when opening the app it says this app does not work with jailbroken or rooted phones my phone is not jailbroken or rooted and the phone hangs on that screen until you close the app thinking about changing my bank

"An error has occurred please call for assistance"... that's all this app does 90% of the time. Can never do any mobile banking with this trash app.

This is a very simple app to use. Easy to navigate. It makes banking much simpler and saves a lot of hassle going to the bank to deal with financial issues.

To everyone suffering from the app not opening properly, worry no longer, UNTIL this gets fixed, just save the website to your homescreen. tbh, I find it easier that way & less of a chance of getting locked out too.

Update 12/29/2022: I can not log in via the app, I get invalid credentials error and locked out. No problem logging in via web portal, so not user name or password issue. Customer service was unable to resolve. Easy to use, like the fingerprint login and mobile deposit tools

App doesn't open up with new samsung galaxy 22+. Only a picture of the logo comes up. Tried to reach out via email with no response. Went to the bank and they said they are aware of the problem and are trying to come up with a solution. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing.

The app would be better if I didn't get locked out of my account all the time for no reason. I get locked out when I haven't even attempted to login. What's worse is that the bank's slogan is "always there," which is on the app AND the website, but there is never anyone available to help me get back into my account when I get locked out outside of the bank's hours. For instance, I was locked out on a Friday after all the bank's employees had left for the day and no one was available to help. Ugh

Pretty good app. Does what you need it to do. Only needed addition would be a password reminder when you need to change it. I almost always have to go to the website to change. 1/2021 Still a good app. Still think they need the password reminder and in addition an atm finder.

don't listen to all the good reviews. app is constantly down. app constantly wants you to enter your password even if you set up biometrics. while in app after logging in to access other areas of app you will again need to enter your password. Perfect example, after logging in go to bill pay.. you'll have to log in again lol. right now 6/13/25 I open the app and it locks up. Just terrible.
