Love solitaire been playing for years. Just wish the xbox sign in errors would go away. I hate seeing that message every time I open the app. I have recently stopped paying for xbox live so I'm now bombarded with adds. Even adds that pop up over the bottom buttons. They block things like the undo or restart buttons. They bounce from the side to over the buttons as I'm playing trying to trick us into clicking them. Bad cheaters.

Much like the other Microsoft games, the ads are horrible. Unacceptably long, forced full-screen, and tedious to close. Not only this, but the ads shown after a completed game can be very scummy and misleading. For example, I just saw one of a celebrity with AI being used to make it seem like they're doing a laptop giveaway, animated with voice. Tech illiterate people aren't going to realize these are fake. There needs to be serious ad vetting.

Microsoft you've outdone yourselves with this latest update of a game that need to be tinkered with! Now upon completing a game many times the accompanying ad will cover the lower third of the game! And it persists! It won't go back to normal size without closing and reopening the game! Congratulations De-designers!! The below also persists - Many times it locks up when loading an ad! Then I have to quit the game, clear it from memory, clear the cache & restart the game. What's up Microsoft??

If I so much as get a call at the wrong time, that particular game will freeze. For example: I just won a free cell game, but got a notification that my son had messaged me, & I unthinkingly clicked on it. When I went back to the game, the cards were all stacked at the top & I can't start a new free cell game. I have closed & reopened the app. I have shut down & restarted my phone. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the game. I still can't play free cell, only the other 3 games. Horrible.

The ads are now so LARGE on the screen that you can't play the game without hitting the ads. They cover half of the cards in the deck you have to touch to deal, AND half the undo keys at the bottom....EVEN in timed competition mode. This is ridiculous and takes the enjoyment right out of the game. How can you play fast if you have to dodge the ads instead of looking at the cards???? No point in even playing.

This is truly the best solitaire game app I've used, and I've used a few. My only complaint is that sometimes the ads get stuck, so either the X never appears, or it does and literally won't let you exit out, so you have to close out of the app entirely and try again. If that gets fixed (and it hasn't been fixed in months), then it would be 5 stars. Edit: I e reduced my rating by one star because this has been happening more frequently now :/

Ads ruin it. The actual games are good but Microsoft should be ashamed of this product (except the money-grab is priority and they won't be). I can accept simple brief ads, but these take control of your phone and you can hardly escape without being redirected to download something, or be stuck in a loop with no way to return to the games. And most ads are for useless or dangerous apps that should be avoided, if not downright offensive from noise and graphics. Uninstalling

I used to play this game on a daily basis, but the ads have become unbearable. Pop-up ads routinely cover your flip cards. Many ads have no way to skip or exit no matter how long you wait. Several ads have popped up with a 9,999 second timer. Seriously, who is going to wait nearly 3 hours for an ad? These ads also now count toward your time in the challenges, so good luck beating anyone with several minutes of ad time added in.

It was 5 stars until the May 2024 change. Now, on my phone, once I have started a challenge. I can no longer see the frame that has the goal. I can see the cards and the landing zones, but not the goal. I tried changing the format from mobile sized cards to regular but no good. So I changed back to mobile sized. Please correct the screen size. Thanks.

I love the games, but the ads are absolutely HORRENDOUS. It now takes at least 3 clicks to exit out of an ad & if you misclick by exactly 1px, it'll take you to the app store. Ads actually make me *far less* likely to get the product. Also, the most recent update changed the home page layout, leading to way too many misclicks. It had been the same for years, and now I keep tapping the wrong game or hitting Star Club when I meant to go to Today's Event. Don't fix what's not broken!!

Very entertaining. At times, it's not as easy as it appears. Challenging. Help to keep the mind focused. Encourage people to try these Microsoft games. Have it on my phone and computer. ADDING to my review: Which BRILLIANT IDIOT decided to change the game settings? It was working fine. Now you can't even find where to exit the game. Why fix something that is not broken? Please fix it or put an exit indicator.

edit: the InMobi ads are so big that they take up half the screen and cover the menu at the bottom of the screeb. you cant activate new games. its blocking menus and anything that is in the bottom half of the screen. makes the games unplayable. games are great. like others have said I do t mind the ads, IF they actually play. The ads are black screens about 60% of the time and let's add a new one to the list. I had an ad with a counter... that was counting down from 9999... yep. 9999. I took sc

Love the game have tried many others and keep coming back to this one. The only problem is it gets stuck. An add will come on and when you hit the x button the add won't go away. It doesn't keep playing the add the screen just freezes. The only way to fix it is to uninstall it completely and reinstall it. This is happening several times a day and it sucks

I pay for the yearly subscription, but the app has serious connection issues and keeps showing me ads. I have to qiut the app and reopen for the ads to go away. This is not a new bug. It has persisted between multiple phones. I thought maybe they did not maintain the game, but the recent ui update says they do. They have to know about it, probably at the bottom of the queue to fix because it means more money from ads sent to paid users. I'm thinking of switching to another solitare game.

I'm disappointed in this game's need to verify the license every chance it can get. Especially coming from the same company that created kerberos. It frequently forgets that I purchased the 1 year premium license and starts to serve me ads. Still a pretty good solitaire package with a decent amount variety that keeps me coming back. QOL features make gameplay very intuitive, allowing you to focus on the game and not fussing with bad controls or UI.

Just playing on new phone. Getting annoying, ads won't release without multiple backs. Have enjoyed playing for several years. Accidentally hit lookout, now I can't login back in a long unused password. In trying to retrieve it, the procedure is down and has been for at least a few days. Been a couple months. Some ads play nice, some I have leave and restart to play. Still annoying. Don't recall the problem on the old Samsung. Definitely on Pixel though. 4 months later up to 1.5 minute to play

Great solitaire, love that the retro themes are an option, the challenges are a fun addition. I changed my review from 2 stars because they finally removed the unskippable 30 second ads! I've been getting a lot of glitches though, it asks me several times to re-download themes, every time I open the app. Annoying but still a big improvement!

I love solitaire. It is by far my favorite card game. Been playing for years. But as much as I love the game, and the app, I'm uninstalling. My only problem is the Instacart ads. If I don't manage to hit the X properly, it automatically opens the app and screws up the playability of the solitaire app. Having to completely close out and restart the app multiple times a day has me just done.

The games are fun enough, but the ads are relentless. Pretty sickening after a while. NO, I DON'T WANT PINTEREST FFS!!! Also, when you're playing a daily event and one of the numerous ads happen to glitch, it will add to your total time. The app hung up last night after I finished a game, and it wouldn't close, so I had to shut it down. I tried to go back in, but it wouldn't let me. Found out this morning that it had added 5 hours to my total.

It's pretty good overall, other than there's a lot of ads. However, the challenge spider solitare games have a big bug that keeps you from being able to complete the games. When it's multi suit, it will and won't let you put some reds on reds but not others, and some blacks on blacks but not others; as well as, some reds on blacks but not others, and vice versa. So it's impossible to complete the game.
