Changing tenants is PAINFUL. I manage many 365 tenants and there's no indication of the tenant you are currently managing on the home page. The domain on the menu flyout doesn't always show. Worst of all, the list of accounts is a disaster. The order and colour of accounts changes each time you select a new account, so finding the one I want is 5 minutes of trial and error. Once you find the right tenant the app works great, but the above issues mean that I dread using it.

None of the features on this app worked. It was great until it was updated. I anwsed yes to the questions because I know it's supposed to. Someone just forgot to put my features in the box.

While early versions did show promise, they were slow and often only produced error pages. That seems to have been fixed by no longer producing anything visible at all, and only producing a spinning wheel in the center of the screen. It is much easier and faster to administer through the mobile browser that won't show all the information on a screen.

Does the job, but the new UI can't even size elements and text correctly. Lots of little bits cut off. Only use this if I'm not near a PC, which thankfully is rare.

Clean and simple interface. This helps when traveling or on the weekends and I do not care to pull out a laptop. Surprisingly, this app has the majority of the same function as the web portal, just simplified.

Only a couple complaints but they're minor. Mainly the only complaint I had was not being able to add licenses to users from the mobile app. Turns out it was user error as I didn't have enough licenses on the account. App is great.

App features are ok for basic admin tasks but it is very slow to use, even slower than the normal portals. I'm pretty sure I could do a basic windows install and log in to the partner portal site and administer a client before the app would be ready to use. I cannot recommend using this app except in extreme circumstances and you are better off just using your browser on your device. For the price you pay to use the services there should be far better performance.

One of the primary reasons for me to want to use this app is to add email aliases. I have lists longer than what can be displayed on my mobile device screen, but there is no way to scroll through the list so the second half is unreachable. End up having to use the web interface instead. Please fix.

About 3 out of 4 times I try to reset a password with this app it doesn't work. It says it's reset and gives me a new password but when I send it to the person to try they say the password doesn't work. Then I have to go to a computer and do the same thing again. If this app actually did what it was supposed to I would give it five stars but for the time being It's a giant waste of my time to do it twice. As a 4-1-24 still does not work. Giving up completely on this app. At this point.

I just tried the trial version of the app from your company. However, the product doesn't meet my expectations. In addition, I canceled the subscription right away within an hour after registration AND deleted my card information from your system. However, your service still costed me $3.6 without my permission! This is very bad experience using Microsoft product.

They need to bring this app to Windows and Mac os. Now I realize that there is a way to run Android apps natively or maybe it's emulated I'm not sure on Windows and with an M1 or some apple silicone processor you can run iOS apps on Mac OS. But neither the Android version or the iOS version will run on Windows or Mac OS it doesn't work. Please prove me wrong. Otherwise killer app love it. This has been well overdue for Microsoft Administration

It's mostly good, with lots of basic useful info. However, if they could fix the Share function for the message and service centers, that would make it great. It's fine that it sends the text of the message, but any links within the message are lost -- at least on my phone, and regardless of what I share to.

This app is one of the most useful tools for anyone trying to manage 365 tenants. It gives you the ability to manage user accounts quickly, without needing to get to a workstation. You can reset passwords, correct errors, and even secure access. But the feature that I like most is getting service health alerts and updates, as soon as they are announced. It saves a lot of time that would be wasted when you are already aware of the issue before your users call you for help.

Only slightly better experience than trying to the the admin pages through a mobile browser. Requires access to contacts for some reason. I think when I searched for users the app tried my contacts first, then I had to click a "find more users in cloud" button. Seems dumb. Users section doesn't seem to have a OneDrive section to force a log out of active sessions. Why is it missing? Your guess is as good as mine. Also had an issue with text not fully drawing when scrolling. Just kinda funny.

UPDATE: The UX improvement on this update is beautiful. No longer is the splash screen distorted and stretched. The app looks like it belongs on my phone now, when it used to look like a cheap port from someplace else. I am a Microsoft Partner and am able to manage all of my tenants with this app. I changed my review to 5 stars. App no longer crashes. I use it every day to manage multiple tenants.

All of the functions in this app are useful, but the execution leaves much to be desired. The biggest problems are: 1. App is slow to start up and load screens after you tap a notification. 2. Often I can't even get to a notification - the app just shows the load animation interminably or dumps me into the home screen without showing the message I was trying to get to from a notification. Also, why doesn't this support biometric authentication?

Updated: still trash. Hot garbage, when it works it's a life saver, but it can't be counted on. Functions you can sometimes count on: resetting passwords, seeing service issues. I tried to view licensing, just says "loading..." the cloud interface gets updated frequently but this app does not, I fear it's an after thought, this is likely to be deprecated because "no one uses it". I'd love to use it if it reliable worked. We have 2fa and it seems to frequently have login problems.

This app is fine for some basic user tasks like password reset or lockout. But! This app is constantly running in the background and crashing. Its done this on 3 different phones with multiple versions of Android. It's random. You'll be doing something like reading email or surfing a web page and up pops the crash error. And then it restarts itself. Worked on stability my a... Go find some people who can actually write software that works and doesn't crash all the time for no reason.

So far, the app is very well designed. From simplicity of layout to functionality, it is a top-tier app. However, there is always room for improvement, even if it's something little. For instance, the app lists the accounts that you've signed in with. But there is no way to differentiate the two accounts I have since it's using only the display name from the user profile, and the display name is the same for both. I would think the UPN should be used to be entirely sure which account is active.
