn't know was important as an athlete will find out for yourself.😉💯 Thanks for this app..Can't find anything that will come close to the content u give us.

The Sport Yogi App is amazing!!! Lewis really knows his stuff, so full if knowledge! I use these sessions for my fitness crew. It improves their recovery, flexibility and mindfulness. Highly recommend!

It's an fantastic app, You suffering from any kind of stress or tension this app will help u to overcome that, Tell you about numerous stretches and mobility stuff which are really helpful especially if u are a athlete or a gym dude u will love it a lot coz it'll make ur progress devlop at a much faster rate. As someone who has had 20+ years of rough and tumble of sports my body was feeling it. Decided to do something about it back in March due to lockdown and began yoga to help my knee and back issues. Used Lewis' YT videos and began to see changes. When cricket season got underway I found I wasn't hurting after 10 overs batting or after 40 overs fielding. Classes are relatable as a fellow cricketer, easy paced and perfect for me because I hate running. You get a good cardio workout just from this!

It is the app that every athlete needs. We often feel uncertainty and come up with injuries and pain. But I just love the way you have come up with ideas and processes to deal with uncertainty. I have recovered my shoulder and hamstring injuries by practicing your videos. I believe that I will always use this app and your guideline for my sport.

I have tried many DIY exercise apps since the lockdown and none of them catered for my needs, except for Sport Yogi. The app offers a huge variety of different exercises. I am a runner and have been recovering from achilles tendonitis and this app with it's injury rehab section has helped me to recover so much quicker. I also like to work on certain areas and with Sport Yogi I can pick and choose what exercise suits me best. I look forward to any additional features to this super app.
