You can select a role to play from more than 10 options such as a pediatrician, ophthalmologist or general surgeon derived from our real world. You can even become a nursing worker or restaurant owner in the game. You’ll experience joy, anger, sorrow and happiness in your own way here.
Explore the special Outdoor scenario to find treasures, but remember, you have to overcome different challenges and risks in this process.
Features
- Six scenarios: Entrance Floor, General Departments, Laundry, Baby Care Floor, Lab & Treatment Floor, Outdoor
- Entrance Floor: where the ambulance stops; a patient registers in the reception room; the emergency room is equipped with varieties of medical apparatus and instruments for diagnosis; anyone can buy a bunch of flowers in the flower shop for his or her visit to a patient.
- General Departments & General Nursing Floor: where Gastroenterology Department, Ophthalmology Department, Dental Department and general consulting rooms are located, which are equipped with more specialized diagnosis tools.
- Laundry: where cleaners are busy doing the laundry; let’s applaud for them.
- Baby Care Floor: which is equipped with necessary tools for baby care and common devices in the obstetrics and gynecology department.
- Lab & Treatment Floor: there are various tools in a real hospital, such as bandages, sickbeds, wheelchairs, etc. Mysterious ingredients are used in the lab to create capsules having among effects.
- Outdoor: don’t touch any discarded objects, for they may make you get into troubles. Please keep cautious.

copying toca boca is honestly not a problem but the fact that the whole game needs a payment like why? I fully understand that why you want us to pay cuz you need money. But let us get at least 3 minutes to play with it by watching an ad. It would've been better. But overall the game is pretty good

Don't get me wrong this is a great game and personally I like it just gets boring after you use it for a while, And most if it cost money. Please add a option to watch a ad then get it for free!

I HATE THIS GAME SO MUCH it's the worst thing ever I only can have 1 single character in this game and if I wanna go somewhere I have to pay for it and guess what when I got it the whole game glitched out on me. I HATE THIS do not get this it's just a waste of your time. And I'm telling you that this whole entire game is a scam. And again do not get this terrible game. And this goes to the creator, why can't the game be better and hate to say this but,you suck at making these miga games.

I have three problemlems 1 you have to pay for the characters 2 you have to pay lots of money for all the floors 3 you only have one room to play in and it gets soooo boring please plz plz plz plz plz fix these things and let us explore everywhere but right now I recommended you not to waste your time getting this game until it is fixed

I hate Miga, They are good at animating but why did u did this, It supposed to be perfect but you made it more worst! You need to unlock everything! Toca Boca is more better, Plus they have diffrent modes. Farm, School, Stable, Pets, Vacation, Hospital and so many more! But those apps are not free. BUT IF I HAVE A IPAD NOW I WILL DOWNLOAD ALL THEIR BEST GAMES! PLS I HATE THIS APP! RENEW IT! UPDATE IT!

This game is horrible please do not download you think it's going to be super fun at first but once you log on it cost you 3.99 to play please do not download it's just a waste of time I really hope you can fix this well there's actually nothing to fix just don't make us pay please. If I could give this app zero stars I would but apparently I just have to do one star for now.

You have to pay for all rooms except one, you also only get three characters. When you try and place something on the character, it doesn't work (most of the time). But a positive is that the characters are well designed.

This app would of been more fun if most of the places were free. Some people like me cannot pay for these thing which makes it extremely difficult to enjoy. I would play if you didnt have to pay money to unlock different rooms. Not worth dowloading if u cant pay

I've been looking for a good hospital game for ages and this seemed like the perfect one.its not.you can only use the first floor and you can't unlock the others without paying.no ads to unlock it,not even for 20 mins.overall,if you would make more floors accessible I might re-instal it.

It cost too much. I understand that you need money, but atleast make the school and hospital free. It's such a good game, but most people can't afford to pay for the games their child wants to play. So I think if you make two games completely free then you could still make money off of the other games. I don't think you are going to read this, but if you do please reply.

im so sorry but i cant think this is a successful game cause it needs to always pay for people to unlock and the places! when you forgot and like put your character in the paying people corner you wont get it back!!!! pleasr do not install it just needs money its a scam game!!!!

Hi I love this game but there is one problem. You like have to pay all the other floors.I am deleting this game right now.And that's why I gave it a one star.also it needs network. I used to love all your games but now I HATE THEM.please fix this problem

Its a good game but please could some more things be free ive seen that with the rest of your games and alot of places cost money and you only get one room in every one of your games except miga town. Please fix this in an update. Not everything has to be free just a couple to do like roleplays and create amzing stories.

Free, you call it? I'm pretty sure this is not free. There's no point in installing the game. Can't play with it properly. My twin brothers want the full version of this game and they expect me to pay the price. I'm quite not sure why a game like THIS would need money. To people who see reviews and then install miga games,please ,go check out the Toca Boca Games,because they rock!! They also need money, but, making food is sooooo much easier! I recommend not to install this game!😡😡😡

I rate it a 3 stars actually it's pretty good but.......I AM shocked only 1 floor??if you don't wanna pay its a not very fun game.....but it would be a much better game if you do this,like example:you will unlock all the floors if you watch an ad but you only have 15 minutes,that would be way better than having literal only 1 floor, hope you see this and thank you.(sorry for my bad grammar I didn't really know what to say)

This game is good but the only and the biggest problem is only one part of the game or you can say one building is open and there are may other building but you need to first pay to play with them and there is no fun without the other buildings its not even like you watch a video and unlock other parts for some minutes. So there is no fun I have given it two stars because of the detailing.

Nearly everything in the game is locked, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the baby care unit. Also there is only one thing unlocked which is the main hospital. Not a lot of people have money so please make more things free! Other than that, the game is ok just please make more things free! People can't get money easily and it's just not fair. Maybe for a certain amount of time, a place could be unlocked for say, 3 days, then it will be locked again.

I don't recommend this game. Only the lobby of the hospital is free with only like 3 characters. The rest of the floors are locked. They also make each separate floor on the map to make it look like there are more places. But really it's the hospital and a park (the park is so random lol)

this game is okay, but i HATE the fact that it does not let you change your style, doesn't let you go on any floors for free execpt the lobby and you only have about 5 people. Also its basically copying toca boca. and dont get me wrong i love this game, but the fact that on most of your games you only have a few places to go to and you don't get to change your avatar, just makes it horrible. So i suggest you change it please because at the moment thats the problem with most of your games.

I have the same problem as libby green, the game is almost perfect but the only thing that added the word "almost" to this sentence is because all the other places are locked, except the lobby. This is why I gave this game 2 stars. Otherwise without these problems it is a solid 5 star. And if these things r not fixed, I'll definitely delete this game. Please improve these things 🙏🏻
