As a rule, I don't have any problems with ordering online. Today was different. I placed an order, and out of 4 items, I forgot to check the ship box. I called in less than 30 min of placing my order to try and change that item to shipping from pick-up. It is not just a hop, skip, and a job to go pick up my item. I think Michaels should allow a time frame to make a change to your order. They were willing to cancel my order that was being processed but not make a change on that one item. 🤔

The 1st time I used the app (last week) it worked ok - made a purchase for in store pickup of DMC thread. Trying to do a similar purchase, only difference is I changed the pick up store (my usual is out of some items I want, no big deal). Every time I go through the check out process, the app takes me back to the beginning of the checkout process after I complete everything. Very frustrated.

Was very irritating trying to add a coupon to the cart. After several attempts, the coupon was added. It does not need to be that difficult.

I just used this last week and was fine. Tried to use it today, it said my session had expired and then refused to let me log in, even though I reset my password and made sure it had all the requirements. Also when I reset it the first couple times it let me use a password that didn't meet all the requirements. Logged in no problem to the website.

When using to make a purchase, it doesn't do the number style dialogue box for the coupon code. And why if I'm in the app would I need to add manually, it should be applied automatically or be an option in a drop down box. And then you can't even see the number as you are adding it because it won't let you scroll down with open dialogue box. It's a minor inconvenience, but is so easy to rectify.

The app worked well until a couple of weeks ago when it randomly logged me out, and when I tried log in I received an error code saying "this does not match our records". I tried to reset my password, which worked to log onto the website, but still received the error code with the app. The app is still functional enough to search for products, but not being able to log into the company's rewards program is an unfortunate design flaw.

Convenient to have coupons, offers, and rewards card in one place. But it takes FOREVER to get through the steps for online purchase. Every time I click a button to confirm one step, it takes a really long time to move to the next. I'm tempted to go through Amazon next time instead if I can't find what I need in person at my local Michael's store.

What's the point of creating an account to save items in the cart to continue later and they just erase? Also offer free shipping...... With the conception to buy online this is a Ginnie to be competitive..if I can get the same product for same price but it's shipped free ..... They win.

OK but sooooo glitchy. If you try to order online the "apply coupon to cart" never works, can't copy paste code so it's tedious. Searching is awkward, can't filter out items not available at local store. Loses items from cart, and no matter what I do my account settings don't work so I have to use guest and PayPal to order anything.

Not efficient and is so slow. Sometimes it loads, sometimes you watch the circle go round and round. Don't like it at all.

The App used to work okay. Now I can't even get into it. It tells me to pick a store but it won't show me any stores. Tells me there are no stores in my area. Which is wrong because I am putting in Spruce Grove, Alberta and there is definitely a store there. Whatever y'all did to "improve" the app did not work you just broke it. 😒

It works fine usually. Won't let me pay by paypal even though the app offers it. Don't love that even though I picked same day delivery for all 4 items in my order it double charged me for shipping (12.99 for same day and 12.95 for shipped) and decided to just change 3 of the items randomly to shipping instead of same day delivery. So buyer beware, double check before you finalize cause that's 12.95 down the drain.

Functions aren't very intuitive. You should be able to easily change your home store from where it offers in store pickup under the item. App also would constantly revert back to the wrong home store. Easy to search and find items and see that they're in stock, though, once the correct store is selected.

Love this app! Extremely time saving for those days that I don't have time to wander the stores dreaming up more and more crafty designs, when I'm on a fixed schedule. I can just order what I need, and pick up, without adding extra on my plate.

The most inaccessible experience I have ever had. Let me see my password when I'm trying to reset it it took me forever to get them to match. Then it emptied my shopping cart. Then I had to enter a special code to do my check out. It just took me 30 minutes to buy a frame. Next time I will go to Amazon I don't care how much it costs anything is better than this.
